Salesman was Michael and had a great experience! Spent a long time searching for a Grand Cherokee and they were the only one in hundreds of miles that had all the features I wanted in a color that was interesting! We bought a work truck from here and within a week there were issues with the wiring harness that controlled the trailer lights. Took back, they had for a week and at one point lost the truck (it was across the street at other shop and didnt know it) and still didnt fix. Contacted Tony several times and he was no help.GM refused all calls. Finally back there this week after 7+ months of calling and said they were fixing and broke something else so now its at our mechanics to get fixed! They will be getting this huge bill! Worst worst worst experience ever and will NEVER BUY from them again!

I live in NJ and could not find a Used Honda Ridgeline anywhere near me so I expanded the search area. Carman popes up with the Ridgeline and calls to them were clear and easy. Looked for a pickup truck in our area (Northeast PA) and there were none to be found. Closest place that had everything I wanted was Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge, a 2.5 hour drive (one way, without traffic). All initial contact was done on line and they were very responsive, just had to drive down to pick up the vehicle. Very professional staff, not pushy salespeople, and an overall great experience. It was definitely worth the trip. Highly recommended.

Management is beyond rude!!!. My father was a Chrysler employee for 30 years and was treated very poorly here trying to use his benefit for being a long time employee. Despite of a small problem I keep having with my jeep overland.. the customer service is great.. they really know how to take care they customers.. they was very friendly and caring.. I had to bring my jeep in a handful of times for the same problem but the staff gave me loaners to drive so my life dont stop, being a mother of three kids. And if they dont have loaners they have a shuttle van to drive you to where you need to go..

This place needs an overhaul. The people here dont so what they say. When they say we will call you that really means, we will never call you. Took over 2 months to get something scheduled. I get something scheduled finally and get it back and car is filthy and problems are worse. Never took my car to a dealership before where it comes back with more problems then when it got there

He answered all of my questions and was a real personable guy. Worked to find what I still owed on my trade. Once we started to talk numbers I told them where I had to be. Bob Weiss a sales manager was more then fair on my trade and literally explored every avenue to get the price that I was comfortable with. You could easily tell they were really trying hard to get me in this ram 2020. It was close to closing time and once we made a deal they had like 4 people running around to get me out the door. It was like 25 minutes once deal was made. It was pouring down rain and I had to come back the next day anyway so they offered to clean my car the next day which was cool. Did all the paper work with John mayberry who was another awesome guy got me an extra perk in the coverage of the truck. We made contact a week earlier to arrange a test drive. When I showed up and introductions were made, 5 minutes later, I was given the car keys and told to “Have Fun!”test driving the SUV I was interested in.Once that was done, we negotiated a fair deal. In all honesty, there really wasn’t that much room for haggling because the vehicle was fairly priced from jump street. I found CARMAN CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE thru the CAR GURUS app and I researched the truck I was interested in with KELLY BLUE BOOK and found that they were NOT marking their vehicles up crazily.Joel was so easy to talk to. NO PRESSURE TACTICS at all!!! Going thru my financing options was painless. Once I chose which option I wanted, i was introduced to Business Manager John Mayberry.John was also a pleasure to talk to. He took his time explaining the finer details of the documents I had sign. There are absolutely NO HIDDEN FEES when you purchase with these guys! Taxes (if any, I’m from Pa so I had to pay) tags, registration and a small dealer fee which was stated up front by Joel before I even got to John. Of course, your given the option for upgraded services and insurances but use your judgment about whether you need it or not. John is not going to give you a speech about why you HAVE to have anything but he will take his time to explain to you what everything is. Back in December 2017 I bought a 2009 dodge journey. Very well price worked to get the payments where I wanted them, they even stayed a lil after 9 in a snowstorm to get the deal done. Only bad thing was the heater only worked on one side. They fixed it for the winter. The winter of 2018 same problem. That is only reason not 5 stars.

We came from Dover this morning, first they called and asked if we could as still coming up between 12-1 we said yes. The guy we was going to meet was in NJ. Very very poor customer service. Then they working on a deal with someone else as we sit in the show room. Unbelievable, I will never buy anything for this dealership again. They don’t know how to treat their customers. ☹️

I should have read the one star reviews first.They made a mistake on the paperwork and as a result, six weeks later, I still cant prove that I own the truck even though I paid cash.I brought the issue to the attention of the manager in charge of title work, and her response was first to blame it on the pandemic.Then to resort in insults and shoutdowns. It contains info that proves my valid complaint.The process date by your title service company is on the document as 12/14/2020, five weeks after the purchase. On the day of the purchase, the salesman stated that the title work would be held up until the vehicle was inspected. I asked him to explain as Ive never heard of anything like this in PA or Delawhere. He could not explain. I also asked the title clerk that same day and he couldnt explain either. I wasnt too concerned as I assumed that they were referring to PA inspection and I needed time to perform several repairs necessary to pass inspection anyway.Then on 12/4 I got an email from Jamie Kitts repeating that the title was being held up for lack of inspection by Delaware DOT. I called her and she was very obnoxious and stated that the email was a computer glitch and that they send that email out to every customer and that my title work was not being held up.That was four weeks after the purchase.There was no profanity on my part. She was probably upset that I suggested that she was in the wrong line of work as customer service was not her forte.And then I called Miss Management after the PA inspection refused to inspect it as I didnt have a valid PA registration. A vicious cycle? She also repeated the lie that no one was holding up the registration and was even more obnoxious than Jamie. There was no profanity on my part and there were three witnesses to my side of the conversation. The shop owner and both of his mechanics, one of which was my nephew.Miss Management stated that she was going to hang up, as she didnt have to talk to a grumpy old man.Well thats ok, Im on my way home and Ill stop by and we can continue this conversation in your showroom. Itll take me about an hour to get there.Ill just call the police and have you arrested.Ahhh yes! Customer service at its finest.To sum up, I could have walked to the PA DOT in Harrisburg and had a valid registration sooner and not pay for your convenience fees. Or I could have taken the signed notarized title to my own title agent in Pa and had a valid registration within an hour. But no, I trusted your organization, chock full of incompetents and liars and paid the price. Dont call the police, youll never see me again. But you will still have to deal with the liars, every day.BUYER BEWARE!

Very very very bad service!!!!!! I did a maintenance here. I found one tire pressure was only 20 after tire check. I went back and someone inflated the tire up to 42 on purpose! It was dangerous!!! Also, they wrote a wrong milage on the record.
