April was my salesperson! She was very knowledgeable, professional as well as attentive to my questions and concerns. The most important quality that I really appreciated was not feeling pressured or harassed to make a decision while purchasing my car. Everyone that I was in direct contact with were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience!
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience and the team down at Wyatt-Johnson, notably Jeff and Ian. Jeff was fantastic at providing me details and support for purchasing my new truck. When I arrived he and Ian made sure they paved the way for my experience to run smooth. I thank you guys greatly for your service it was definitely appreciated. I strongly recommend purchasing a vehicle with Wyatt.
I booked an appointment 1 month ago and thought everything would be situated upon arrival of me getting there.. I was scheduled for a diagnostic test to ensure everything was good with my car before I take a trip out of state… I arrive to the service center and they explained that appointments aren’t relevant anymore and I would need to leave the vehicle for up to a week to get anything done with my vehicle. I explained that the customer service representative ensured that everything could be done in a timely manner and I should have the test done that same day… I could have been at least updated through email or a call explaining the changes within the service department… Wasted an hour drive for negligence within the company
Alfredo is the man! No hassle, great deal. These folks were willing to work with us to get the best deal possible. Nothing but good vibes here.
I have always found the dealership to be extremely reliable, fast, efficient and friendly as it relates to service. I didn’t purchase my car from them unfortunately because of the particular model with options I wanted but I would definitely use them for sales if they run like service!!
Great service and friendly staff on a busy rainy day. Our sales guy was very knowledgeable and we didn’t feel pressured and ended up buying a new truck as opposed to the used one we went in to see. Finance team was speedy and organized.
We had a good experience at Wyatt Johnson Ford. We were looking for a good used SVU. The dealership had just the car for us. Great car, low mileage. April was very helpful in helping us arrive at deal that was fair for all. Great sales and service team.
Found this awesome dealer, and my amazing salesperson Brady, by some weird luck. I was looking at a Ford F-250 Dually but things did not work out with the original place I looked. After searching again, I found my dream truck at Wyatt Johnson, about 3 hours from my house. I spoke with Frank, the sales manager before I drove down to make sure they would accept my plan and that the vehicle was there. When I arrived, the process was quick and smooth. From my trade value, to the vehicle price, to dealing with an out of state Credit Union that does things a little different, Wyatt Johnson handled it perfect. Even the finance person found a small issue on a fee that saved me $500! I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase and will gladly drive to Wyatt Johnson again on my next Ford purchase!
I went to several dealerships before making a purchase. Bill Risko at Wyatt Johnson was by far the nicest salesperson to work with. I would highly recommend starting any new search for a vehicle there.
Had a great experience! I was at the end of the my lease for my ford focus and Jeff made it an easy process to purchase my leased vehicle!
Mike P helped me get the exact car I was looking for! Dealers don’t often have plug-in hybrids on their lots so he helped me place a custom order and within a few months, it arrived. Mike and Maddy O were great at responding when I had questions or wanted updates along the way. They even called me when other PHEV’s came in while I was waiting on mine, just in case I wanted one of those sooner. Great experience overall!
Great experience and excellent customer service from Dustin Brock in sales. I highly recommend this dealership.
Everyone at Wyatt Johnson Ford was very nice and accommodating. Our salesman John was very helpful and the finance officer Demetrius explained in detail our finance agreement and offered helpful programs that would add to our warranty at a nominal price. Next time I buy a Ford this dealership is the one I will do business with!Sincerely, Steve Scarborough
I had very very worst experience with Wyatt Johnson Ford service Center. I dropped my Ford Focus for service. After three weeks only I got back my car. They just wiped my car and charged $218.00. They did not fix small issues like headlight lamp and fix the registration plate in car. I tried to call them around 30 times to get update but they just answered 3 times. All the time they put on hold and disconnect after 10 min. My car dealer, warranty company and myself tried to reach them so many times last week. They never get back any of us. On 10/19/21 I just received text saying your car ready for pickup. I’m very disappointed when I went there. They just charged money for nothing.
April Maxwell was incredibly helpful and set me up with an excellent Toyota Corolla at a very competitive price. Excellent service, speed, and with a personable staff I would recommend this dealer to my family and friends. Thank you April!
If I could provide a half star I would. Car was in the shop for 3 weeks. No loner. Myself to figure it out with 2 working parents and 3 kids. Half the problems of the car were repaired during the 3 weeks. Other half I have to take back another time and leave the car again. I loathe this place. When my new car warranty is up, I’m selling this car and never purchasing from Wyatt Johnson again.
My sales person was Mark Younan, he truly made my day. Im an out of state buyer and another dealership had wasted my entire day and put me in jeopardy of losing a great customer cash back bonus that was ending today by being unresponsive and leaving me hanging. It was basically the end of the day when I contacted Mark because I saw the vehicle I wanted on The Wyatt Johnson Ford website. Right away Mark was super responsive and we were able to do over the phone and internet in an hour what I had waited all day to do with another dealership. With his trusted finance manager Lee Woodward by his side, they came through and saved the day. Thanks you guys! Also #PutLeeOnTV
Highly recommend this dealership. Was first contacted by Jonathan about purchasing my vehicle I had listed on CarGurus. At the dealership Ben was great. Got us in and out quickly. Probably the easiest car deal we have ever done. Jonathon followed up to make sure everything went well. Would definitely do business with again.
Great experience buying my F-450 with Wyatt Johnson Ford. From ordering to updates to day of arrival, Mike Price answered all questions and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Was a pleasure doing business with you all. Great customer service from a very experienced team.
Dustin was amazing, definitely made the car buying process as smooth and fun as possible! Everyone was so kind and did everything to make sure I got into my new Bronco sport. & April answered all of my questions for days and helped make it all possible and was so sweet too! Overall amazing experience and amazing car!
Madi Moak was fantastic helping me with my purchase. Will be buying again!
I have been working with Mike Price to find the right truck for me and he came through! The car buying experience was easy and pleasant and there was no pushiness or pressure to upsell me on anything. I have found my new dealership for future truck buys and service. Thanks Mike!
Had some major engine problems with my Flex and they worked very hard to be me back in my vehicle fast. Would definitely use this dealership again.
One of the best new vehicle buying experiences I have ever had. I spoke with April on the phone before going to the the dealership, and she listened to what I was looking for in a truck. She told me that she had a F 150 that should have everything I was thinking about. When I arrived, she had the truck ready to look at and drive. Easy negotiation and financing followed, and I drove the truck home. Thank you April Maxwell and Wyatt Johnson Ford.
The service department seems to be an absolute disaster. I had my vehicle towed to the lot and tried to call numerous times over a couple of days to discuss why my car was there and what the issue was. One day I called over 5 times and was constantly redirected to a phone that rang for minutes with no answer. A few times I was hung up on. The receptionist seemed to have minimal interest in helping to find out why no one was answering. One time, it was recommended that I talk to my salesman (from two months prior) about why no one was answering in the service department. That’s not their job to do!Plenty of other dealerships in town have good phone systems with the ability to at least talk to someone about a status. This will certainly be the last time I go here for service.
So I just bought a very nice 2020 Toyota 86GT with the help of Joseph. Very easy experience. However, I am a little disappointed that the tires are as worn out as they are. I just got home from getting the car (Nashville to St. Louis, 5 hour drive) and took it to a couple tire shops because the sidewall is bubbling on one of the tires. Turns out, the tread is low anyway on all 4 and it was STRONGLY recommended that I change all four immediately. Not crazy about having to spend an extra $1000, but dont really have much of a choice now...
I worked with Brady Helton on buying a new car. He was amazing! Couldnt have asked for a better person to work with. Frank was also great to work with. The place was busy, but they both still gave our deal their full attention. I am so happy with my new car and with how the experience went.
We purchased our used F-150 from Wyatt Johnson a few weeks ago and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Brady was extremely helpful and Frank helped us get where we needed to be on the price. I highly recommend working with this team!
April was friendly, knowledgeable about the product and the process, and made this transaction as seamless as possible!
Mark Younan was my salesman very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all questions I had and it was a pleasure working with him. Thanks Mark
Had a great experience working with April and the rest of the team. They had a vehicle that I wanted, but I had specific requests that needed to align in order to purchase the vehicle. We worked through these details and made it work. The service and experience was great! I will definitely do business here again.
I bought a used Ram 1500 here. For the most part, great truck. It had some light scratches that the salesman promised to take care of, but since i didnt get it on paper, there was nothing that could be done about it. The back window also had a leak and my entire back seat always got wet after a few minutes of rain. Like I said, overall decent truck, but I doubt Ill be back. Not to mention, everyone was super friendly the day of the sale. The next day, however, I went to address an issue with my warranty, and couldnt even get a hello from the same guy who the day before was telling me his life story and telling me what a great company they are.
Danielle did an excellent job of getting my truck fixed after my truck had been in an accident and a collision center could not repair my truck. Danielle coordinated with my insurance company and the collision center to get my truck fixed properly. Daniel Quongs expertise in the collision field is indispensable. Without Danielles knowledge the repair of my vehicle would not have been possible. I consulted with Danielle and her expertise and knowledge on the subject of repair of my vehicle cannot be compared.
Oil change was fine. Everything is great here as long as you’re having work done. I called about a week later to ask a simple question. I wanted to know when we last had our tires rotated. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes and then transferred back to the front desk. Then waited another 5 minutes and was disconnected. I then called back and the lady who answered took a message for me and said someone would call me back. Guess what? Nobody ever called me back and that was at least 2 weeks ago. They also can’t seem to get our check engine light to turn off. I was told it’s just because air got into where the gas goes. I hope we can still pass emissions today.
Hard a great experience with this place would recommend it to other great service
This is my first car buying experience and definitely the single biggest purchase I have ever had to make. Graham Slaughter and the team at Wyatt Johnson has made this experience 100x better. I gave them a tight budget and list of things to work with and they have worked with me the entire time to find exactly what I was looking for. I could not recommend them enough. True professionals and care about you and your future. As you can see this is my first google review as well I normally wouldnt take the time to leave a review unless I really felt it was necessary and these guys 100% deserve all the praise! 10/10 would recommend coming to see them!
The staff were very professional and very nice. They listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. They kept me posted on the progress of the fixes on my car. Ive chosen Wyatt Johnson Ford as the place to service my Explorer, and Ill recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly place to service their vehicle.
Test drove 2 trucks. The second truck was the one. 2018 Nissan Frontier SV.The staff is wonderful. Mr. Stranger was so kind. I have not bought a truck in 25 years.Yes my 1996 Dodge 2500 truck has 285,000 miles on her. A real work truck.Mr. Stranger was so helpful in letting me take my time walking the lot and asking alot of questions. I could not of find a better placeto go. He explained all the services and warranty that came with the Nissan.Im so very excited about my Nissan and the new partnership I have with Wyatt Johnson Ford. Here in Nashville TN.Check them out if you are thinking about buying a new ride. Im sure you will be very pleased with the staff.Thank you all again for the great experience.Bobbie J.
Excellent experience with some super great people that make purchasing a car easy and stress free! I would recommend to friends and family for sure!
The folks at Wyatt Johnson provided excellent service as they helped me find my new 2021 F150 King Ranch and in all aspects of the delivery. Great team - highly recommend!
Dustin Brock is the most amazing car salesman I have ever worked with! He is so friendly and just all around honest and FUN! He spent all day with me making sure I got the most perfect car at the best deal I could. Buying a car can be so stressful and he made it exciting! Cannot say enough positive things about him or anyone else I dealt with here! 10/10 recommend if you need a new car to come here first, you won’t need to go anywhere else!!
Get my oil changed here on a regular basis and Ive never had any issues and the staff is always friendly.
My experience with Wyatt Johnson Ford was very happy. The agent Brady is very nice guy and helped a lot in my purchase decision. Other people I met in the dealer were also very friendly. Thank you all!
Sales team was very helpful and made every effort to help my son purchase his first vehicle. Very pleased with Joseph.
Mr. Price, the salesman, was great to work with. He was patient (I have been looking for quite some time), answered questions easy to work with.
I have had my new f150 at Wyatt Johnson 3 times. First time to have a bedliner installed - the price was wrong first time on the bill. Second time I had to have it towed on a Friday (it quit working due to wiring), I didn’t get a call until Monday and was told it could be 2 weeks. I kept pushing and got the car in a few days. The third time was for an oil change, I had a reservation. I showed up and was told they would put me in queue. It took 1.5 hours and was $85! I know the labor market it very tight right now, but I have not had great experiences.
I must express my displeasure with the flow and communication of service as of late with your team. My wife and I purchased our vehicles brand new in 2016 from your dealership, and since then we have been loyal customers. However, now that loyalty is waning. This morning I brought my wife’s vehicle in for a scheduled recall notification fix, only to find out the necessary part was not in stock. A quick inspection from your team member determined that we are not at risk, and we will be notified when the part becomes available. Regardless this should have been communicated to us prior to having to adjust our schedules to make this appointment. Notwithstanding, my F150 was brought in for service several weeks back and that experience was riddled with miscommunications, incorrect billing, and close to an hour of my time to reconcile. Coupled with that was additional frustration dealing with a minor repair at your collision center. In general, while your individual staff members say all the right things and are very courteous, the path to completion of service is far from smooth. I am undecided if we will ever return to Wyatt Johnson Ford.
April is absolutely the person to go see when buying a car!I am a fairly picky person and she worked in all of my parameters and budget quickly.
Always have had great service from this dealership
Im not sure whats wrong with their service department lately. My car was making some serious vibrating sounds. I tried to make an appointment online but there was nothing available.... ever. I figured the website was just glitched, so I called. They couldnt get me in for a routine service or to check my engine for over a month! I ended up taking my car to another Ford dealer, who was further outside the city, and my engine mount had completely broken in half on one side. Thats a pretty big emergency, and I cant believe that Wyatt Johnson couldnt get me in in just a couple days for an urgent issue. Theyve never had scheduling issues before in the several years Ive been going to them. One final complaint is that they never call me when my car is complete, despite saying that they will. Calling the service department is very difficult, and you get put on hold and transferred to someone else multiple times. Its even more frustrating when you get disconnected, as often happens. Then you have to start all over again. So, they make it very difficult to call them, and they never call you. Ive called to find out my car had been ready for several hours a couple times.I couldnt stand the previous dealer at this location, Crown Ford, and I was really hoping Wyatt Johnson would be an improvement. They may be... slightly, so Im thinking my best bet is to ignore the dealer just a couple minutes from my house and drive my car 20 minutes north to get to a different one.
I had a very particular vehicle in mind for my next purchase, and when I found two in the Nashville area, I decided to go through the Ford dealership because I figured they would be a more reliable source. I was very wrong, I drove 10 hours to purchase this car and was taken on about a 5 minute test drive having to ask if we could get on the expressway to get the car up a normal driving speed. Everything seemed fine Im those 5 minutes..fast forward to driving 25 miles outside of Nashville on the way home, and both front calipers lock up, and the power steering pump had a significant leak. The dealer was nice enough to tow it back, and spent the next two days working on the car. It was as-is so I appreciate the time that was spent on the car. But after two months of owning I still cant drive it for more than 5 miles without a very significant leak. Their mechanics damaged the power steering pulley while changing the pump, so I had to spend $300 on parts as soon as I got home to get a new pulley, drive belt (the damage to the pulley shredded the belt), as well as new hardware for the hoses because they were not changed and causing further leakage. I am BEYOND disappointed in this dealership for their failure to look over a car before selling it at a premium for being in good condition. You have the duty to make sure that the cars you are selling to your customers are the same ones you would put your parents/children in. The current market and demand should not have any affect on you properly looking at the vehicle and inspecting before sale. Also to note, one of the service techs said when he prepared the car for sale he did notice the calipers needed to be replaced, but didnt do it. Thats just shady business. I highly recommend if you do by a used car from this dealer you take it to a trusted mechanic to look it over before you make your purchase.
Great experience buying a used car for my daughter. Go see Dalton Gilmore - he clearly cares about his customers and went out of his way to make it a good experience. The finance office did a great job of finding the right deal to help me co-sign on a first time loan to establish her credit. Great experience all around I would have no problem recommending Wyatt Johnson Ford.
Ive used the sales and service groups here at Wyatt Johnson and was pleased with both. Sales is friendly and low pressure. Theyre happy to prep and show any vehicle, but you may need to work with them to locate a vehicle within their inventory (i.e. it may not be on location, and could take a week to transport).Meanwhile, the service center is friendly and professional. Ive had my oil changed and tires rotated here and the mechanics are straight shooters. You may pay a bit more than at budget service centers, but I have 100% confidence that things are gonna be done right at Wyatt Johnson.
Great dealership and nice people. We got the car we wanted and were driving away less than two hours after arriving. Highly recommend.
I made an appointment for 7:30am on a Friday for an oil change, tire rotation/balance and front brakes. By 2:15pm, I still had not heard from anyone with a status. I tried to call and they attempted to transfer me but disconnected the call instead. When I called back they advised they could not get anyone in the service department so they took my name and number and said someone would call back. An hour later the service advisor, Danielle, called to tell me that she just got the recommendations from the service guys that I needed rotors and a cabin and air filter. She advised all the parts were in stock and they could go ahead and do the work but wanted to know if I needed the car that night. I advised her to keep it overnight and asked when it would be ready. She then advised me that they could have it ready by 10:00am the next morning. She also advised she would give me a 10% discount. I also asked her if they had just started working on the car because they had it at 7:15 that morning. She assured me that they had been working on it since that morning, which I find hard to believe since it took 8 1/2 hours for them to get her the recommendations. At 10:00 Saturday morning, I tried to call to make sure it was ready but was told there was not a service advisor available but they could take my name and number and have someone call. I advised I was told that the car would be ready by 10 and I would just down there. We got to the dealer around 10:15/10:20 and walked into the service department and it took around 10 minutes of us standing there for someone to acknowledge our presence. And, then of course, we are told the car wasn’t ready because they didn’t have all the parts. They didn’t have the rotors. So all they had done was the oil change and the tire rotation and balance. And no one ever called to let me know that they didn’t have the parts. Danielle also did not notate anything about giving me 10% off but they did honor that. All in all, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership and I will never take or purchase another vehicle with them.
I was extremely satisfied with Wyatt Johnson. Go see Lauren Bora, she is very efficient and made our car buying experience on Labor day very easy.
Great Experience with Jeremiah at the the Collision Center. Great Communication and time estimation.
The service department appears to be a toxic environment where everyone is either angry or incompetent. They had my car for two months… it was a nightmare. Minimal communication, very difficult to reach anyone, phone transfers to numbers that go nowhere… Do not give them your car. You have been warned.
Brady was awesome to work with! He was very knowledgeable and made sure it was a quick and easy buying process. Totally recommend him and the crew at Wyatt Johnson if your in the market for a car.
Ask for April Maxwell! She was amazing, when we had a problem with our first vehicle she immediately helped us fined the perfect car for our family. Be sure to ask for her. If I could post a picture I would 💓Thanks again April!
EPIC FAIL!!!Do NOT take your Ford to be serviced at this location.1) Poor communication- i repeatedly had to call them to get an update on my truck. Half the time, the phone rang off the hook. Other times, they would just hang up or put me on hold forever.2) Poor vehicle service- took my truck in to get my power window fixed. When it was returned ( a week later) they fixed the window, but the headlights on door ringer and door stereo speaker no longer worked.3) Poor follow up- They wanted to make the door ringer issue right, so they asked for me to bring it back. I told them I could not afford for them to have it more than a day. When I dropped it off, I did not receive a call all day to let me know it was done, or if they found another issue. Instead I had to call them reapeatedly. After half a dozen attempts to get the service dept on the phone, someone finally spoke to me, only to tell me that I had a door latch issue that was the cause of the electrical problems. The door latch was working fine, prior to me having them fix the power window. So, by this point I was completely frustrated, and I simply needed my truck back, which I promptly asked them to have ready for me to pick up an hour later, without making any further repair attempts.Conclusion- Wyatt Johnson Ford Service broke my trust, and left me completely disappointed, dissatisfied, and disheartened. I will never let them touch my F-150 again.
Very pleased with this place by far the best experience i have ever had buying a car Jeff went above and beyond to help me get into the car of my dreams . Jeff and JT did there very best with my credit not being best its ever been got me somewhere that i could afford monthly . Im tellinh you if you wanna buy a vehicle go see jeff and let these guys help you out i bet you will be satisfied cant thank them enough!!!
Always go to Wyatt Johnson when you are car shopping. If they have what you are looking for they will give you a good deal and you will drive off happy. Their sticker price was reasonable and unlike the many “no haggle” dealers their number had some wiggle room. I made an out the door offer which was accepted and that made me feel like I got a good deal. (and it was!) Sales Consultant Cannon Bullock did not offer up a tiresome line of bs and the usual whatever statements. He was casual, professional and never condescending. Matter of fact, the entire showroom and staff had comfort level I did not find at the other dealerships. I had the impression that anybody would feel comfortable shopping at Wyatt Johnson. And finally and maybe most importantly, I left with the feeling that you can trust this dealership. I highly recommend them.
Just moved back to Nashville after 10 years. Someone busted out my window trying to steal in my new apartment complex.Called to get car serviced here and basically was accused of stealing my own vehicle. Was given the run around. At the end the manager states he was to backed up to fix it. So, if you are a victim of getting your car broken into and want to get your car serviced. Dont even bother calling. Makes you feel even worse. Welcome Back to Nashville Rhonda.
I called and spoke with someone in service explaining my problem and that I had researched that it was a common problem with this model with this number of miles. She said that I was correct that while there was no recall on it that Ford did provide extended warranty. I had my car towed to the dealership and followed up with a call to verify delivery and that they had the info they needed. I was told my service advisor would call me back by end of day. Almost the end of the following day I had not received a call so I called. My service advisor answered the phone with an attitude as if I was bothering him and telling me he had nothing to tell me as the technician had not looked at it yet. I explained I was calling to verify the work to be done that included a separate recall and oil change. When we discussed the original problem I sent the car there for he quickly told me the warranty had expired and it would be chargable. I asked for his service manager who quickly defended his service advisor and said they needed to run digonostic to verify issue even though the reason I brought the car there was based on my original call. Days later I called my service advisor to see what was going on and he replied I was not returning his calls. I had given them my number but he was calling an old phone number on file. He went on to say it was as I suspected and it would be over $600 to repair pulse they found another issue that would be $300 to continue to trace (not fix, Trace). I told them to only do the recall and oil change. When I went to pick up my car I was presented with a bill for diganostic too. When I questioned it they got the general manager who was the first person there that talked to me as if I was important as a customer. He agreed to call Ford to see if they would assist with the fix. Two days later I called back and spoke to him to learn the phone call had not happened but he did call me back within the hour but said because there was a change of ownership Ford would not do anything. I had explained the original owner was my mother in law, the widow of a Ford retiree who purchased the car but I had always taken care of maintenance then when she could no longer drive we put the car in her daughter and my name. So if the phone call really happened it was a cop out. This car is a 2010 Fusion with 55,000 original miles. I took the car to my local mechanic to fix. I have owned Ford trucks my entire adult life, but goodbye Ford if this is how they treat long time customers.
Jeff Kinsey was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend him.
Wyatt Johnson Ford provided three things that we look for when making a major purchase:1) a good product2) a fair price3) and we want to like the people that we do business withOur Ford F-150 we purchased is a great product. The price was better than other places. And Brady as the salesperson and Lee in the F&I office treated us great.Well definitely shop there for future needs, and highly recommend.
The service department is not the same as it used to be. The service department is awful and I will never use them again after using them for the last 5 years. I waited 2 weeks to get my car into service department. Then when I got there no one wanted to help me. They told me the only thing they could do is oil change. I ended up leaving without any service. They couldnt even look into my windshield washer nozzles not working correctly. It was the worst experience with one person questioning me when I told them I had bumper to bumper extended warranty and speaking loud and rudely to me. Everyone but one person was extremely unprofessional.
Jeremiah in collision is the absolute best!!Doesnt matter what you need hes awesome.
Friendly, pleasant service. Tried hard to find me the right car for my needs. Showed me several different ones, listened to my concerns re: reviews. Fair pricing. NO PRESSURE SALES EXPERIENCE.
Graham and April made buying a car so easy! After a HORRIBLE experience with Crest Honda and Music City Honda, we did not want to go to another dealership. Thanks again for making the experience that started out horrible a great one!
For once in my life of having purchased vehicles I can say Wyatt Johnson entire staff, special shout out to Mr Brady, Mr JT and Mr Lee my direct contacts for not just going above and beyond but taking their job seriously with letting me feel like family from start to purchase!!! I really felt like family and a new close friend. It was such a pleasurable environment & those Kings showed me my VIP Queen title. I am still getting my praise on and will definitely be going back when my son is ready to drive. I will be surely be shouting their names to anyone around that can hear me. Many Blessings to the Wyatt Johnson team and family & also to those working on my behalf behind the scenes as well. Thank you all so much for being great!!!💯💯💯💯🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😘😘
Absolutely was worth the drive from Elizabeth Indiana!! Dustin was top notch and very down to earth. This place made wife and I feel no pressure and everything went as planned and what what said prior to working out deal over phone. .Awesome place to buy a new car from! Waited on my wife hand and foot as well while I signed all paperwork from time we arrived to departure.I believe some other dealerships could learn a lesson from this place. Now just gotta wait on paperwork to be sent to our local state BMV which I suppose will go fine as well. Thanks!Sean and Angela Sibley
I was looking for a particular vehicle that was somewhere in transit to the dealership. My salesperson, Ryan, called the minute it arrived. Ryan and the finance manager, Demetrius, made the purchase of the vehicle very easy.
Wyatt Johnson Ford was very communicative regarding the repairs are my vehicle. They did not leave me guessing for days on end. Repairs were done in a timely manner and it came in well below quote. Granted its possible that they over quoted me in order to over deliver, but with all the repairs and maintenance I had done, it was very competitive with the price. Ive had very bad experiences with Ford dealerships in the past. Wyatt Johnson has earned my business for a very long time.
A very easy buying experience. The sales team got me a the deal I wanted on the truck I wanted. I was very short on time and they were very respectful of my time and got me in and out quickly. They delivered my truck to me perfectly detailed and full of gas. I wish every car buying experience was as easy as this one. If you are looking for a Ford in Nashville these guys will take care of you.
The sales man mike price was wonderful he explain to us everything aboutthe vehicle . he is very knowledgeable about this vehicle. the people in showroom very welcoming and happy to talk to . finance person leewas helpful and explain every thing before we signed any papers he waswonderful. i would buy here again. a great place to buy any vehicel new or used.
I am very satisfied with my purchase at Wyatt Johnson and I am very happy with the deal I got on this purchase. The staff was very helpful in getting me into my vehicle so they all get five stars 🌟 Thank you all for your help!!!!
Ive had good service here in the past and am not sure whats going on now. It is taking over two and a half hours for an oil change/tire rotation with an appointment (it should take a little under an hour). They should hire more people or not schedule work they cant handle.Edited to reduce to one star. After waiting a little over 3 hours, the surly tech delivered my car. There werent any of the typical courtesies, no paper carpet protector on the floor, for example. The tech left his grimey rag on the console of my car and overall made a bad experience worse. Now I need to find a new shop.
This is only a 5 start review for Toure Cole the service manager. I booked an appointment for my vehicle 2 weeks out. Got there on time and was told it might be a week to a week and a half to even have it evaluated, during which time there were no loaners. This is truly unacceptable and should have been made clear at time of booking. Of course the service staff said that the online booking service has nothing to do with them. Mr. Cole however came out and fixed my relatively simple problem. He was great, I suspect that he is not getting the support he needs from the owners of the dealership.
After researching many different vehicles on the internet, I found one at Wyatt Johnson and set up an appointment to see the truck. The sales person that I met is Ryan Panchisin. Ryan was friendly, definintely desiring to make a good deal for both the dealership and me, professional to deal with, reviewed the various features of the truck, and went with me while test driving the vehicle. After several discussions and questions, we negotiated an acceptable & fair price with trade-in & various fees. We came to an agreement, and the sales manager approved. We then sat with the Finance Manager, Mr. Woodward, and finished all of the required paperwork. The experience was a good one, and I would definitely recommend the Wyatt Johnson Ford Dealership in Nashville.
Salesman - 5 starSales Manager - 5 starFinance - 3 starUsually dont leave review but had to in this case. Recently bought a car from this dealership. During the finance process noticed that some of the document had a misspelled name. Since I was really late while we were doing paperworks I took his words that He will correct the names before sending out the paperworks specially the loan documents. Yesterday I received first welcome letter in mail from lender and sure enough had a misspelled. I tried calling dealership and left a message for finance person. It has been little over 24 hours still no response. Keep in mind that you are paying $695 addition to your car as Document fees which I have to correct myself now. I am yet to receive Title/Gov documents and hoping they dont have the misspelled name otherwise i dont know how much hassle I will have to go through. Also, on top it this probably will show up on my credit report as one of the aliases.
I made an appoint to have my oil change at 10:30 on a Friday. I called at 8:30 to confirm and was told that the advisor would tell me how long it would be when I arrived. I arrived 30 minutes early and was prepared to wait a while for my truck. The advisor informed me that they were backed up and it would be several hours before they could get to it. They provided a Lyft which was convenient and the only reason I didn’t give a one star review. I checked at 2:00 pm and was told there were two oil changes ahead of me and they would call when it was ready and provide the Lyft. I called at 5:45 (they close at 6:00) and after being disconnected called back to find out they had just finished the oil change. Since I have a previous engagement, I can’t get my truck tonight. Oil changes take about 30 minutes to perform; less if you’re really good at it. So how did the 10:30 appointment take 7 hours to complete? Apparently, even the two ahead of me took 1.5 hours each to complete. The only reason I’m not livid is that I’m visiting town for the birth my first grandchild and I don’t need the truck right now. If I lived here, I would find a more reliable dealer for my service. Just read other similar reviews. Wish I had checked the reviews before making the appointment.
I had an experience with Wyatt Johnson that left me feeling undervalued as a customer.I took my car there for a transmission issue that, based on my research, should have been covered by the dealership. The short story: My car was there for two weeks, I was passed to multiple people to help address the issue. In the process one person had resigned, another never called back and at the end of the day ......after weeks of what felt like poor service and no car to drive... I was offered a 10% discount on the almost $2k repair.I dont know that I have ever received this type of service from any repair shop that Ive taken my car to.
Great, fast, enjoyable experience. Everyone was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely return. Thanks for all the help!
I was pleased to get everything done in a timely matter, all the staff was knowledgeable on everything, and answered all the questions that I had.
Zero Stars.Giving them 5 stars so people actually see what they are all about. We had an issue with our Ford Edge, took it to them 3 times(driving from Fort Campbell) the car was not fixed the 1st time so we went again, had an issue with a rental so did not leave the car the second time. On the 3rd time after reaching out to the GM we finally got a rental, dropped off the car and waited over a week for them to not even call us to tell us it was ready the car was literally just sitting at their dealership(had to pay $ for having the rental car too long which they didnt tell us had a limit) on the drive home we had the same issue come up after they assured us it was taken care of(we paid almost $4,000) for the vehicle to still not work properly. After talking to the Ford dealership in Clarksville they let us know we have been over charged (they looked at all the invoices) they also said that the issue our vehicle is having cannot be diagnosed unless it is being driven at a high speed limit. So we got charged a diagnosis fee for that for no reason. Anyway we have decided to not come back here or even ask for our money back because they clearly do not care. The Clarksville dealership has been nice enough to offer us no diagnosis charge and a reduced price for us to get this fixed, they said they cannot believe how much they over charged us and they dont want us to look at all Ford dealerships the same way. I for one cannot believe how horrible Wyatt Johnson is especially to someone who is active duty, unbelievable.....Go here at your own risk.
When I booked my service appointment, I explained the exact problem I was having, and they scheduled me to come in two weeks. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told that I was going to have to leave my vehicle there for 1-2 weeks because they were so backed up. I wish they would have made that clear upfront before they wasted my time.
The sales team is awesome. They were able to get us in 2021 truck. Husband loves it. It was challenging but the sales and finance team did it. All vehicles will be bought at Whatt Johnson from now on. Best Ford dealer in Nashville.
We have been looking for a truck for the last few months and knew we wanted to buy from Wyatt Johnson Ford because of how they have treated us from the beginning. We finally found the right truck for us and everyone was great to work with.
Everyone was very accommodating. A couple things got overlooked by the staff during inspection causing a delay in my truck being ready for me upon arrival after a long drive. Also, please ask any staff who smoke to stay out of the vehicles. That smell is hard to get rid of. While it was frustrating these little details were not taken care of, the staff was eager to make it right and stayed late to ensure I was satisfied before leaving. I appreciated them making the strong effort to make up for any mistakes.
Show up for appointment after taking a day off of work. They said glitch made them overbook the day. Had to fight to get in on Saturday. They said the same thing. May not get to it. This is a job that should be figured out by now. They do good work if they actually do it.
Such a wonderful and nice place to purchase a vehicle! Rami was exceptional, very helpful very nice and wasn’t pushy at all and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Couldn’t be more pleased with Wyatt Johnson Ford! They definitely have our business from Now on!!
Recently my car needed an oil change, and it was very easy and convenient to schedule on their website and they were ready to start working on the car right when I arrived. I was informed on how long the service would take, and I received a prompt phone call when it was done. Friendly staff!
My wife made an appointment back in April, because of how busy they are they said they couldnt get to it until June 15th, 2021 at 0800. So my wife and I drove two vehicles to Wyatt Johnsons and arrived on time. When we arrived at 07:49 AM, they claim they now cant get to our vehicle for weeks, that wed have to leave it here for days. My wife and I are from Clarksville TN. Thats nearly 60 miles to get here. A curtsy call would have been nice.
The staff was friendly enough, I don’t think the value of the car was equal to what I paid for it, but the experience overall was fine.
