Battery died, had an appointment set for 8 days from the date. I called and asked if I could be seen earlier. This was how busy it was and I was in and out under 45 mins. This place is always awesome for me!

Picked up a truck at the Bluebonnet Ford location, very friendly and helpful staff. This dealership has all the amenities, its a very comfortable place to do business. They have several Mustang GT500, the black Mustang with the white stripes and a very cool spoiler is worth a look. The prices range from 78,000 to 106,000 guess which one I liked. P S, my friend purchase one at another dealership and paid substantially more. If you appreciate beautiful things its worth a look, Im sure they wont mind.

I needed a transmission shift cable for a 20 year old truck. They didnt have one in stock but ordered it for next day delivery. The fact that they could get a part for such an old truck was impressive!Unfortunately they ordered the wrong part. They needed to have asked me if my transmission had a PTO. They didnt ask and ordered the wrong part. Lucky for me, they had the correct part at their local warehouse & I was able to get it later in the day.Kudos for having the part, but they lost points because they didnt think to ask if my trany had a PTO, making me come back to the store twice!

Gray was my service advisor and he is wonderful. I had to take my car in and my son was going to be having his driving test in a couple of days, I was nervous I wouldnt get me car back in time but Gray and the mechanic he put on SUV made sure it was done in plenty of time. When he called me the next morning to say it was done I about cried on the phone! Thank you a 100 times over!!!

I have bought at least 6 vehicles from the Kahlig Corp. Over the years. Until recently I was under the mistaken impression that it was expensive to service them from the dealership. How wrong I was.

The Service Department is a frustrating place to visit. I called to make an appointment for a recall and oil change. I was told by one service advisor that the parts would have to be ordered, so I tell them to go ahead and ordered and schedule an appointment for today Friday. When I showed up today another service advisor said that thats not true the parts are here, we dont have to ordered, but I couldnt set up an appointment for the warranty work. I could get the oil changed and if I wanted to wait for the the warranty work to be done it would take at least five to six hours. Whats the point for setting up an appointment? So now I have to take a day off work to get my warranty work taken care of.

Was told it would be 2 to 2.5 hours for an oil change and it took 4. Asked about changing the cabin filter was told it would be about $40 ended up being $63. Overall just very disappointed in my experience today.

Service department at Bluebonnet damaged the rear bumper of my car AFTER trying to return my car to me with a giant crack in the windshield. Granted the windshield has been fixed, but NO ONE even tried to bring any attention to it. I had to bring it to their attention. I havent even bothered to go back to get the damage fixed because I will likely be accused of doing it myself, despite not having it for 3 months.

Was going to buy a new Continental MKX. No one approached me to see if I needed help, even went inside for a brochure and it was difficult to find one. My mother was with me and she was ready to pay cash on the spot. We left. Will probably go back and turn in my Lexus for a new one or buy an MKX from the NorthPark group. Will never go back to BlueBonnet.
