Quick and professional service. The staff is very friendly and know their job. Its been two years that I am using their service.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.Went in for a a basic oil change ($45), no biggie right, well a week later, my driveway was soaked with oil, car barely wanted to start but it got it to the shop where the drain plug was completely broken off/missing. had to get that replaced $155 on top of another $45 to replace the brand new oil I just got. Dont go there, its gonna cost you more than its worth

Quick fast service. Get you in and out and you dont have to leave your car. Thats a plus for me.

This location has nice & helpful employees. I sat under the tree with the chair they brought me, watching them change my oil & put air in my tires. A lot of places take advantage of women so Im grateful to have honest guys. Another store told me I needed tires but I can drive another 3 mths & be fine. Ill be back.

This place was wonderful. People were friendly, environment was clean. This will be the ONLY jiffy lube i frequent from now on.

The best service I have ever seen

This is my go to location for maintenance. Im not always impressed with their service but I was today. I went in thinking I needed an oil change. I was told I was too early and didnt need it. I left with fluids and tires filled. No charge!

The shop may not appear professional, But the work is, I wait 2 weeks to answer this questionnaire, Test the work that was done💯💯💯💯

I requested to have oil checked as well as tires checked. I told the female that I was traveling out of town and I wanted to be certain everything was good. The oil was changed and I was given a bill. I reminded the female of my request. Good listening skills is the key to a happy returning customer. This is the second time I had this type of experience. Not great customer satisfaction!😒

I have always loved JL. But this location is my number 1. Was on my way to an appt and my oil light came on. Antonio took care of me in a flash. Even pointed out some possible issues for the future. I was very pleased!

Quick and easy! Full staff helped make the experience go by with a breeze. New covid policy allowed me to stay in my car during which was a plus. Took no more than 10-15 minutes.

I went 6-25-21 about noon to get a regular oil change service on my wife’s car and by the time I left I thought I light would re set its self as usual but it didn’t the next morning I checked the engine and there was no oil in my car …. Dumped the old and never replaced it I called and they did nothing about it… I fill my car with oil drive there and the manager swear up and down that they put oil crazy they did nothing to help or even re fund me my money

This location today helped my daughter with an issue she had with a tire. They took her right in the shop, checked the issue, put air in the tire so she could make it home safely, and sent her on her way. They did a fantastic job of helping her, taking care of her, and looking out for her. This father is truly appreciative that Jiffy Lube has people like this working for them!! Just the BEST!!

Nice that they let you stay in your car while being serviced.

Horrible experience, dont go there super ghetto. Finally closed my undercarriage after goin up three 3days in a row.

They were efficient and friendly, and I got my oil changed and a few other things. They make their cash on the add-ons at Jiffy Lube, so be aware of that going in. It isnt the most affordable for the add-ons -- things like wiper blades, but, on the other hand, it is done and I dont have to worry about it.

I never had my oil changed so fast! It literally took 15 mins for them to do everything. Customer service out of this world! And they did everything while I stayed in the car. HIGHLY recommend this location for your next oil change. Thanks guys!!

The Annapolis Jiffy Lube location is the only location I go to for an oil change since Ive purchased my 2018 KIA. I have always receive excellent customer service at this location. The best oil change experience I’ve ever had. Fast service (in and out in 20 minutes without a reservation), professional staff, and so courteous! They clean up the inside of your car, top off fluids, and open the car door for you on the way out. Really loved this place.

Ive had my oil changed at several different types of shops. This particular Jiffy Lube is by far the best ever! Youre greeted with a smile and seated courteously as they explain the free coffee and bathroom location. The employees treat you like a king and queen coming in. They always share whats going on with the vehicle before doing anything to it and they recommend what you should have done! Did I mention they get you in and out, no loafing going on here! I choose this Jiffy Lube because it is an amazing experience to have your oil changed at this location!

Great experience at Jiffy Lube. Arrived shortly after 11:00am. Was greeted almost immediately by a warm staff member who directed me to the waiting area. I shared a request that was immediately considered and executed as part of the service. Soon after I arrived, the team completed my oil change and topped off my fluids. The staff was exceptionally polite, and able. I left the way I was brought in with a courteous staff person to show the way.

I really liked the fact it was mostly female staff. You dont really see to many ladies in the trade but not at this jiffy lube. I was in and out in about 20 mins. I even made one of the ladies smile a bit. Good jiffy lube. Totally recommend

I only go here a few times a year and every time they do something wrong. the last time I was there they put the wrong filter in my vehicle. It was was way smaller that they one that I needed. The filter on the left is the one they put is the one on the right is the size I needed.

Everyone greets you when you arrive. Very professional and courteous. I believe Phil was who checked me out, very friendly. I was told it would be about 20 minutes and it literally was about 20 minutes! Quick, proficient, top notch service!

Ive been going here for the past 13 years to have my oil change. Tried a few others always end up going right back here. Despite any staffing changes the customer service has been consistantly pleasant and attentive. Service is expedient and no haggling to get any additional finds corrected. 5 stars for me then and now.

I took my old, faithful pick-up truck for an oil change. It was my first time at this Jiffy-Lube, but my trusted mechanic of over 20 years just sold his business and retired.I was met in the parking lot, and asked a couple of friendly questions about what service I needed. To my surprise, the lady asked me to pull the truck into line at one of the service bays.The short version is, in less than 20 minutes, they had completed the oil change, topped up the fluids, and replaced a completely filthy air filter. They also cleaned the windshield inside and out, and vacuumed the truck cab.Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. I used to manage an auto repair shop. I will return to this Jiffy-Lube. They are efficient, competent, and polite--a real breath of fresh air!!5 out of 5 stars!

I was not particularly impressed. And, I really did not want to use them today. But out of necessity, I had to use their service. I was so pleasantly surprised. I had to write this review. Quick in and out experience. I went for a oil change and my tire pressure lights were on. I left with all lights off and a smooth ride again. It was nice to see a lot of female workers which shows that this location is diverse. Great job team!

I usually take my car to the one in Annapolis but since this one was near my job I decided why not. I told him which oil I want to put in my car. The guy that drove my car into the bay said OK no problem. When I went to go check out I realize that they put a different oil in my car. Made no big deal of it I let it go. This was 2 1/2 weeks ago. My brother is looking at my car now because nobody mentioned anything about the transmission fluid so i thought everything was fine. My transmission fluid was dry as a bone this morning when my brother took a look at my car. There was nothing in there. I call Jiffy Lube and he said that it’s probably because it was leaking and that’s why I don’t have any. They just looked at my car and nothing is leaking. The transmission fluid was never checked when I had my oil change done. I called and they said to bring the car and they would refill it but my car is not going to make it there. They are on the way to Honda to spend over $50 for transmission fluid for my car.

A while ago my daughter asked me why I took my car to the dealer for service? She said her husband takes their cars to Jiffy Lube. I decided to take my car there and was completely blown away with the service I received. They were fast, efficient, friendly and easy on the budget. They vacuumed the inside of my car and cleaned the windows. For years, I have taken my car to the dealership for service. I would spend hours waiting for service to be completed; the people weren’t necessarily nice and it cost a lot more.Thank you Jiffy Lube!

A tad bit pricey for an oil change but no complaints at all on the service. I was in and out. Even with showing up within a half hour of closing they were quick and the staff was polite and helpful. They also vacuumed the floors, with having a kid in my backseat an included vacuum was definitely a plus for me.

I called ahead to see how long the wait was and a very nice guy told me 37 minutes. I arrived and he recognized my voice and told me we were down to 22 minutes! I waited in the waiting room and it didnt even take 22 minutes! As I was waiting, a big rain storm was moving in. One of the guys ran to his car to get his umbrella to then walk me to my car when it was finished with the umbrella so I would not get wet. All around, great service and great people.

From the time Ms. Valerie escorted from my vehicle to the customer waiting area where I was greeted by Dr. Phil who informed me of the services provided while afterwards only waiting about 15 minutes for the completion of the service to the time another Jiffy Lube representative waited by the entrance until I completed the transaction, held open the door, walked me to my vehicle, opened my vehicle door and shut the door once I was in my vehicle. WHAT! Is that team from this area?? I was literally blown away. I was truly pleased with the service and the customer service. Everyone on that team deserves an immediate RAISE!!!

Excellent service/fast and interestingAs a first timer, wasn’t sure of what to expect but glad I followed my insight. The staffs are very polite and they won my heart lol. Will definitely be visiting again and referring families and friends.

Tge service was great I pulled up and the gentleman came asked me a few questions and explain there price. Walked to the sitting area where again I was give more details on my service. The great thing about it they had a good team work I was in and out so fast so Ill be back.

They were pretty fast and they worked together. I saw excellent teamwork and even in their communication talking back with one another. My only critique was about the draining of oil out my car. I understand that when a car is hot oil drains quickly, but due to the speed of the work I couldnt help but think is all the bad oil out my car? Im saying this having experience doing an oil service change myself. Only time will tell but I cannot complain about the customer service that was great!
