We had a great time at Build-A-Bear tonight thanks to Zachary! We have been several times before but he took the experience one step further. He had a ton of personality, energy and was great with the kids! This trip really stood out from any other time we’ve been. Thanks for the great service, Zachary!

Had a great experience. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Even having to deal with Covid and counting customers and keeping everyone happy they still managed to help me and my husband find 3 perfect friends for our grandbabies.

This place is the most sweetest shop for children. The workers were so caring and helpful. To me it made a childs dream come true about creating their very own special friend.

Everyone was kind and extremely helpful! I felt very bad for staying late (pass 8pm), but the staff to still made me feel very welcome, and not rush a bit.

They know how to staff that’s for sure. they pick the most patient people to work at all stations from walking in, to stuffing, to check out!!! We got heartfelt interactions the whole experience!! Will be back!!They aren’t joking about the sent!! It will last for longer than 2 years if you ask me!

The only reason I didnt give them five stars was because they were clearly understaffed. One employee to handle anyone who came in? Build-A-Bear has multiple stations you have to interact with, and can get overwhelming with kids running all over. But I have to admit, this young lady had her act together. She managed to keep up with every party in a timely manner, stay polite, tolerate my youngest who was running and yelling, hold a conversation with us, and build a bear with my daughter. This place is a classic stop for us and probably always will be.

My daughter has been wanting to come for awhile now. What better surprise than to take her for her birthday?! Staff was nice & helped us immediately. 👍

The thrill its gone! The child can no longer stuff their own doll... sad. That was the whole experience.... then after bringing home a hair dryer toy... it didnt work.

The actual shop was nice, but the employees were beyond obnoxious with their CONSTANT upsale pitches. Every second we turned around they were trying to get us to add something extra, and they were clearly annoyed that we were not doing anything extra. (We were just getting Pokémon ones who dont need super annoying voice boxes, or outfits)It honestly just ruined the experience for us. I was so happy to have my kids experience their first time at Build a Bear! But I also was not trying to spend $150 on two stuffed animals...

Employees, especially cashier, need an attitude check. Can’t work in a children’s store with a horrible attitude.

It was packed when I was there but the ladies filling the bears made every child feel special and still kept that line moving. Even the cashier was as sweet as could be. We will definitely be back. Opry mills mall 1/18/20

Got our $15 voucher and went to BAB at Opry Mills Mall tonight. There were several shoppers and the staff handled it so well. They were great!Tammy and Steph were wonderful!! They were extremely informative and patient with kids.Both of these women are very good with customer service and excellent representatives of the company.The girls adore their new furry friends. And what a fun experience!!

Great experience for the little ones.

On September 20th I visited the Opry Mills location and had one of the best experiences yet! I am very specific with the amount stuffing my bears are filled with and I know it can be a little annoying to try to get them perfect. Every time I visit is such a great time. I’ve been collecting Pokémon since the beginning and Build-A-Bear has done a great job with their series. I would also like to mention one of their employees, Marlo, she is one of your bests! Don’t ever get rid of her because she keeps so many coming back including myself. She has been there for as long as I can remember and her energy is always top notch. She makes you feel so welcomed no matter your age. I have worked in retail for about 10 years and Marlo does an exceptional job!!! She goes above and beyond for every customer. With Marlo every problem is solvable..this lady deserves so much praise! Thank you Marlo for all that you do for Build-A-Bear and keep up the great work!

Shout out to the employees working on Wednesday June 26th!! We were in around noon and pay your age was in FULL swing (read hour+ wait time). The whole team was friendly and kept things moving the best they could with the unexpected volume of the day. Special thanks to the lady who came in on her day off to lend a helping hand! Went to BAB with my grandbabies to do something with them to create some memories. All the employees were very nice and very helpful with the little ones to make our experience wonderful. The store was very clean and put together. Had a wonderful time.

We went for my sons 2nd b day. Workers were helpful upfront and assisted every step away. Love this place. Was sad we didnt get the box for the bear but then again we didnt ask....

For being there during a super busy time of day. We were in and out barely over 30 mins. The store was well stocked clean and well staffed as always.We are there often that we keep our visit routine minimal. We skip little celebration of life ceremony, skip the birth certificates and wash stations. my kids are no longer young enough to enjoy those experiences. (Teens)While I stand in line to get everything stuffed. They go out look for accessories. Then after there stuffed. Ill look at the stuff I seen while in line as I walk to the register.Were always there for the new Pokemon for them. Sometimes we are getting gifts for someones birthday. Sometimes we are getting a stuffed friend to donate. (Well grab a empty birth certificate for them to fill out at home.) So far were up to 6 donated stuffed friends over the past 4 years. Three was from the pay your age day last year. My kids and I each made one to donate since we was in the area that morning. It was a two-hour wait but it was well worth it. We get coupons often enough that we share that love with the kids who cant come into the store. Todays visit was to add to my kids collection of Pokemon.

We had such a fun time taking my little boy in for his first birthday for a birthday bear! We will definitely go back again. Everyone was super nice and cass loved the lady stuffing the bears!

Had an awesome visit here today. The employees we great and exciting to watch with the children. We have been here several times over the last few years and by far, this was the greatest visit.

Staff was very helpful and answered every question I hadThey were very patient and understanding in dealing with the kids and made each step in the process seem almost magical for themCan easily spend $100 on the animal, clothes and its accessories. But watching the look on your kids face as their new stuffed animal comes to life makes it all worth it.

Love build a bear...but on a Friday night you have 1 stuffer and 1 cashier...... so lame. After waiting in line over 30 mins a stuffer finally.came back from lunch break.....but then you had to stand in a huge line because there was only 1 cashier! You would think they would learn by now after there hot mess last month.

Store wait was horrible. Employee at the stuffing area was more qorried about making long conversations with customers about random things then actually paying attention and doing their job correctly and efficiently.
