Really impressed with all the work done on bringing my beat up 97 Silverado back to life. The gloss and quality of the finish is very impressive. They would be my first choice if I needed anything done in the future.

I had Maaco fix a small dent and repair a few rust areas. I am VERY please with the whole experience. Gary was very helpful with the estimate, and Jeff was great when it was done. My car looks perfect now. I highly recommend this location for great body work.

I brought in my 92 Toyota MR2 Turbo for bumper repair and paint correction. Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing and matching a fairly rare color they also gave me a small can of leftover paint for any future touch up jobs u could need as well as sending me progress pictures. Just in time for Automotion!

Had several of my cars fixed here in past. Had great results and fair price. Took a truck in recently for a quote. Mind you i had similar work done on similar truck same places needed repair only the truck i had done last year had way more work done, all new paint, new rear bumper as well all front door hinge pins replaced and aligned. I took in figuring it would be a little less since the rear didnt have to be touched or replaced like first truck, Quote was $600 more then first truck. the bumper is $600 so this quote should be at least $600 less then i paid for first truck for same repair work. Just because i own more than one vehicle doesnt mean i should pay a fair price on first one then get ripped off on second. Not remotely happy with this place. And also working in this industry lots of people ask me for recommendations for having body work done. After this happened there is no way i will even suggest this place.

This is my first bad review for any business. I am very disappointed with my paint job I received from this Maaco. I have used the one in Waukesha and never have had an issue. I bought a car off Carvana and there was issues with the paint and this was the only authorized location to fix the issue. Maaco of New Berlin repainted the front and rear bumpers. Upon pulling up to pick up my car I could see that the color was not correct. I am assuming the painter or anyone during reassembly would have noticed and just didnt care because it is very noticeable. See photo. On top of that the front bumper had a 3M clear bra that was not removed and just painted over. I can pretty much peel the paint off because they painted over the clear sticker.... I address this on pick up and was told this is how the paint sits on a plastic bumper. (Not true) I have since contact Maaco of New Berlin and Maaco headquarters but, no response.

I went to Maaco Collision repair in New Berlin Wisconsin and I was so happy with the results when I got my car back, it looked like new again. I think all the people there are very professional. The auto body repair guys are talented and gifted. Especially the particular gentleman that worked on my car. He was able to fix my car and said that he could do it when other body shops turned me down saying that it was too complicated for the work that needed to be done.( wasnt cost efficient for them) because the year of my car is 2007. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there. Thanks again.

I went to Maaco to get repairs done after being rear ended. The staff was very honest and straight forward about the repairs needed. Been looking for a place that can handle a large truck. From what I can find these guys are the only ones in the area that can handle larger ( tall ) vehicles.Was met right away. No appointment for the quote. Myles was very helpful and answered all my questions. Five stars all the way. If the repair is as good as their customer service then I know Ill be happy.

A great place for auto body repair. It is refreshing to find a shop that cuts and replaces metal instead of requiring someone to buy a new quarter panel.

Repaired scrapes on front bumper and wheel well moldings of my Ford F150. The paint job looks as good as the factory finish, at 1/3rd the cost of Ford dealer’s estimate.

Called ahead to make sure they were able to paint a new grill for my Jeep. Was told it wouldnt be a problem, should only cost around $100-$150.So I brought it in, only to be told they didnt want to do the job because it would be too time consuming, and theyre busy painting full cars that they can make more money on. Guy literally recommended bringing it to a competitors shop.Enough said, definitely wont be doing any business with Maacos going forward!

I took my car here to have some scratches buffed out and paint touched up. Myles gave me an estimate in 10 minutes. Not a cent more when I went to pick it up. It was a lot cheaper than I was expecting but the work was great. You would never know that spot was repainted. Hopefully I never have to go back but I definitely will if I need to!

Car was finished on a super tight deadline with great results at a very fair price. When I need body and paint next (hopefully not soon), I know where to go!

Myles at Maaco went above and beyond to fix the paint job on my truck. Extremely pleased and it was affordable.

I had shattered my rear view side mirror, and most other auto shops were wanting to charge $200-$300 to replace the whole mirror and outer body. However, the outer body was fine and I was only looking to fix the mirror. Im glad I found Maaco, they fixed exactly what I needed and gave me a great and very reasonable price. They were professional and quick (took about 10 mins). I recommend speaking with Hector. Great service and experience!

The shop thought that they were clever. when they deliver the car to me the car was not only dirty but the paint job came out horrible!!!!! I dont like being lied to or deceived.

I Searched for awhile before I made my decision to go to Maaco. Every Other body shop didnt want to take the time to actually asses my Honda civics condition. They treated it like it was such a big job to fix a few small dings and some surface rust that was starting. They did an excellent job. For the price I paid I cant imagine I would of got better service anywhere else. I love the way my car turned out and Ive went to car shows, I cant count the number of compliments Ive received. Brought in a sandblasted compressor . Never used primer though i asked for and paid for it. rusted 8 month later and its kept indoors.Thinest layer of paint used possible.Rattle can would of done a better job.

Had my car painted here brought it in disassembled first time they messed up paint job seen other areas I didnt like they repainted it was better but quality of work is sub par at best looks like car was painted in a dirt floor garage specs everywhere in clear brought back to have other issues fixed only one of the many problems were actually fixed had car total of little over 4 weeks in a month and half period was a simple paint job if you want something nice not a 10 footer go elseware

I brought in 2 vehicles, 1999 GMC Suburban that needed rear tailgate door rusted out and lower quarter panels redone the other was a 2004 Ford Explorer LMT that needed the hood and roof repaired, I had estimates from 2 other body shops that were ridiculous, Hector quoted a price of less than haft of the others, this was 2 1/2 years ago, these vehicles still look great when I need body work again this is when I will return again, keep up the great work and fair prices.
