We had the BEST experience with Morgan today when adding a new line and switching a phone from AT&T to my current Verizon plan.Morgan was so helpful, sweet, and patient with us. Not only was Morgan awesome, but the entire staff working was friendly and fun.Unfortunately, it’s so hard to come by great customer services these days. It was refreshing to see such a great team of folks be so attentive and kind to their customers. I would DEFINITELY recommend this Verizon location, Morgan, or any of their fantastic sales folks!

If I could give lower than one star I certainly would. Do not go to this store. Take whatever extra time it takes you to drive elsewhere. The employees are among the rudest I have ever met in this industry. I was treated with such unkindness and disregard. I left and went to the Verizon in Bellevue and as I was explaining what I needed I also mentioned that I had just left the Verizon store at Charlotte Pike and how I was treated. The lady standing behind me said that both she and her friend had similar experiences at that store and neither one would ever go back. The manager at the Verizon store was able to troubleshoot and fix my device within 5 minutes of me going into the store. 5 minutes made the difference between a 5 star review and a 1 star. Ps. I will tell everyone I know not to go into this location.

Less than one star for this location. At the Verizon store in Nashville West there is a sign that reads, wait for assistance, outside. We waited very briefly, then a young man comes to the door and opens it just wide enough, without allowing us in, to ask, what did we want, in a very rude manner. I replied, we wanted to buy new phones, however, if you have to ask what we want, (what is the most reason people go to a phone store) you dont want our business. We didnt mind following the rules; that young man was rude!! We were wearing masks and wanted to replace our phones. Ive been with Verizon since 1998. Ive not been treated that disrespectfully at Verizon before. Im researching to see who our next carrier will be. Disappointing.

Great experience a year ago. Tonight, not so much. At 6:11 p.m. 4 employees were standing around in an empty store. No customers inside. Not a single car other than mine in the parking lot. I was there to buy a phone. They required me to have an appointment, and they said they booked for the evening in spite of no one being there. They said appointments were booked at 30 minutes intervals. At 6:11 p.m not a soul was in the store except for the four employees huddled around each other socializing. So, obviously all of the appointments failed to show at 6:00 or the information provided to me was inaccurate. Nineteen minutes should be enough time to sell me a phone. in fairness, one employee offered to bring me a phone outside to look at. However, the absurdity of the offer made it unacceptable. I was not interested in standing in a dark parking lot to buy a new phone. Also, the store is so expansive there is plenty of room for social distancing. Of course helping me would have required one of them to leave their social huddle. It would appear that the owner has some employee training to do. You cant blame this on COVID.Response to Reply: There will not be a next visit. This is an attitude problem. The entire staff was looking for an excuse not work rather than a way to solve the problem and make the sale. I will see how your competitors do.

Lady sales clerk finally got our phone and tablet going, after explaining we had spent 6 hrs Mon at 3 Verizon stores to no avail, then 2 hrs on phone tech support, then went to this appt, and she suggested to go to Geek Squad, but after we told her no and how upset we were, she helped get tablet going after it updated and locked on us first thing at home! She was nice at end and very helpful in short time, too, within our 30 min time frame! Thank you!

The guy that helped me seemed attitudinal. They didnt have what I needed and you cant just call the store and find out if they do. You have to call the customer service sales line. So after being told they did have it but being told because I wasnt yet a customer, I couldnt just purchase it right then and have them hold it, then fighting traffic to get there, which is nightmarish in that location, and wasting gas, they didnt have it. Annoyed is an understatement.

I have had a business account with Verizon for 20 years and one of my employees went to get a new phone and the incompetent person at the Nashville West store said that my employee had to know my SS number to be able to transfer the information from my employees old phone to the new phone. When I called Verizon about it, they said that was absolutely not true. I have decided that Ive had enough incompetence from Verizon and the Nashville West store is a corporate store instead of one of the individually owned stores and theres just no excuse for that kind of incompetence and poor service.

I went into this location to expect professional customer service. I was so let down. My phone totally quit working and with all my medical issues, I was in desperate need to get a working phone. When I entered the building and told the young man about my phone and that I had insurance. He handed me a pamphlet and said call this number and walked away. Remember I don’t have a working phone. Then I was told to file a claim on the sample tablets. Then I needed to call back the insurance company and type in my iCloud account while using the phone. The young man told me I couldn’t use the phone and the tablet at the same time. But yet no one offered to assist me. I had to move away from my own little bubble because people may need to use the bathroom that I wasn’t even blocking. So we are more worried about people needing to use the restroom then helping me that is disabled and doesn’t have a phone. After an hour of being there and trying to solve my own issues. I was told to leave. No one ever offered to help me. Don’t recommend this place. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years but will never return to this location. What is my sugar got low on the way home? No one would have been able to help me let alone find me.

Isaiah was not personable and extremely rude the first time I went into this store. I had him a second time and his people skills did not improve any. He seemed to be in a hurry when the store wasn’t busy, trying to push people out of the store and not really care about what their needs are. I understand the workers are paid on commission, but not taking care of the customers needs in a professional way puts a damper on the process.

Stopped by the Verizon store to purchase a new phone today but left empty handed. After a brief wait, a salesperson came over to me to ask how they could help me and I let them know the model I wanted. They searched the floor storage areas but could not find the model. They spoke with a supervisor who stated the phone was in the safe but could not be accessed for another 10 minutes. The salesperson asked if they could attend to another customer during my wait, fair enough. So I waited. After about 15 minutes, the supervisor notifies the salesperson that the phone was on the floor the entire time directly in front of me. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and getting me checked out or asking one of the other salespeople to handle my case, the supervisor went to the front of the store to talk to another salesperson. I was left to wait for the salesperson to complete the transaction, which seemed a little complicated and time consuming, with the customer I had allowed them to serve while I waited. After another few minutes, I did not cause a fuss and simply got up and left. No one tried to stop me or say anything. I walked by the supervisor who was still talking to another salesperson at the front of the store. I know the wireless store can be a long visit but if you dont respect my time, then you dont deserve my money especially with the prices of these phones! I will be visiting another Verizon store regardless of how far I have to drive.

Unskilled employees... they tried to sell me devices but never informed about bunch of extra charges. They promote ipad $100 of then they lock you for 2 year contract $20 every month charge with $40 activation fee plus taxes. Eventually you never saved $100, with expense thousands of dollars. They need to train employees or hire someone with skills

Kevin Kelley helped me out, and took a lot of time to explain the complex corporate nuances of a warranty I had. Professional young people is delightful to experience where most young people in customer care don’t care about you. I should have read the reviews on this location prior to purchasing my familys phones here. We were informed that we could get my husbands phone buy one get one free and verified with the employee at the store multiple times that it would not be a problem to sell off the other phone and that there would be no additional fees. It turns out we are on the hook for hundreds of dollars for the next 2 years because we were blatantly lied to. After multiple talks with verizon both over the phone and at this location, we are only being given a small discount on this line fee and were told we should be grateful for that. RUN FAR AWAY from this store. Do not believe anything they tell you. They will lie to your face and deny it later. We have never been treated like this by a major company. I have no idea how this location is still in business. If you do make the mistake of going here, do yourself a favor and record the entire conversation.

Iv paid for a second phone for 2 years $150 without the phone so my bill was 300 a month ( crooks) I bought 3 vehicle trackers they screwed up contract on that. My wife and I went here to switch plans from another carrier. I am a very particular person, and I know what I want and what I like.Immediately after walking in the door and being greeted, we meet Dante, the sales associate. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. He provided accurate information and let us make the decisions. He did not pressure us nor did he get impatient with my directness and questions. He was polite and extremely gracious in providing us with the technology we needed at the price we wanted. He is the man! Manager either has no clue what he was doing or is just a pathological liar and after reading the reviews the latter is confirmed. I needed a new SIM card and my brother just bought 3 lines on a business account so I had a temporary number right now that I needed to port my old number from T-Mobile to Verizon. Apparently this could not be done unless I had my brother from Houston be there with me or I needed to be added as an account manager. Had to get a Verizon store from Houston to call them and tell them that this was possible to do without my brother being there or me being out as an account manager but they again lied to an employee who works at the SAME company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. If you don’t know the answer then don’t lie. Simple as that.Update: went to the other store and they completed what I asked for in this store.

When I turned my Sprint phone into Verizon store I was told that I would get a monthly credit for the value of the phone PLUS in 8 weeks I would receive a Visa gift card for the buy-out to pay Sprint whatever was due on the phone. I confirmed with the salesman that i would receive both, to which he relied Of course, why would you? After a month I receive an email stating that the credit has been applied to my bill for the value of the phone, instead of the gift card. Only received the value, NO BUY OUT! NO MORE VERIZON!!! They program their salesmen to tell you what you want to hear, then they tell the truth in email after the grace period has ended so phones cannot be returned!

My husband went to get a new phone and paid for it up front. We also switched our phone plan. She told is the HUM came with my plan and there was no contract. When I got home I realized she had charged for the Hum product and it charges monthly $10 extra plus comes with a contract. Everything was a lie. Went back the next day and the manager charged me $50 restocking fee. People ask for your receipt because they will say to check your account online and lie to you. I have had Verizon over 10 years and have never had an issue until now.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- ZERO STARS_ Ive been going to this location for 8 yrs but my last experience was terrible. Rich was helping me when another customer walked in the store, he left in the middle of helping me, despite the fact that 4 or 5 other techs were standing around available. He went to the back of the store. I asked if someone else could help me & one guy said since Rich started with me, hed have to be the one to help me. When he came out, he went to the other customer. I asked again if someone else could help me & one guy said it had to be Rich...who was still chatting with the other customer. I finally walked out without having my phone fixed. He was totally rude & I dont know why Verizon was paying all those other guys to stand around not helping anyone

Some of the employees are not very friendly. Although I have dealt with nice people, majority of the time i feel rushed and like they are annoyed with me for needing anything. Also the waiting process is garbage. 1 person literally helps no one just walks around asking for your name to put you in a virtual line. It takes forever for the smallest thing. Was told my bill would be less than $200 a month for two devices and two lines, but then she told me that I could get another phone for FREE but had to sign up that day as it was the last day of the promo. So figured why not it’s only $10 a month.WRONG! You have to pay for a plan that’s $50 a month, not $10!Purchased the new iPad Pro and she sold me on the new Apple Pencil. I asked, this is the second generation one, correct? She stated yes. So took home my new iPad, iPhone XS and would expect my “free” iPhone XR to be shipped. I was leaving the next day for work, then had a wedding, so figured I’d setup the iPad when I got home. I made sure to ask if I needed to return anything I could, she said yes, 30 days!I returned 15 days later, she sold me the WRONG Apple Pencil (first gen will NOT work with the iPad Pro), and never got my iPhone XR, but wanted to cancel it anyway as I’m not paying $60 a month for a device I’m not going to use. She told me I only had 14 days to return the equipment and needed to come back to speak to a manager. Came back the next day, and in fact, I could have returned the phone, iPad and pencil the day I went there but was told I couldn’t 😡😡😡Called Verizon and their customer service is not in the least helpful. Told me I am stuck with the $100 pencil that I CAN NOT USE and now stuck with another line that I have no device for!I am furious, I have a $400 month bill, for a phone that I use, but on top of it, stuck with the iPad Pro and other line. Never used either one, and they won’t give me a refund on the activation fees either.On top of it, she ordered me an Apple Pencil on my bill, was never shipped and still being charged. My first bill is almost $600! This is ridiculous. I’ve spent HOURS on the phone with Verizon and no help.DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!** Update **Two days later they responded to my post with “thank you for your feedback, we’ll pass king the information to better our customer service...”WHAT ABOUT RESOLVING THE ISSUE WITH CURRENT CUSTOMERS?!?!I’ve never seen anymore more apparent than that bold statement saying “we have you in a contract and don’t care about you now!”

AT&T had faster internet on a galaxy note 5. I’m on an iPhone 8 Plus with unlimited every thing paying 215$ a month for two phones. Outrageous. I’m sorry but Verizon may have the coverage but AT&T has the internet speed. I like how they say they have the best coverage but when I go places outside of Nashville. Very slow internet for 4glte. On a 800$ phone. I only gave 2 stars because I get service places where att couldn’t. So eh.

In the last few years Ive only gone to this location to check out working devices, as the in store service was seriously lacking. There is an employee there (still - after all of these years) with an English accent that knows literally nothing about anything unless its an iPhone. He speaks generally with condescension in his tone everytime anyone in my family has dealt with him; including today. I have literally randomly dealt with this same employee twice in as many years and twice left the store and found an independent dealer and purchased equipment from them; thats how poorly his service has been. Today I randomly got the same person. I was about to leave the store, when I met and worked with AND purchased from a smart and friendly woman named Melissa who took the time to answer ALL of my questions about devices, services, rate plans and accessories; after the other sales person printed some information for me and left me standing in the store needing help.Avoid the man with the English (he sounds English) accent at all costs. This store nor this company has any business ethics whatsoever. First off when I initially came in to get signed up with Verizon, I was approached by a vehicle intimidatingly high pressure sales person names Richie. He was very salesy and obnoxious from the start, and kept asking about a facial scar that I have bad memories and PTSD from He sold me on an Iphone 8 Plus, a case, and the total mobil protection and told me that if I were to ever crack the screen it would be covered with a $45 deductible. After about 2 months I cracked my phone and called in and made a claim where they proceeded to tell me that my deductible was $199 for a brand new phone, and that the total mobile protection that I had purchased does not cover cracked glass on my phone. I called them back at the store and as always they were very disrespectful and kept putting me on hold without telling me they were and then offered to reduce my bill if I payed the total out of pocket cost by myself at the apple store. There is a federal law that says if you sell a warranty as something that its not, then you can be sued, this is the reason you will be contacted by my attorney within a few days... Thanks Verizon

The rep I dealt with screwed up and didnt check the line we were trying to add to my account and see that it was still under contract through a corporate account. This was after he put me on the phone with a Verizon department and instructed me to take assumption of liability for the line. So at that point, we had no phone as hers had to be returned to her former employers, yet that line was now on my account and was going to start being billed to me. He then gave us 2 options, one was to try and buy the phone from her former company and then wait the 4 months until that line was eligible for an upgrade and then at that point buy a phone from him or he gave us the option for a managers exception that could reverse his mistake and give her a new number if and only if we spent $150 in the store. She had to have a phone, so we came home and terminated that line, incurring a $100 charge, and went to the Verizon in Green Hills and did the whole thing over, adding her to my account with a different number, Which would have been fine with us in the first place had the original rep we dealt with explained to us that the line we were adding was still under contract through a corporate account. The request to refund the $100 termination fee of the line was denied by Verizon customer service. We then spoke to a manager at the Nashville West store as a customer service rep listened in and she admitted that they should have just made a managers exception and reversed everything without ever having to spend even $1 to and started from scratch with a new number, which would have been fine. But that rep would only offer me the managers exception if we spent $150 in the store that day, like for example, an ipad mini they had on special. At that point, I realized the rep was trying to take advantage of us and cover his mistake at the same time. The Nashville West Store just now offered us one solution where we wouldnt incur the $100 termination fee, and thats if we return the phone we did buy from Green Hills Verizon and then buy the phone from them and they would reverse the AOL and give us the old phone line back after we had already told all friends, family and her new employer her new number. Know what youre getting into before dealing with the Nashville West Verizon store. Employees that are shady, uninformed and unwilling to stand by and correct mistakes made by their staff. But dont worry, Verizon customer service was even worse.

As with most cell stores, everything seems to take forever. It will help if youre going in to go ahead and save or upload all you info to a cloud to cut down on transfer time between devices. The employee do seem to have endless patience. Worst part was Nashville West shopping center must insist they play bad country music, like the rest of the shopping center.

Weakest customer service Ive ever encountered. I wouldnt hesitate to give zero stars. I returned two iPhone 6s to return to my old iPhone 5 I had so much trouble with the staff at this location. So if downgrading is your style, this store will make you get to that point haha
