In late August I hit a deer in my SL and Autoworks helped from start to finish. The best thing about Bob and his staff is that they help you through the entire process from start to finish. They truly do fight for you with insurance companies and give you advice on how to proceed. On my car the front end has been redone, new bumper grill headlights paint on the hood and fenders and you would never know. Their paint work is high quality and the blend with the older 20 year old paint is spot on. Overall a great experience and about as good of a body shop experience you can get trust me Ive been burned in the past.

I went there to get an estimate for all 4 doors on my benz where it was rusting on the bottom, the owner Bob I think was real honest with me, he explained that the car had very high mileage and if I got 4 doors what condition would they be in, I would have to have them all put in doors painted and making sure all electrical components work, thats alot of money and because my car has high milage I may start having transmission issues. I appreciate his honesty

Called in twice about logistics of visit because it is a long drive for me. Drove in and the first question they asked was about insurance, then told me my insurance (Allstate) was the one insurance they do not accept. When asked why they wasted all my time driving in when they could have told me this over the phone on either of my calls, it was evidently my fault for not asking if they accepted the 3rd largest auto insurer in the state. It didnt come up in the conversation. My time is valuable to me and I want to work with businesses who treat it that way. Net net, call first and make sure they may want you as a customer before wasting your time driving down.

You wont find a more professional and honest body shop in the area. Bob, Ashley and Abby are extremely helpful. I brought my mustang in for an estimate after i got hit. Bob explained why he thought it was totaled. He had Ashley walk me through how to deal with the at fault insurance company. She contacted them for me and set up a rental car for me. These people do absolutely beautiful work. I have a Lotus Elise that needed to have its front clam replaced. The part they got from the factory was not up to their standards so they spent several days sanding and blocking it. The result is amazing. They could have just put the new part on and said that was they way it came from the factory. If you have a car that you want to look its absolute best, take it here.

My fiance and I came here for an estimate on a repair job. We were so well taken care of and felt very comfortable/confident in Bob. Having our car tended to by Autoworks was such a seamless, professional, and pleasant experience. After being rear-ended, we brought our car here. The team at Autoworks was great at keeping communication open and letting us know when we could expect our car to be done. To our surprise, our car was ready a couple days early and returned to us washed and vacuumed. They even buffed out a tiny, annoying scratch on our drivers side door. They were extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. Cant recommend enough!

Amazing! Rob and Ashley were fantastic. My tail light was out and the plastic cover wouldn’t budge. They made sure it came off, determined which light was out, ensured that the lights were fixed, and readjusted so it fit in the hatch. SO satisfied and grateful. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

My mother brought her car here after it was damaged in a car accident. When I tell you that Autoworks did an amazing job fixing her car that when she received it back she said that It looked brand new! Also my mom really appreciated how great the customer service was from Ashley and the father, and that she really was pleased how Ashley communicated with her continuously with the updates on what was going on with fixing her vehicle. Bob and his crew are THE BEST! I dropped off my truck to get an interior detail, and before I could order up an uber to get back home, he had already offered me a ride home from one of his employees. They suggested that I leave the truck overnight, and instead they finished it early and I was able to pick up the truck that day.Lastly, my truck may be CLEANER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT IT ORIGINALLY! What outstanding service. Very reasonably priced as well. Its very rare to find such outstanding work, great customer service and affordable prices all in one business, but these guys have it nailed down!

Autoworks of Westville helped me deal with an unfortunate bumper repair on my leased 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I initially picked them due to their positive ratings online, and I was not disappointed. Their customer service and quality of work are both exceptional. Ashley and Bob were very helpful in explaining everything to me, making the whole situation as painless as possible. Also, my car was there for slightly longer than anticipated due to a delay on the insurance company, so they took the time to completely wash and detail my car!
