Everything closes and moves like new and all the gaps are perfectly spaced very nice work. I have had issues with the last couple shops I have used I have to say this is the best so far.

My first experience at Caliber Collision was amazing. The staff was extremely customer oriented. Great customer service, they called me same day to give an update and told me they would call again in 2 days with another update. I was expecting repair to take a week, however it was done in 2 days. The person who called me for the updates was super nice and did not rush the conversation. The work they did on my car was amazing, cant tell it was damaged. When I picked it up, someone went out and warmed it up for me. I thought this was a really nice touch. He explained in detail what work was done and got me on my way quickly. I am so impressed with the service at this place! Will definitely use them again. I highly recommend! Used Caliber Collision to repair my 2016 Silverado. Being my first time having a collision repair, I couldnt have asked for better service all around. Very professional from the office staff who explained how the procedure would work to the excellent work performed on my vehicle. They assisted with a rental car from Enterprise, and kept me up to date on the repair via phone calls. To my surprise my vehicle was completed a day earlier than estimated and when I picked it up it looked as if it had been detailed and entirely cleaned inside and out. I was able to conveniently drop off my rental car at the facility and drive away in my vehicle. Extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend their services.

Fast and friendly. We used Caliber to fix a bumper and front end that was in a collision the week prior. On Monday morning the week of Thanksgiving, we dropped off our car expecting to see it again sometime in December. I brought my car in on a Monday after a minor accident to see what needed to be done and what it would cost. Missy at the desk was friendly and professional and got me touch with Nuri who immediately met me to look at the car. He too was very friendly, professional and enthusiastic about his ability to take care of me and my car. He told me what they would do and what it would cost. He assured me that I would be very happy with the results. I brought the car in on Tuesday and they completed the work as promised by end of the day Wednesday. Nuri and the team did exactly as promised. The car looked like new, complete with interior detailing, all for a price less than I thought I would have to pay. I found Caliber Collision because I live in New Berlin and the overwhelming number of positive reviews on Google. I have to say my experience with this shop exceeded my expectations. I worked primarily with a service adviser Nuri who ended up saving me a lot of money by allowing me to source my own replacement parts which I found on sale out of state and worked with me on the final bill to reduce it as much as possible since I wasnt going through my insurance company. They earned a life long customer. I would highly recommend.

Im a repeat customer. Car was rear ended with damage to the bumper and rear decklid. I dropped off the car off on Monday with an estimated completion date of Friday. Additional damage was found once they removed the bumper cover, so they called with an estimated cost and requested approval to do the additional work. I then got a call the next afternoon that the car was ready. Like the other two times I had work done on my vehicles, the body work and paint were perfect. I have only worked with this location, but they have always matched the paint color (despite the car being several years old) and the finish looks like it was professionally done (unlike my experience with a dealer). As a bonus, they detailed the interior! Thanks to Nuri for getting the work done quickly and at a reasonable cost.

We had our car repaired here last week and they were awesome! I was kept informed about the status of my car about every 3 days, which was great. They went above and beyond my expectations, since they repaired everything expertly and cleaned my somewhat dirty car perfectly. Also, when we had to come pick it up, they stayed open a bit later to allow us to come get it, since we couldn’t come any other day or time. I was very relieved and very happy about that! Seriously, they were so great, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Very friendly and professional! Was given a quote and timeframe, unfortunately because it was an accident and I had planned on taking a trip home it would have taken too long. I told him this and he went back in and made some calls, came back and told me they could have it ready the next day. Called me before noon the next morning told me it was ready to pick up! Less than a day and I had my mirror fixed and even a complimentary detailing inside and out! Couldn’t have been happier!

I stopped in to see if they could get buffed out expecting to have to make an appointment. Nuri looked at it and said he could buff it out right away. 10 minutes later it was all fixed. I asked him how much I owed him and he told me there was no charge! WHAT! Who doesnt charge for excellent service like that? What a nice guy! The attention to detail with the repair and the paint, not to mention excellent customer service will keep me coming back. I am very particular with the paint on my vehicles....it has to be perfect. I have had other body shops return repairs with holograms in the clear coat. Not here. They did the repair, blended the paint and buffed it perfectly such that you will never see it was was repaired. Hard to accomplish on a dark pearl paint. I have had 3 cars repaired by 3 diff shops in the last 12 months. This shop is the only that I can say is perfect.

I had bodywork done here a year ago when it was called goffs and I was extremely disappointed. When I dropped off the car I showed them the front bumper and the rear bumper had cracks in it and needed to be fixed when I got it back neither one was fixed. They also left a spot in the rear that has already started to rust. They charge $6000 to replace one quarter panel and pull a dent out.

Missy, Andreas, and Jeff(?) were fabulous! They are totally personal and professional...all three great communicators. The door on my new car was banged in a parking lot. They made it like new!(with a brand new door). BUT...most importantly...the new door had a minor whistling problem inside. I returned it to them even though it may have seemed small but they went out of their way to make it right...it was Hondas mistake but they took a whole day to find it and fix it at their cost! Now THATS customer service!

The driver side door of my Nissan Altima was sagging due to worn door hinges. Within a week of getting an estimate Goffs was able to fix it. They did a great job on the hinges. The people I talked to during the whole process were very polite and professional. In total I was very pleased with their work and would happily recommend them.
