Sold me a complete lemon 🍋 !!when they tried to fix the issues... they made more.. the car has been in the shop longer then I have owned it. when motor blew they had NO care in the world... supposedly they fired thier mechanic . so it was all on me to find someone... by the way the warrenty that came with the car.... a big joke.. very few mechanics will work on the car because of this!!!

What a fantastic place and Matt was a pleasure to work with. We over 400 miles to pick up this 2017 Durango RT and I was very nervous about what I was going to see when I got there. Matt assured me that there were no issues with the vehicle and we did all the pricing over the phone. There were no hidden fees and his document charge was very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrive there on Saturday morning to find the vehicle getting a once-over in the shop and so far it has been one of the best vehicles Ive ever driven. I would buy more cars from Matt if my pocket would allow me.

Fantastic buying experience at Castle Car Company. First, they had the exact Wrangler I was looking for. Low miles, clean, and priced fairly. I was given a fair trade-in value for my old car and had keys in my hand in under 3 hours. Then I get it home and discover that the Bluetooth option advertised wasnt present. A quick email to Matt at Castle fixed the issue perfectly. Matt purchased the Connectivity package and arranged for a dealer to install it at no charge to me. He even had the courtesy of having a driver deliver my Jeep to my place of employment an HOUR AND A HALF away to save me the hassle.This company does things right and will be a customer service story of mine for a long time. I find a cargo van via the Internet happens to be at Castle Car company. I do the paperwork with Matt the salesman over the phone because I live in Pittsburgh and I didnt want to sit in the car dealership for hours. Everything is approved as of Friday Saturday I call to pick the car up the salesman tells me hes not working has a family emergency which I completely understand. I call Monday about taking delivery of the car and Matt the salesman tells me that the owner of the dealership is selling the car as we speak . Remember all my paperwork financing insurance has all been approved all were doing is scheduling an appointment to take delivery. Maybe the worst dealership in the tri state area. Im sure the owner sold the car from underneath me because he can make a few more bucks. I dont recommend this dealership ...

Have you ever wondered why people dislike buying cars? Have you ever wondered why there are so many commercials that ridicule car dealerships for how they treat their customers? Castle Car Company is one of the reasons why these commercials exist. This is your typical dealership that could care less about their customers and standing by the vehicles they sell.I purchased a vehicle from Scott Janiel (owner) and Matt Cappabianco(salesman) in October of 2017. I had the vehicle serviced for the first time in March of 2018 at a service center near my home. When I picked up my car from the local Sewickley Audi shop, I was asked “Are you aware you are missing a belly plate?” Having no idea what a belly plate was, I contacted Castle Car Company informing them the part was missing off the bottom of the vehicle.The following is the response I received:“How do I know it didn’t fall off after you drove the car off the lot?”Really? I guess they thought I was attempting to scam them for an extra belly plate. Who wouldn’t, right? We all need an extra belly plate.After 41 days and 8 phone calls later, the belly plate was installed. I was told the job would take 5 minutes in prior phone conversations; however, I spent approximately an hour waiting for them to complete the job after driving 45 miles. You would think after confirming the appointment earlier that morning, providing Matt the time I would arrive; he would have mentioned that the mechanic would be on their lunch break during that time. I think they may want to consider enrolling in a customer service course or two at their local community college.Can’t wait to hear the dealer response that I’m sure will be filled with numerous excuses/ justifications to the events I have described and have thoroughly documented throughout the entire ordeal. It’s a safe bet that I will NOT be recommending Castle Car Company to anyone in my lifetime. Live and learn.

Very dishonest dealership. They are layers. Sold a completely rusted car and hid the rust with thick undercoating. Dont do business with them they will rip you off. Complaint filed with BBB
