Tires was bad after only having for 2 months tire popped.. Took back with my all my paperwork and that I pay over 700 dollars and I was told how do he know who put the tires on SMDH. Its now closed in Natchitoches Louisiana good. People was RUDE. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

My experience with this place was very nice. They had the tires in stock for my dump truck and had them installed and on the road in less then 20 minutes.they did a professional job and I will definitely use them again. So dont listen to just one person bad experience read all reviews.some people can never be satisfied with quality workmanship. And try to find something to conplain about I experienced nobrude,loud workers or cursing.

Worst business ever. Went for an alignment, paid $96, got in my truck and drove away and immediately turned around and went back because I couldnt even keep my truck on the road. Told the owner what it was doing and he drove it into the shop. I went to get my drink out the truck and noticed 2 gashes in my door where they opened it up and hit something. Pointed it out to the owner and of course he denied doing it, so now money has to come out of my pocket to get the gashes touched up. Plus the workers there were being totally loud and obnoxious, yelling and cussing my mother. Worst shop Ive ever been to in my life and Ive been to quite a few. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to that place. Complete garbage.

I ordered a set of tires and told them i would be in on my day off to get them. I called to double check before i drove over and they said they had sent them back because they were switching back to D&J. Sent them back? It was a special order tire that i was coming in the next day to buy! Pitiful customer service! Stick with Wholesale Tire in Shreveport!!
