Went to visit Nashville for a wedding and then stayed a few extra days to see why everyone is moving there and possibly find a place to buy for ourselves.We decided to rent some bikes so we could get a better feel for different neighborhoods and having rented Pedegos before, knew they are very comfortable and definitely higher end. We are two couples, ages 53 - 76. Best way to see a city!!Completely enjoyed our day and saw many neighborhoods.Bob and his staff were great at getting us going in the morning and we enjoyed our conversation with them upon our return.We will likely be buying Pedogos after that trip. Great bikes. I highly recommend renting a bike from this shop if you want to explore Nashville without getting worn out. Terrific all around experience.

Great experience! Bob took the time to show me all the varieties of the different bikes and how they worked. I test drove 4 or 5 bikes before i chose the perfect one for me! Bob adjusted everything to fit me perfectly and then even delivered my bike to my house! Great store!!!

Worst experience ever. Went into the Franklin store. The owner would not tell us anything about the bikes. He only wanted to know how much we wanted to spend. We asked 3 times for him to tell us about the bikes. He made us feel very unwelcome & uncomfortable. We were going to shop at the Nashville store but then I realized he owns both so they won’t be getting our money at all. He looked like he really didn’t want to be there. We are business owners. We would never treat a customer like this.*Your response is a lie. We asked you several times to show us your bikes and tell us about them. The truth is you made an assumption about us and refused to show us anything. You stood behind the counter the whole time. And why on earth would you be offended that our daughter needed to use the restroom. We drove 45 minutes to your store to buy an expensive bike. It makes since that one might need to use a restroom. Of course bad customer service deserves a bad review. Your response is unprofessional just as your treatment and lack of customer service was.

Just purchased a new Electric bike. A friend of mine in Memphis had recommended Pedego bikes and that I go see Bob and Kem at one of their two stores. I went to the East Nashville location yesterday and purchased.Bob delivered to my home this morning. Cant wait to get started riding my Pedego Boomerang!

We visited and spoke with Bob and Kim several times while doing our research on which brand and which model of electric bike we wanted to invest in. They were both over the top helpful and answered all or questions patiently and completely. We decided on Pedego because of the quality of the product and the large network of dealer support locally and nationwide. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Pedego of Nashville and Franklin.

I test rode 3 different Pedego bikes today and they are awesome! The store is filled with lots of bikes to choose from and the gentleman who helped us was informative, helpful and accommodating!

Super great experience with buying our Pedegos here at this Nashville location. Bob took all the time we needed helping us with the bikes that best suited our needs. We came back the next day to pick them up with the bike rack and extras we ordered. Bob set up our bike rack intoour Jeep and showed us the best way to load these bikes and keep them secure during travel.If your in the market for a ebike. I would totally recommend you go here first.

I brought my bike in for a 100 miles check up and was totally amazed at how much time Bob spent with me. He adjusted my seat, showed me electronics, put on a water bottle holder, adjusted my brakes, gave me 5 different tips related to questions I asked. He provided extraordinary service!! Thank You!

Very cool store, with a wide selection of Electric bikes. Bob is super helpful and they are close by to some great riding spots.

We purchased our Pedigo latch from the Nashville store. Bob was quite knowledgeable and has been great with follow-up questions. We only have about 100 miles on the bike with no mechanical problems yet. Pedego is expensive but appears to be above the competition with fit and finish. Our primary use is on our boat. It is 10 lbs heavier than non-electric folding bikes however the trade-off is worth it! This bike has front wheel drive. There are other bikes with mid drive and rear wheel drive that may suit your needs better

I wonder if $15 an hour robots could do better.

Seriously, the coolest experience ever. The scooters are super cheap but hey, you get what you pay for. These bikes are FAST!!! And although the bikes are faster, they feel SO much more safe. It’s doesn’t hurt that they are probably the prettiest bikes I’ve ever seen! Thanks for the experience!!! 🥳

I had a great experience at the Pedego East Nashville location. After doing some research online including the Pedego website, I stopped in the East Nashville location. I spend some time talking with Bob about the different models and what each is specifically designed for. Next Bob had me test drive several models. I was hooked after my first ride! Bob even let me ride his bike to get a feel for the eMountain bike model. I went home but couldnt stop thinking about the City Commuter Black Edition. Two days later I went back to see Bob and bought my bike. Bob didnt have the bike I wanted in the store but hew did have it in their Franklin store. Because I was so excited to get my bike he had someone drive it up. Bob assembled it for me and added a lock and mirror. Within 90 minutes I was on my way.Great shopping experience and Im loving my bike!

Could not ask for a better, friendlier, more informed sales-person. She is quite cheerful, and blew me away with her immediate and detailed answers to my questions. I will be waiting a few weeks to decide whether to purchase, til I see how the tax refund goes! Should be good.

My wife and I have become new fans of Pedego e-bikes. Very easy to ride and enjoy. Kem and Bob took good care of us—first Kem at the Franklin store when we went for a one-hour rental ride on the Franklin greenway and Bob the next day when we met him in Leiper’s Fork so we could ride the Natchez Trace for two hours. It was big fun. Great service from both of them, very helpful and friendly. We’ll be back!
