I am a business owner who ordered from candlelit desserts back in March. I was so excited to receive the items I ordered to sell in my store. I was aware of the potential for a longer wait time. I put my order in March 3 rd 2021 and waited patiently. At about 75 days I asked for an update. I received a long message about COVID and everything else related to it. But no idea was given on a ship date. At 2 weeks maybe call me rude for wanting some idea. But at almost 3 months I was just trying to work with them because I also have a Business to think of. I said I didn’t want to cancel but just needed an idea. No message was sent and I saw on the Faire platform the ship date was changed to may 28. Well may 28 comes and goes. I send another message just asking about my order. I receive a message saying they are on vacation into late June. I asked for it to be cancelled. The woman who I had correspondence with seems like a real piece of work. Treating people so rudely and then not being able to fulfill an order is not good business.. I am just telling my experience. But when one business can’t treat another business with respect it’s not a good sign. So just an FYI to businesses. I don’t know if my answer to them when they gave me a laundry list of why they were behind upset them. But I simply asked for an idea when we may see a shipment go out. I was treated terribly. So y’all out there double check on your companies before you order. They have good product reviews but are consistently having very long wait times and lots of people say the candles fall apart.
