Rented 2 bikes from Green Fleet. Bikes were wonderful (my partner has now found her perfect bike!) but the team at Green Fleet was even better. Super friendly, got us all set up, and helped us plan our route.We were all over Nashville and East Nashville. Great trails and great breweries!!Rental price was fantastic. Wonderful bike tour of downtown with Chris today- he is very knowledgeable and caring and considerate of the riders- this is 2 1/2 hours but you’re not riding the whole time. Some uphills but nothing you can’t handle is you’ve been on a bike before.

Great bike shop - bought a used bike from FB marketplace and they tuned and replaced some parts for me at a reasonable cost. Pretty quick turnaround, and later on we’re able to offer up some parts for me to install a bike rack. Will go back there for any/all biking needs!

Great service. Weve been taking our bike there for a while and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They did evaluations right away and usually when its a small thing, like a flat tire, they fix it on the spot. Pretty fast and reliable service. I recommend it. And as a bonus, they have a very special staff, featured in this picture. She came to day hi while we waited for the service and it was a great experience.

I had a great experience here! I recently purchased a stationary bike and shoes, but I was having such a hard time getting the clips into the shoes so I gave Green Fleet a call to see if they could help out! They told me to come on over so I went over with my shoes and I was in and out of there within 10 mins, clips on! They were super helpful, no questions asked, very willing to help me get up and running. 10/10 recommend!

What a BUMMER!!! On a beautiful day to ride bikes with the kids I realized I had a flat tire. Thankfully, I was able to get my tire fixed, my sons brakes adjusted and we were back in business! I cant say enough about the care, concern and friendliness shown by the staff! After a month or two owning my bike, I had an issue with the peddle I brought it in on a very busy Saturday with humidity blazing and they didn’t miss a beat. WOW! These folks are so sweet. I was looking around for a bike to rent with a cart attached for my daughters 4th birthday, but was striking out everywhere. Enter Green Fleet. These kind people responded to my email after learning that it was for a little girls birthday, and said they could definitely work something out. The next day, they ended up lending us this amazing bike with a low wooden cart in the front, Ive never seen anything like it, and it was perfect! It made for a very special birthday ride. Call first; website shows all kinds of nice road bikes; was hoping to get a ride in while visiting; it’s way north of downtown; made effort to come out, waited only to be told they only had old basic cruisers to rent. Not too friendly aboilut it either. Small shop.

Went on a bicycle tour of the city with Austin in a group of 10. Perfect ride, perfect timing, perfect amount of information. My friend and I decided to book a bike tour since we only had one full day to explore the city. It is the way I prefer exploring a city whenever I travel. This tour did not disappoint! Chris, the guide was fun and knowledgeable. Not only did we see the hot spots you would expect to see in this amazing city, but we explored the bike paths and many other great not so touristy parts of the city. Great stories and great fun! Best way to tour Nashville. We scheduled a guided bike at the beginning of our vacation, and the information Austin provided (from history to the best local pubs) shaped the rest of our vacation.

We had a tour with Victoria yesterday and really enjoyed it. The tour gives you a great feel for key spots in the downtown Nashville area with very good and interesting information shared. Victoria has a great personality as a tour leader - she has a lot of knowledge, a fun/relaxed spirit and the flow of the tour is perfect. Highly recommend.

The staff is very knowledgable without being condescending. They did a full tune up on a bike I purchased used and did an amazing job. The bike rides like new and would highly recommend them to anyone. Excited about their branching out into East Nashville with a new shop as well. There is a big void on that side of the town. They have my dollar when it comes to service on all of my bikes. Good vibes and good folks!

The staff is great. Everyone I met there was helpful and gave me insight on the bikes I was interested in. After a couple test rides and some fitment I landed on a bike and purchased it that night. Even got a free beer, too. Those fella’s are alright.

You couldnt ask for a more friendly and helpful staff. Great communication and great service. I didnt even have to wait for them to order a new crank for my bicycle. They tracked it down on their own and saved me time and money. I know that Ill be visiting them next time I need anything for my bicycle or even just to hang out. They are that great.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Beware, This shop will accept payment but will not truly fix your bike. They will not tell you the truth about your bikes condition. They will simply take your money for something that cannot be repaired. True (employee) is extremely rude. After clarifying a question he said Why dont you understand this concept in an extremely disrespectful tone while raising his voice, implying that I was not intelligent. When I called to learn more about bikes. True has TERRIBLE customer service and he works all the time. It is extremely overpriced. Do Not Shop Here. It is not worth the disrespect. I was truly disgusted with their service.

This place is awesome! We rented two hybrid bikes for a day ride around town. The bikes were in phenomenal shape and they set us up with whatever we needed for the ride. Austin and the rest of the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend this place for bike rentals! Great location too!

I came in from out of town (12/21) with a flat tube and had forgotten my pump. The guy working was extremely helpful and informative. He hooked me up with a tube and let me use their pump. I really appreciate the help.

I cant think of any other store, regardless of industry, that has made a point to welcome customers like Green Fleet Bicycle Shop. Im not originally from the Nashville area and so I wasnt sure where to go when I wanted a bike. I also felt like it was a lost cause as Im working with a college student budget. Austin reached out to me and gave me the opportunity to buy a bike that met my needs. Once at the shop, Richard was extremely kind and very helpful (I am a runner and know nothing about bikes) and was able to answer all my questions. This definitely isnt a bike shop that you visit just once. Youre going to be welcomed regardless of your knowledge of bikes, and youre going to want to go back to experience the great atmosphere of the business. Im hoping to join in on group biking sessions once the weather warms up. Being 800 miles away from home and family, I feel Ive found a crew that brings home a little closer. Thanks Green Fleet. On a beautiful day in Nashville, we had a wonderful bike tour ride with Green Fleet Bike Tours. Our guide was a really nice guy who combined a nice ride through downtown Nashville with some history of the city and city landmarks. The bikes were easy to ride, comfortable and Nashville is a very bike friendly city. We felt like we got a good look at downtown Nashville while getting some exercise and enjoying beautiful weather. I would definitely recommend this activity.

I dropped off my partially assembled bike and the only problem is that they finished a little too soon! I had a heck of a time trying to find a time to pick my bike up just because of my own schedule and they were super laid back and accommodating. Great Tour with Austin. Easy pedaling around the city and very informative. We have seen the city from foot, shuttle and rent a car but this gave us a whole new prospective of the city. An added plus he avoided all the big hills.

Very positive experience. Despite a wildly crowded shop, Austin juggled his numerous customers well. I received quick, friendly service at a fair price from everyone at Green Fleet. Will definitely be back for tune-ups on my Jamis and any other biker-related stuff I might need. Absolutely the best bike shop in Nashville. All the guys who work there are very knowledgeable and eager to answer questions about parts, repairs, or just cycling in general. They are welcoming and accommodating to to both expert and novice cyclists. If I ever have any problems with the bike I purchased from them (which was affordable and perfectly fit my needs) I can drop by the shop and they always are fast to help me out.

I had an old trek that probably had not seen use or any maintenance in over 4 years.Took my bike in on Wednesday expecting it to be done in a week or so. Got a call the very next morning telling me my bike was finished and ready to go. Not only did they completely restore my bike, they also gave me a discount since I put so much money back into it. Nathan also gave me a follow up call later after picking it up to let me know what all he put into the bike, and what I may need in the future. Wont be needing a new bike shop anytime soon.

We were on a three week cycling trip that ended in Nashville so I emailed the store to see if they would be able to box our bikes up for a fee. They replied that they could and would have two bike boxes set aside for us. About a week from arriving in Nashville I emailed them again to confirm that we are indeed coming in to box our bikes up. No reply so I emailed again. No reply again. So when we got into Nashville, I called and was told that they only have one box and would not have another for at least a week. I asked if they could give me two of those plastic fork spacers that stores would normally throw away, since I now had to find my own bike box and package the bikes myself. No, I was not able to get one free and No I was not able to buy it from them. In the end I was able to get free boxes and packing material from a different bicycle store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! It is by far the worst bicycle store in the 25+ states I have visited.

I know, everyone on here gives these people raving reviews. But Im an older woman and I went in there today based on these great reviews, AND with every intention of buying a bicycle from them. Instead, they didnt even give me the time of day. I asked the salesperson (if you can call him that) about buying a bike, and basically the guy was way more interested in the other younger and much better looking women in the shop (I get it, believe me, but face it male hormones can take over, too). He was simply one of the rudest sales people Ive ever encountered in my life. He actually tried to pass off a USED bicycle to me as new, telling me that it was one that had been rented to the people that come in to rent bicycles from them, and that it had been refurbished to be resold. He kept insisting that it was not a used bike when it most obviously was used, and you could see that it was used as well. I asked if he had more bikes to pick from and he said they were outside. So I stepped outside to look at them and I never saw anyone from the shop again. I actually waited about 10 minutes (I took a call on my cell phone), walked back inside the shop, and the guy - nor anyone else in the store - never offered to help me again. They were not busy - there were only two other customers in the shop. They were just plain rude, and I got the impression that they simply didnt give a hoot about dealing with older clientele. It was one of the ONLY times in my life that I felt like I actually was discriminated against because of my age!!! Like I mentioned earlier, I went in there with every intention of buying a bicycle today, totally based on the reviews I read here on Google. But I walked out after having one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. They need to learn to address all of their clientele, and not just the young hipsters that undoubtedly make up most of their clientele. I was young once, and I get it. But the treatment I received today was not warranted, nor was it necessary. What a shame.

I have not done a bicycle tour yet, but Ive ridden on several Friendly Rides that start at Green Fleet. The group leaders are great, and they wont allow anyone to ride without a helmet or without first reviewing safety procedures. This is a wonderful way to see the city, be seen, get fit, meet people, and have fun. We are lucky in Nashville to have Austin and his team right here!

This place rocked -- we were visiting from out of town, and wanted to rent a road bike for a friend and a couple of hybrids as well. Austin was great on the phone, no hassle at all with asking for a deposit or anything. We showed up, they gave us great directions to a killer trail, did 20 miles and had a great time. Online reservation process was simple. Price was comparable with other shops in Nashville. Received quick e-mail confirmation and reminder a couple days before renting. Shop was simple to locate, though parking is tight. Staff had bike ready for me along w/a map, They mounted my pedals and off I rode.Took a couple stops to once again become accustomed to rim brakes, but had no emergencies where disk brakes were required.Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would rent from them again.

Went in today to find a replacement shifter for my bike. The staff was really knowledgeable and friendly as always. I also really liked that they didnt pressure me to have them install it, and instead were willing to advise me on how to do the installation myself.
