Regarding selection of products everything is good. However, they follow you around and constantly try to get you to purchase something. I wasnt able to think without being interrupted.

Purchased three bottles of oil, & they did not have a fragrance. I went back with my receipt & explained it to the cashier (it was a woman & a man working). The lady told me no refunds & pointed to a sign. I said that I did not want a refund, all I wanted was oils that had a fragrance. She said noone has complained before. I said, please smell it, there is no smell. And she said no refunds. I said, all right, Ill just have to start buying them from the gas station. The man said, okay.

I bought my first wig here after losing my hair from medicine and they sold me a wig after raving about how nice the wig was, and me not knowing anything about wigs, took their word and bought this $85 wig. After I got home I tried it on and it had bald spots throughout the entire wig. I came in hoping for a return or even an exchange and they refused and told me this is not a bald spot, this is normal. Apparently having an inch receding hair line and bald spots throughout your hair is normal. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and terrible customer service. I would never recommend this place, if I could give it negative stars, I would.

They sell a LOT of expired products and give you a hard time to make a return. They also carry a LOT of cheaply made stuff and Lord forbid it breaks because they avbsolutely will not refund it. They will blame you and walk away. BUYER BEWARE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
