The employees were great! Because of the reopening from COVID, they had lots of fall scents. One of the favorites of a real active of mine was there, usually only sold around Halloween. So that was great, the deal was 5 for $8. We got all 5! The employees were more than willing to help if needed. Very friendly. Wide variety of selection.

Took my daughter and wife here for the Black Friday sale and saved a lot of money. The employees were very helpful and you should have no problem finding something that you like in this store. They had thousands of different items and smells. Lol. The candles from bath & body works in my opinion are some of the cleanest burning candles and will definitely be buying more.

I politely told her I just did that next door as I sanitized leaving the jewelry store across from them. Non-employee says something aggressive & is lucky Im a civil human being. BB&W regulate your employees fraternizing on the clock.

I have had issue after issue with B&BW the last 2 times Ive tried to place an order. I keep my house stocked with these products and would like to keep it that way. I havent even been able to complete this last order yet b/c Ive asked a customer service supervisor to call me via message and email and have yet to speak to someone from last weekend. I called the closest store and spoke to Tiarra. She was very patient, happy and helpful. B&BW, I trust you guys will make this right, b/c you usually do, but for now, Tiarra has helped

I love when they have deals, so I can bye 3 things and get three things for only about 6 dollars including like 5 more things. We are a regular there however from day one of meeting Lina or Liona I’m unsure of how to properly spell it she has been the best helper yet. She’s so very kind & has went above and beyond to make our experience there great. Definitely enjoy the store however she makes us feel welcome.

The smells when you walk in the door reminded me of harvest baking. The clerk was so friendly and helpful, helping me find just what I wanted to purchase. Good sale on lotions and candles.

I have always loved every one of their locations. I could never work for them, I would never have a paycheck. LOL

Great store with loads of products to choose from, but it helps to have an idea what your looking for because all the different scents can become overwhelming. They have everything from lotion to candles to automobile air fresheners. The only drawback is always the lines for the register. Its long and slow at every location I have ever visited but its not bad enough to stop me from shopping with them.

Absolutely one of my top stores. Shoot I got my wife hooked on it. Always a great time when we go in there.

This was the third Bath and Body Works I have been in in a row that was out of the C.O. Bigelow products. Also had to search for an associate to ask, and there wasnt any other customers in the store at the time. Not what it was like at the other stores Ive been to. Disappointing visit all around. Dont know if I should try any more for the products if the stores are always going to be sold out.

I love bath and body works yall should make a lotion line thats ment for really sensitive skin that way all skin types can use because I have eczema so I cant use bath because its a perfume lotion just make lotions that still smells really good and has a variety of scents but is ment for sensitive skin thanks 🖒

New management from Jacksonville is very unprofessional when you make any type of return. Staff is very pushy for you to make exchanges; and they’re never sure what the policy is even when it’s printed on the online statement. They always say because it’s “always changing/we just got a new policy.”

Never have what I need in stock. Visited this store on Saturday August 31,2019. When I talked to the manager about not having the product I needed she acted like she could care less .She was busy talking to one of her friends .
