The fastest, most efficient and transparent vehicle dealer my husband and I have ever dealt with! We stopped by to look at a couple of vehicles we were interested in after checking out VN’s online inventory. We ended up working with Coda to trade in my Jeep! He drove my Jeep while we tested out a couple cars (variety of good inventory options & fair pricing to choose from!) Honestly, upon sitting down once we were both finished, he was able to quickly give us a transparent breakdown on what they could offer us for the trade and we were done with the paperwork in honestly 30 minutes. Probably important to note that we were a cash customer and didn’t have to deal with financing, however we did have a payoff of the Jeep I was trading. I really can’t emphasize this enough - open, honest and quick communication. This includes having to replace a turn signal light we noticed was out during our test drive! I got a great deal. These guys run a good honest business.A week after I purchased this vehicle, the alternator went out. And this was on a Friday night. Not having any type of warranty, I bought an alternator online and spent the weekend taking my car apart.I decided to go ahead and tell the dealership about my issue without any expectation as there is not any type of warranty on the vehicle.Monday morning, the dealership had my car picked up and taken to a high end mechanic. The next day, my car was returned to my home. They had my car repaired at no cost to me.I highly recommend this dealership. They are honest, fair and did what was right when they were not obligated. They understandably would not hold the vehicle overnight, but when I checked availability the next day and let them know I was on my way, they promised to hold it. There was no pressure at all. I took the truck on a test drive. Chris then took the truck I was trading in on a test drive. Pretty easily agreed on a price for both trucks.Paperwork went smooth. They use Redstone Federal Credit Union for financing. They even take care of the DMV. Tax was rolled into my financing and I just need to wait for my new tag in the mail.
