Paid a large down-payment, made large installments very frequently and was $2,000 ahead on payments and when I asked for a little time to get the rest of the money to pay off early ( which I still had a year on my contract), 2&1/2 months later had my vehicle repoed, had to come up with $3,470 to pay off vehicle, tow and storage fees to get my vehicle back, just to prove to her I had paid more than she thought. She was missing $1,000 receipt. Thank God I saved all mine to prove Kay wrong. She is so disorganized and unprofessional. Before all that, when i first got my vehicle I hat to wait 5 months for my plates. Meanwhile she kept renewing my temporary plates, only to end up getting the vehicle inspected and title transfered myself, for her, because she wouldnt get it done. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to this dealership EVER. She loved me when I was handing her large sums of cash every 2 weeks, but when I was ahead and she didnt want to understand that I needed a couple months to pay her off (in full & early), she turned into a greedy monster. Her husbands name is on the dealership but she runs the place. Not a good at business

Kay is AMAZING!!! She is so honest and hilarious for one. She listens to you and will help you get into what you like and need!!! I haven’t come across many kind people who are willing to take a chance and help, but Kay does exactly that! I was down and out on looking for a vehicle for over a year but i came across this one and she said “Then what are you waiting for?!?! Go test drive it and if you like it let’s do it!!” I left with my Nissan that day and was so happy I would could have cried! She won’t sugar coat anything for you but she keeps a smile on her face and makes sure you leave with one on yours! I would recommend bullseye motors 100 times over if I could!

I did a lot of looking around before coming across Bullseye. I looked up reviews and Bullseye had the best for a good used car dealership so I decided to go in. There were plenty of vehicles on the lot to choose from but I only wanted one! They had a 3rd row SUV that I desperately needed for my family. Kay and Jake were AWESOME and the entire staff treated us like family the whole time we were there. Normally getting a car is pretty miserable but I was very comfortable dealing with Kay. She is very honest and was willing to work with us to help us get into the car we wanted. She helped us out more than we expected and at the end of the day we drove away with our Chevy Traverse with a much lower car payment than we were quoted at other dealerships. I highly recommend Bullseye and will return in the future when ready for another car.

I wouldn’t have even left one star if I didn’t have too. Bullseye motors has been the worst experience of my life. It took me eight hours to get out of there on a Saturday because Kay is rude and inconsiderate. While she was dealing with us, someone else would walk through the door and she would leave us and deal with them instead of making them wait their turn. It wasn’t a quick thing either. She talks so much it would take her an hour to do a five minute deal. I already had a diesel lined up with another a dealership and the same finance company but they didn’t have a vehicle that fit my needs so I was forced to look elsewhere because of time restrictions. I found bullseye and for some reason they couldn’t get me financed through the same company the other dealership could. They financed the vehicle them selfs. We made our first payment on time and when my paper tags expired I called to ask why I haven’t received my plates and tags. It was only then that they told us they “didn’t receive the check “ (it’s probably lost in the chaos she calls an office”. We had to pay for a stop pay on the check and then pay to send that payment and the next to her certified to her house to be assured she would get it. Remember it’s beenn2 months and still no tags. So we tell her we aren’t making another payment until we get the tags that we paid for. At this point she texts us to tell us that she couldn’t get the tags because they failed to get the truck inspected before they sold it. So we had to find time to take it in to be inspected. We finally got it inspected and told her it’s inspected. So she went and got tags. She argued that she wouldn’t mail them even though that is standard procedure anytime we have ever purchased a vehicle. Mind you we’ve now had the truck four months and are still driving on expired paper plates. Got sick of waiting and finally drove to get the tags ( we live an hour away). Gave her the two payments we owed (less the inspection fee) and had to listen to her berate me for being behind on my payments. And that’s just the buying experience. The truck itself has a lot of issues they didn’t disclose.So yeah, needless to say I would not recommend going here! The most disorganized and unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with!

After my paper tags expired I called the dealership about my plates and was told I had to sign the the title and go get the truck inspected (a truck I had paid cash for and been driving for weeks already). After waiting weeks again I was told theyd mail me the tags (they didnt) finally picked up the tags and they misspelled my name....just avoid this place,super unprofessional all around.

The motor on our only vehicle was shot. We could not afford to get it fixed so while we were car shopping, we had a rental car that was costing us $35 a day. By the time we got to Bullseyemotors looking for a truck we were flat worn out and because of my terrible credit we had been to a lot of them and found a great truck exactly what we wanted right price. So let me say this what happened next is unheard of from people you have only just met. To keep it short we had a minor fuel pump issue 1 week into the truck. she sent a tow truck her son Bobby, to get it, Bobby had it back the next day. She sent Bobby all the way to my job in Austin without a thought. Then my mother’s health began to really decline. I am struggling with mom dying and family all turning into the money hungry people. I am ashamed to know my family. I took my payment to Mrs. Kay and she tells me “Look here’s your tags and keep this money to get through your mom dying and we’ll get this payment in near future. For right now take care of what u need to and we will deal with this down the road ok !! “ I don’t know about you but never in my life have I had more compassion from a car dealership than I had been shown today. I got in the truck crying because I didn’t know what we we’re going to do. Talk about having more empathy for our situation then any of my family. This is in response to the post made by Lynn Cosnahan for Pricilla Cervantes. The vehicle they are referring to is actually a 2007 Suburban- still here and running fine. NEVER ONCE WAS THERE A FAILURE WITH THE MOTOR. The car got reposed after months of trying to locate it by the finance copy, NOT US. The post is a defamation of character, and false claims made by a third party individual. I was a witness to ever part of this and have FIRST HAND information.

I cant really say much about this place. I did not really do anything but walk in and out.The lot is a dirt road with no real parking. There is a large amount of randome cars just parked really tightly togeather. The staff was i think one asian lady who was the best part of the place with lots of helpful tips.Cars looked good and clea. But the prices were very high and there was an odd smell to the office section. Also caution entering the steps while stone habe cracks and heavy people or heavy footed folk might break the step. I dont see myself returning.

Walked in as a low income family and they helped us out. We were able to get a family car which was needed, there was a little problem with the car and we told them about it and they fixed it for us and helped us with a rental till the car was fixed. They worked with payments to what we could afford. I would recommend them 100%. We are going back for a second car very soon.

Dont waste your time with this place.... read below for more info.I dont even know where to start with this place. The woman on the phone was rude... what do you want?. I asked a question on a Truck i was looking to buy and she went off on a random rant about truck of the year..... great..... I got to talk to the owner about the vehicle of which he was not helpful. Is there anything i should know about this vehicle i asked..... no. said the owner. So i decided to go look at the vehicle.When i got there the first thing i noticed is that the camper shell that was shown with the truck was gone. Great. So i looked arround and found that the vehicle has been in a fender bender and scuff marks arround the edges... ok... i can live with those. I walked into their building and it looked worse on the inside than on the outside. Completely fithy. This is a business and the place looks completely run down. I feel i need a tetanus shot from just being in this place. I met the woman on the phone and she asked for my license so i could drive the vehicle. I explained i just wanted to look at the interrior and not drive it yet.She gave me the keys and as i was about the walk out one of the guys who worked there said thats a great truck. I smiled and walked to the vehicle. Upon opening the door the interrior of the vehilce was clean and over armoralled. Not that big of a deal so i proceded to pop the hood and then start the engine.... that would not start.I looked under the hood and found a battery the wrong size for the vehicle with cigarette butts next to it.... great. I looked at the coolant reservoir and found no coolant in it. I was done and took the keyes back to the lady who asked what i thought. I told her it needed work and left.

Fly by night...this was republic motor co in San Antonio and he flaked out!!! Refuses to return phone calls and misleads regarding his role in the business!!
