I love this shop! Really wished I could have gotten an aura picture, but still 5 stars since its due to covid that they arent doing this for now. The lady and man that stood with me at the rings and just fawned over them with me were such a delight to be around and they definitely helped me come to the decision to buy a beautiful ring. I will always come back to Cosmic Connection when Im in Nashville.

LOVE this place! The store was filled with magical and amazing people. You really need several hours in the store to see everything, but I did it in about 40 minutes.

Big disappointment. I was really looking forward to going to this store. Im visiting Nashville and decided to walk a mile to get there because its such a lovely day. They take covid precautions, as I do (vax, masks, sanitizer).But, they wouldnt let me bring my purse in and said I had to check it or leave it behind the counter. I was wearing a not very big shoulder bag, and there is absolutely no way in hell Im trusting my valuables to some random stranger. Then I was told I could have a private shopping experience. I was willing to do that, but would have to call and set up an appointment.I knew exactly what I wanted. I probably would have spent at a minimum $50 in 5 minutes, but now I just wont bother with this store. I suppose theyll have some snappy comeback if they comment on my review, but I really just wanted to let future shoppers know what to expect.

Something about that room with the incense and the bowls and other crystals... I don’t know what it is but I felt something real powerful in that room. Some energy there that literally blew me away. Maybe it was just the scent of the incense, or maybe just my hallucination, but that whole place needs to be my new second home. Wow...

Cosmic Connections is a very peaceful environment. The staff are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Love all of the crystals just because I love pretty rocks. Now to make necklaces out of them.

I didnt make a purchase but this shop is amazing! There was a little bit of everything and I love that. The house that its in is beautiful as well! I had driven a very long way to come to it and when I got to the front porch the young boy who was sleeping greeted me, it is very sweet and friendly and I asked him if there was a restroom. A lot of places you go they kind of make a face like they dont want you to use the bathroom but he took me straight to it and and told me that he hoped I enjoyed my shopping experience. Great place and gorgeous crystals!

This is an amazing store that has everything you could ever need & more! Yes, you can get these things cheaper online, but with how everything is going these days, we need to support our local small businesses as much as possible. Plus, you can’t get the outstanding customer service on Amazon like you can with the sweet women working here.For people with allergies: there is a cute kitty that wanders around here, so be mindful of that before stopping by.

Used to really like this place, and have spent hundreds of dollars here in the past, however the citrine is fake, most likely baked amethyst- there are bubbles and internal fractions in the pieces. would not be a problem if they had marketed as amethyst citrine as that still is a pleasant stone but alas

First time at this shop and I wont be returning. The place is tight which isnt a big deal. Theres a wide variety of items. A few minutes in I did however notice a girl was constantly hovering over my shoulder. I couldnt even focus on what I was trying to buy. Then one whispered to another worker she touched this too. Not sure what that was about but I could only imagine. This type of establishment should employ people who treat everyone with respect. I was so excited about my purchase only for my bracelets to break a few hours in. Returning for a exchange wouldnt even be worth my energy.

The Metaphysical shop for normal people. :-). You can find incredible crystals and jewelry as well as incense, candles, soaps, books, spiritually themed iconography and altar supplies... There is always something there for everyone....

Was excited to visit, especially because I had a good few things I would have liked to pick up. I only have one metaphysical shop in my town and I was hoping to find something new. I have a 1 year old that I carry in my arms close to me but because of capacity restrictions I was not able to enter with my child. Maybe the shop is wonderful and the young lady seemed kind but I suppose Ill never know. :(

The staff seemed very drawn back and aggressive in response to asking for assistance in what I thought was a respectful tone, not happy with my experience. I came with a shopping list and left with a frown and my weak, withered hands empty.

Really amazing for most everything you need. The rock/stone/crystal selection is amazing (lots of sizes) along with sage and others/ dried and fresh.

Loved it had a wide wide wide variety of occult products. Everything and then some. Its a great place for both beginners and masters to attain all the things they need in one place in one stop. It could be compared to a grocery store. It doesnt hold product to one specifics. Its of EVERYTHING which is both nice and convenient. I personally prefer to aquier my stones from places that deal in stones more so on a sole base as I would with a bakery for bread and a fish market for fish but for all thats in between, its only the Cosmic Connections for me. Cat was here today and she rang me up! She was incredibly nice to my son and super friendly. Very helpful as well seeing as I told her about my sister having a hard time and I needed help finding a rose quartz,Cat helped! She also told me there was a bear totem card and placed it in a baggy for me! Great place and great supplies! :)

Nashville crystal store is much better, more welcoming & better selection.They also refused me entrance the first time I intended to visit because I had my baby in my arms who is too small to wear a face mask. I am taking every COVID precaution, but this is the first time anyone suggested my small baby not be allowed to enter because she’s not wearing a mask. I saw other children in the store under the age of 12. So who knows what their ‘policy’ is.

I love this store! They have it all that you need! Incenses, sage, cards, crystals etc. Some items are priced pretty high but then the quality is important too. You can get readings and more there. I love the energy in the store. Ive visited other stores and have felt drained like there is some block in those other stores but the vibes is mellow. My vibrations arent brought down the staff is super friendly too.

Lovely store with lovely employees and great prices on crystals and other supplies. I left my prescription sunglasses there by accident and they mailed them to me (I live just about an hour away) and not only said not to worry about reimbursing the shipping but sent along a nice little gift too. They have a huge selection of items. The people who work here a great. You can order online and pick up your things or have them shipped. When I went, they only allowed a certain number of people in at one time and a mask is required. I only give four stars instead of five because some items seem a little over priced. I will be returning.

I will never forget when my family and I went here with the intentions of finding the things we needed and leaving. My 4 year old son was really excited about going as usually. We parked and got to the door to only find out that my son couldn’t go in. I stayed outside with him while my wife went inside. He’s very spoiled to his mother and doesn’t like to be separated from her. He was very disappointed and so was I. My son and I returned back to the car. After years of shopping here I will never return. I all so used this shopping experience to educate my son and daughter on our spiritual Journey and lifestyle. I’m not sure if the objective was to lose a customer. If so, it definitely worked.

I love this place I wanted to back my truck up to this place hitch it and take it home. This staff was very knowledgeable about everything. I bought a few items and on turn they gifted me. It was so peaceful in there. And it smelled great.

Exceptionally pricey on small crystals as well as they sale magnetic hematite, which is a fraud it is a man made crystal not natural. Very disappointed!!!

This place is great! They have such a wide variety of crystals (alot ive never seen back home) the down fall is that they are a little pricey. They offer a rewards program which helps to counter their high prices.

They have a great selection of crystals and tarot cards for all price ranges. The staff are super friendly, and their social distancing measures feel safe without being super Draconian. Ill definitely be back!

The most lovely, gracious and kind individuals in the world work here.I needed supplies for something I had not expected and didn’t get off work until an hour before they closed. The staff accommodated me with so much grace.If you’re feeling weary, I suggest popping in.

Smaller than I thought it would be, its right by a nice gass station even though I think some of people working there may have some issues, This place though is really nice has a nice collection of stones and sorts.... The customer service is good to so yes come and see and buy something to.

Due to covid you had to sign a waiting list to get in which is totally understandable I got there at 5:30 the place closes at 6 I waited outside until 6 and they came and told me was closed and then acted like they were doing me a favour by letting me come in I stated Ive been here half an hour and they apologised about the way like thats what I was talking about I dont care that I waited half an hour I am offended that they shut off the open lights and open the door to tell me they were closed when I bend there After I walked in someone walked past me and another worker immediately told me mmm were closed I said I know I just got let in one minute ago Ive been waiting half an hour I have to say I can explain the experience But I felt unwanted and unwelcome and its also bad customer service. At the end when I tried to cash out one of the girls took me to the back so that I could use the machine back there and didnt ask that I was only cash she told me they couldnt take cash and watched me to the front and disappeared she then walked away nowhere to be seen in left me in a crowd of people feeling awkward because she said she take me up to the front register and transfer the order then she comes back 4 Are you gonna take me and she said whos ever ready next she literally took To the back rang me up abandoned me on the way to the front then went to take other people to the back and once again acted like she had no idea what was going on or like they were doing me a favour by ringing the up next when now I was the one who is ready to go and had been ready because their behaviour made me almost not want to buy anything to begin with and I was trying to keep positive Ives with their customer service and honestly lack of intelligence was too much to bear and I wont be back no matter how good their selection is.

Im unsure how to feel about my first visit.. After asking for help, I was handed a book & ignored. Finally, a young lady started to help me & 1 of the first 2 ladies came over & told her to Go take care of customers 😳 Was she not helping SOMEONE.. am I not a customer??😧 So I got left standing there, looking & feeling like a fool.. again. The young lady did make it back over by me & helped again. I am Greatful for you! Thank You! May you live a prosperous life! This wasnt a comfortable experience. I definitely have to Thank yall for the Xmas gift!! Its a Book on Gems & an Aquamarine Gem. 💖

Great place to shop for rocks, crystals, incense, and all things spiritual. Kathryn, the owner is an amazingly open and talented person, who organizes the Galactic Expo every year (which just seems to get bigger and bigger every year) while still making sure she has fantastic selection of goods in her store. Did I mention that there are constantly various activities and service providers of metaphysical services going on at any one time. Great location, however parking is less than awesome.

They are THE go-to place for gems and spiritual stuff with gems of ALL kinds. I mean they have two whole rooms dedicated to them.Very good energy and caring employees.Many thanks for everything here!

This place is absolutely amazing. Wide selection of stones, books, tarot and other metaphysical items. The workers are helpful and informative, and there’s a precious little cat that wanders the store.

I have anxiety and usually freak out about things for no reason. I had a lot of anxiety going into this store. When I first walked in I was greeted by a soft spoken woman and she said if I needed help to let her know then she walked off. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything or to talk. The atmosphere was calming and I felt comfortable almost immediately. I found everything I was looking for. They have so many different tarot and oracle decks. There are tons of different incense and oils to choose from. They have a good sized clearance section as well. When I did have a question, the woman at the counter was extremely helpful. I absolutely adore this place.

I visited this store while on vacation as I like to collect specimens from my adventures, and I really enjoyed this shop! They have everything from raw crystals to fine crystal jewelry, and lots of other metaphysical goodies! The employees are very welcoming, helpful, and insightful, and they have a beautiful collection to browse through with items sure to catch the eye of any collector! One of the employees gave us a gift stone as we left as well as told us the meaning and metaphysical properties of the stone. If I ever end up in the area again I will definitely visit!

Let me begin by saying that this place is stunning. It is discrete, humble and has an assortment of beautiful crystals, gems and all sorts of other magical goodies. If you are lucky, you will even be greeted by adorable pets on the way in, and you will be enticed by the lovely smells that are in the air with all the candles and fragrances to choose from.So what is the issue? Hands down, it is the employees.I cannot speak for the individuals that work here, but I have been to this place several times, and each time, while nothing necessarily negative happened towards me, the employees need some serious home training. This type of space is for people who are looking for peace, and to be accosted with noisy and nondescript staff that are having conversations among themselves that are so loud that one cannot even hear ones own thoughts. Its quite embarrassing really for a place that is supposed to be cosmic. The last time I went I had to listen to two employees loudly discussing their conservative political views, which entirely do not fit the atmosphere of this space, especially because homophobic and racist speech was used so incredibly loudly. I unfortunately had to set them straight and walked out with no product, which is a shame because crystal shopping should not be hijacked by right-wing speech.For such a nice space, I cannot believe the people that they hire. They are absolutely unacceptable and very inappropriate.
