Excellent service and the ice cream needs no reviews they are the best

Good but not great. My Rocky Road was good, but my husbands Butter Pecan was bland. Staff was okay, but not exceptional.

I stopped by yesterday around 12 noon. The young lady was very sweet and helpful. She helped me decide on what flavor I would like best. I ordered an “Irish Cream Brownie” milkshake and it looked and tasted wonderful. Will stop by again soon.

I went to this store in Opry Mills Mall because it is my husbands favorite ice cream. There were no customers in the store and all three of the staff members were texting or talking on their telephone while we waited. After they asked us what we wanted they could not get the order right and the young lady I was paying made it obvious that we were interrupting her. In the meantime, no one was cleaning the filthy floor. I took pictures of them on their phones, but Im not sure how to attach them here. You would think at least their District Manager or corporate office would review and see all the complaints about staff and make changes. I wont be visiting again

Starbucks was closed, so i came here to try their coffee frappe, and i must say it was delicious! the lady was very sweet and patient with me and offered me the caramel flavor, but i told her i did not like sweet flavors that much, so she suggested the mocha flavor and it was amazing 😋 i will come back to try out there smoothies and her great service!!

Ice cream was good but the milkshake was really thin. Definitely not worth $7, especially when they don’t bother to actually fill up the cup. It was at least an inch short and when I asked them to fill it up I was told they usually put whipped cream on top (which I didn’t want). So you make shakes short bc whipped cream goes on top?? I felt ripped off. Don’t display a cup for shakes if you won’t bother filling it up. I gave two stars because the guy helping me was really nice and obviously didn’t make the rules.

Today at 9:57 AM 11/18/2020 at Opry Mills Mall in Nashville TN, I entered the Häagen Dazs store. The lady that worked there had her back to me and barked at me “we’re not open!” Then she walked away. They were going to be opened in three minutes. It was my very first time trying to buy ice cream at a hog in the store. I will never go back ever. I walked away.

I had a very rude experience with a young lady on Saturday afternoon at 6:38 PM. Im putting the exact time because she closed early. I didnt know she was closing early until I asked her what the normal hours of operation were so I could add them to Google. She said 11 to 7...its on the website. I mentioned, that it wasnt 7 yet and she replied that she could close when she wanted. She then promptly left and didnt say anything else to me. I get having a long day and I get something coming up, but she could have just said that instead of making it seem like I was an annoyance to her. There wasnt a number to call and I couldnt get her name. Normally, I get great service from them.

They are always friendly and do a good job with orders.

The two girls at the store were much more interested in gossip than actually working. Husband stood waiting to give order but no luckThis store should either retrain or find better employees

I went to the hagen daz creamery in the opry mills mall expecting nothing less than greatness, but i guess that was too high of a standard. The employees eat the ice cream straight out of the tub, double, triple, and even quadruple dipping their sample spoons they use. not sanitary at all. place was very messy despite not being busy, the guy who served me had excellent customer service, but his coworkers were uninterested in helping him. b
