I cannot say enough about how great this location is. I traveled here from Central Kentucky to do some shopping during Covid. The manager was more than nice they had a little basket where if you touch something but did not buy it you went over and placed it in the basket so it could be cleaned before we return to the shelves. Pretty impressive! The manager guy was so very helpful I had at least two dozen questions and he really went above and beyond to help me as well as another female worker. At The end of my visit I realized I had ordered more than I wanted to carry around through the mall with me so they were happy to put it behind the counter and let me pick it up at the end of the day when I was finished shopping. I was standing in line at another store when Yankee candle was closing so I called over there to ask them if I could be a little late after closing time because I was still in line at another store and they said yes that was fine that they would be cleaning up and would be there, which they were. Definitely five stars all the way and I wish that every business could have management like this. As a consumer in as a Google guide this is probably one of the best outlets I have ever shopped at as well as probably my best experience with customer service out of all my 2,500+ reviews!!

Love this location. I always stock up on room spray and car jars. One associate (I regret I do not remember her name) Is always helpful. I usually only go in when she is there.
