Dealership knew about a preexisting issue with the truck and have done nothing to fix it. Since they delivered the truck all I have got is excuses and run around. All I heard was about how great of a truck I was getting. They also listed the truck for $13k and did a bait and switch for $15k to cover a lifter issue they were already working on. They didnt even take the time to clean the truck. The entire under carriage was covered in dirt and I dont mean dusty. Took me over 2 1/2 hours to wash off all the caked on mud. If this is the way they do business, then I will never do business with them again.

Been ongoing issue but after thousands still not resolved. Actually worse than before. Brad is saving grace of business. Service manager seems rude and unprofessional. False assurances and rude remarks
