Friendly staff but food was subpar at best. Got served a moldy cup of fruit replaced by another old cup of fruit. No gender neutral restrooms. Not wheelchair accessible. Seats are far too small to fit an average human today. Out of a lot of things on the menu. You probably have better options elsewhere. Matcha latte was good, though.

Husband and I ordered breakfast and coffee and it was fantastic. Really like their tatertot hash browns that was really good.

Good atmosphere and good breakfast was happy. You wont be disappointed.

Love this coffee shop and cafe find! Our Lattes were perfect. My husband got a sausage egg and cheese sandwich waffle and I got the not so plain Jane. Both were very good!

It’s a really cozy place! Nice staff, clean, food was excellent I really recommend this place it’s a must go place! Brunch breakfast or lunch is just perfect and real coffee place !

I first found this place while at a conference in Murfreesboro. I was so excited to find one here in Nashville. I love this place. The food is so fresh, and the coffee is great. I love the atmosphere too. I look forward to eating here whenever I am on this side of the state. So, so good.We need one in Knoxville near Powell if you ever decide to come this way. I think you would be a hit. 😘

Just Love Cafe has amazing coffee drinks, I go there often and have never ordered anything I didnt love. I also like the fact that they have a good variety of food options, including a womlette which is my favorite go-to meal. They have something for everyone no matter what your diet restrictions are.

Am incredible tats experience for breakfast. The speciality waffles are out of this world as are the cinnamon waffles. The sides (both got sausage) were very tasty and cooked just right, and not greasy at all. Even the coffee was good. All in all we would make this a regular stop for breakfast.

This place is awesome! Hit it up on our way outta town, road trip from MI to FL. The coffee was so smooth- I had an americano, black. And their breakfast food is UNREAL! We ordered the breakfast burrito and sausage/egg sandwich. They press it on a waffle iron or panini press. Hands down best breakfast I have had in awhile. Loved it!

Chic coffee place!I stopped here to grab a coffee. The ambience was pleasant and looked like a good place to study or to have a pow wow.The barista was friendly and the place was well presented.Coffee is a bit pricey but the taste was worth it!I had a speciality coffee called toffee coffee with customized sweetness levels.I would definitely recommend this place!

This cafe has been here for years serving up a consistently good cup of coffee.. Located just off Music Row and just outside of the downtown area, Just Love has remained a convenient spot for me to grab a cup of coffee in between sessions or a private place to take lunch meetings.. Their menu is limited but there are plenty of delicious items to choose from.. Their selection of coffees and teas is pretty impressive for such a small cafe.. With so many fantastic coffee shops in Nashville the competition is high.. But Just Love holds it own through consistency and convenience.. I will continue to enjoy this location and I will always suggest it to friends and clients..

Great hip coffee shop near downtown. It’s a perfect place to bring your date or organize group project for college students. Can’t comment on their coffee since I don’t consume caffeine, but all my friends say they’re better than ones at frothy. Great sandwiches too! Only con is how tight the place can feel (especially during COVID).

I’ve been here I think three times now and they’re the friendliest bunch 🥰. Great place to network, work remotely, or just stop by for tea.

This was our first visit to this location. We really enjoyed it. The vibe was great. You didnt feel as if you were still in Nashville. The perfect lounge music. Nice folks too. It set the morning off to a great start after receiving our second vaccine:)

My go to coffee shop in the morning! Everybody is so nice and the coffee and breakfast burritos are amazing.

Super rough experience. Radically understaffed. No mention when we ordered that it would take over an hour to get served. Then when we finally got our food, it was marginal at best. My womlette was beyond over cooked. Super rubbery and my wife’s waffle lacked any taste. My advice, go somewhere else.

Sadly, I’ve heard great reviews about this place and I just wasn’t moved at all. The coffee wasn’t very good. I had to ask them to remake it twice (which they did with no complaint,) but who serves luke warm coffee at 7 in the morning? Also, I ordered a burrito to go and my bag was empty. No condiments, no napkins, no silverware, NADA! Then I ask for grape jelly and they don’t carry it. Idk maybe I just caught them on a super off day, but I don’t think it’s worth the money to be left feeling unsatisfied and underwhelmed.

I order a nutella stuffed waffle and a BLT and my waffle was only a half of a waffle dried up nutella and no whip cream and my BLT had 2 pieces of wimpy undercooked bacon on it and this is expensive place and didnt even care to properly prepare my food

The food is DISGUSTING !! Waited 30 minutes for food we could not even eat. Staff is disinterested and the cook could care less about the quality of food served. Avoid this place.

I didnt really like my latte. It was just a bit more bitter than I like. But the atmosphere was relaxing. And I really enjoyed listening to the three ladies playing acoustic music.

Visiting Nashville for our honeymoon and stopped in for breakfast. Lots of good options and we had pig dippers, sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and tater cakes. For the most part it was tasty - maybe a little more seasoning would elevate the dishes. The tater cakes are 1/4 of a waffle and $3.50 (not $3). Overall not really worth the price but were delicious.

I love the vibe here. Its super spacious and great for sitting down and getting work done if thats what youre looking for. They have free WiFi. They also have a small stage with acoustics which I presume would be for live music and acts later in the afternoon/night. The chai latte is delicious and reasonably priced. very nice

Needed a quick place to stop for a drink and do some work. Decent customer service. Plenty of places to sit and plenty of outlets. There arent many decaf options but if youre looking to be caffeinated youll have plenty of choices.

Paid $28 for two biscuits and a burrito. They were “out of coffee” (at 9:30 AM)— the machine was broken or something but it seems like they should’ve found another way to make it. Then they only gave us the burrito and called us liars when we asked for the biscuits. We saw them laughing at us in the back. Bad experience all around.

Im not a coffee fan, but the chai tea was excellent and their food was phenomenal. One of us had an omelette and I had a Belgian waffle sandwich..... So good!

The coffee is mediocre at best. A fine spot if you are just trying to pop in and out for a coffee, but I think there is better quality coffee all over nashville. The staff was all very kind and the atmosphere is great.

Nashville was our overnight stop in our drives between Raleigh and Austin. Both times we were staying in a nearby hotel and needed a place to quickly grab coffee, tea and a breakfast snack. This place checked all the boxes. Each time our order was ready within 10 minutes, even though the online order portal told us it would take 30 minutes.The house coffee was good, the iced and hot teas were better and the food was delish! The avocado toast was a big portion considering the price. The Nanas cinnamon roll/waffle was the best! This is the perfect spot to quickly fill your belly before hitting the road

Food safety hazard!!!! The dye in their to go paper comes off on the food. The food is disgusting and if you order gravy, theyll give you syrup because they run out of it and it takes literally 8 minutes to make getting scratch. Wouldnt eat this garbage of it was free.

The environment and overall of vibe of this place is warm and friendly, and they have some great music playing. The chai latte, however, was not as good as I hoped for the price. The house coffee roast was robust and delicious. Did not try the food menu, but it looked delicious and had a lot of options.

We went to get coffee after grabbing a quick lunch at Whole Foods. We are small business owners so I wanted to support a small business instead of getting coffee at WF. My husband and I had a mask on but our children did not as per the governors orders, kids under 12 are not required. We were simply going to grab coffee and leave. The lady checking us out said our kids needed masks and I informed her children under 12 are legally exempt. Keep in mind the coffee shop had patrons sitting without masks, apparently covid can’t strike if you are sitting. Sadly we did not order given the hostility from uninformed woman. THIS IS WHY SMALL BUSINESSES IN THIS COUNTRY ARE FAILING.

Ordered the lumberjack with oat milk and it was great. Highly recommend checking out this place if you’re in the area. Their menu is robust and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I like this place. I went with my friend there. This is a great place to drink your favorite coffee. I didn’t be there many times. However, when I went there couple of times I had a great experience. The price is not high. It is more or less equal to the Starbucks. However, this coffee house has a unique coffee tastes. They are offering various flavors to the customers. They have some good snacks as well. We had breakfast there.This is place you can bring your children. I didn’t see they are offering any high chairs for children’s (Management, please let me know if you are offering high chairs for the children’s. If yes then I will update my comments accordingly. Thank you).The parking has side parking lot. You can park where you find a free space in front of the store.They have facility in the outside of the coffee house (I believe). You can just sit and relax while you taste your coffee.I would recommend this place for my friends, family and others as well.The entrance has accessible for everyone. In fact, the car parking is also accessible to everyone.Have a nice coffee and your taste buds may be like more!Have a nice time there!

Horrible customer service. We arrived 20 min before closing the barista rolled his eyes when we walked into the door and had an attitude. After we paid we sat at the stools waiting for our espresso drinks and he threw the lids at us on the table like hurry up and get out. I will never come back to this place again and will tell everyone I know not to visit this place. Id be happy to tell the owner who the barista is if asked, I would never want to employ an employee with that sort of attitude.My Reply: So I saved the menu of your shop because we had a long day that day and wanted to write to the owner. I attached a picture of your menu wrote my name and dated it today. We left the Schermerhorn Symphony Center at night and went out for coffee to your shop. This happened on October 27 Saturday night.

Great coffee and breakfast. Eat a scone, seriously they are amazing. They have lunch items as well that look delicious but I havent tried them yet. One of the best things about this location is the always friendly and helpful staff who give great recommendations based on what you like. Great atmosphere to come drink coffee and study for awhile. Highly recommend!

I didn’t just love the coffee. I also loved myself as I slurped that hot cup of joe. I remember thinking “wow, I’ve never felt this way before” but then I recalled my first Starbucks experience. I was spurned of course, most are, but things felt different here. I appreciated the effort, the care and most importantly the sweet succulence of my morning coffee. I’ve never felt this way before. It was...it was Just Love.
