The one thing I look for in any business is when they give you a time frame, then either have it completed or if there is reasonable unforeseen circumstances with a repair then one would take that into account for a delay. However, to be quoted a week and a half, then next week, and now 3 weeks with absolutely no work done to even start on the vehicle, that’s very very poor business. Gonna find someone else who can actually do the work when they say they will.

BEWARE!!! When we when we met Mr. Kelly he seemed very nice and when I looked for views I didn’t see them they were actually very much farther down. I asked him if we could do placement plan he said he didn’t normally work like that this was on a Monday I told him we would get paid on that Thursday and I will just come pay him in full on a Thursday then and asked him how long it would take for him to complete the job he said three days I paid him on that Thursday when I try to use my debit card he told me he would prefer me use a money order because he would be charged too much if I use my debit card I went all the way back into town to get a money order to try to save him on fees because he claimed he was going to give us a discount that Monday I called to find out if our vehicle would be ready soon I was told by the other man it would be that WednesdayOn Wednesday when I called I was told there was a problem with the parts coming in and it would be that Friday. When I called on Friday I was told it would be that Monday when I call that Monday was told there was a leak and it would be on Tuesday when I called on Tuesday were there was no answer when I called back on Wednesday after calling many times on Tuesday I finally got hold of someone it was Mr. Kelly who told me it should be Thursday today is Friday and I’ve called several times and yet again no answer. I decided to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau $1600 and two weeks later I still don’t have my vehicle back and I’m not getting anything from them but the runaround please do not use these people they are rip off artist and charlatans

Dont do it!!! I took my truck here back in August to have the transmission rebuilt, by December it was back in because the clutches fried due to him not changing the throttle valve cable like he was asked to do. Its been sitting there since. I kept getting told the tv cables he bought werent working properly. Then a month ago I called and my core had mysteriously cracked. I was supposed to have gotten it back 2 weeks ago, you guessed it, its still sitting in the same place. Ill be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the federal trade commission.

Never look any farther for honest and hard working guys.

Mr. Colemen is one of the nicest mechanics Ive ever met. I was attempting a cross country trip from New Orleans to Northern California but broke down in Natchitoches. I explained to Mr. Coleman I had recently had my transmission rebuilt somewhere else and it was acting up on the highway. I explained to him exactly what was going on and he diagnosed/fixed the problem within ten minutes and had me back on the road to California. I highly recommend this shop for transmission repair and customer service.

These folks had my GMC for 12 days, they dont answer their phones & dont return calls. No way to reach them for 12 days when I was told it would be 3 days to fix my transmission. Theyre rude & obnixious. Dealt with business all over the world and have to say the owner is the most unprofessional Ive ever had the displeasure to meet. He cares nothing about his customers. So much for Southern manners! We need competition to put this business on notice. Btw, there were other customers retrieving their unrepaired vehicles today as well. Shame on Kelly Coleman for such an ugly representation of such a beautiful place!

OMG - Kelly the owner was a savior. My transmission went out and stranded me in Louisiana. They not only fixed the transmission but found what was causing me issues for months. Can’t say enough about this place.
