I had a great experience with NashCo and specifically with Zoe. She greeted me when I first arrived, gave me her name, said to let her know if I needed help, and the left me alone to shop. This is exactly what I like. I dont like hovering sales people who stalk you around the store. When I had a question or needed assistance, I found Zoe and asked and she gave me the information I needed to make my decision.The great thing was I found exactly what I was looking for in stock at this store. There are other furniture stores in Nashville that I love, but right now their time to get a sofa can be up to 8 months (just how the world is right now, not their fault). So, to find what I needed/wanted available immediately was fabulous. They had a wide variety of many of the high quality major furniture brands and their prices were very reasonable. Delivery was available within a couple of days of purchase. So, all in all, I dont think I could have asked for anything better. Definitely check them out.

I met a really sweet and helpful young lady Silvia at NashCo furniture. She helped me pick out a couple of furniture sets and if one wasn’t in stock searched until she found one for me. She was very friendly and easy to get in touch with if I had questions. Everyone there was very friendly as well. My advice for shoppers is just find furniture they have in stock so you don’t have to wait. I love my sectional.

I had a wonderful experience buying my couch with Zoe and the other Nash Co employees. This store has a ton of options and is willing to work with all of your ideas! I had many questions and Zoe answered all of them. Delivery was really easy and was centered around my schedule. I love my couch!

We had a great experience at NashCo today! Our salesperson was Zoe. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable but not pushy at all. They have a great selection of good quality furniture that is reasonably priced. We were able to pick out the perfect couch and the process was extremely smooth. The best part is the couch was in stock and could be delivered in two days! The atmosphere in the showroom was so fun and upbeat! I highly recommend NashCo for all your furniture needs!

The Sales Associates are very friendly, professional, and detailed with their work. The movers/store workers were friendly and assisted with items on the floor.I would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Silvia A. who took her time giving me her professional outlook of staging furniture and selecting color schemes within the home. Additionally, she gave me several options to finance within the store. Because I already had an account with Mattress Firm who uses Synchrony Bank as a finance option, she was able to locate my account and tell me that I could use the credit card within the store. This allowed me to save financially and not allow the company to pull my credit twice.

As soon as I walked through the door, Zoe met me with the enthusiasm you would give a friend you havent seen in months! She immediately asked what we were looking for and started searching for options that fit our needs and price range. After a brief inventory search and a call to the warehouse to confirm the item is in stock, Zoe found us the perfect item. Check out was quick and easy, pick up was immediate at the warehouse around the corner from the showroom. The item was waiting for me on the dock when I arrived and was loaded into my vehicle quickly. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. I would definitely recommend shopping here!

I found this company on social media and thought their selection seemed impressive, cost and style. I decided to go in to buy a sectional. I wandered around for a while without anyone saying anything to me. I finally approached Zoe after she was finishing answering some other people’s questions. After that, Zoe was extremely attentive and was running to and from to check pricing/inventory etc. She was very delightful to work with and seemed to know everything there was to know. I went to every furniture store in Nashville and this store was by far the best experience I had. Zoe was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. I purchased a great couch at a very competitive price and was able to pick it up the next day. The guy at the warehouse was also very pleasant when we came to load the couch up into the truck. We were very pleased with the quality of the furniture we viewed and Ms. Silvia Arias, the salesperson, was extremely professional and helpful and showed us exactly what we wanted. The entire experience, from checking items on the computer to make sure the living room sets she showed us were in stock, to giving us our completed invoice, took less than an hour. We had ordered a full living room set (couch, loveseat, and recliner chair) from another furniture store six months earlier and had still not received the items! Silvia set our delivery date six days from purchase! We went home and immediately canceled our previous order with the other company. Telling all our family and friends about NashCo!

If you’re looking for leather, definitely head Nashco’s way. I ended up loving this gorgeous green couch that was unfortunately out of stock. I enjoyed shopping at Nash Co Furniture so much! We went to Ashley Furniture right before and the experience was incomparable. Nash Co felt so much more homey and comfortable. I came in a few weeks ago to find a couch for my new house. Zoe greeted me immediately with amazing energy and a willingness to help me find exactly what I wanted. Update after two months the recliner is now squeaking, the back support was nonexistent within a week of owning it and once you recline the leg support is 90 percent wood with minimal padding. NEVER buy a (memory foam) recliner, the customer service was good but who cares when the product is awful. The warranty process is ridiculous and they do zero returns or exchanges. 440 dollars is just sitting in my garage now

I was very excited to try out this company, seeing that they had such good reviews. My experience has not been the same, when I went into the store this was around may of last year, I waited almost 2 months for my couch in which they changed the dates twice! when I received the Couch, it was the wrong color when I called about it they said I would have to wait 2 months again and I might as well keep it since it was already delivered. I figured I just keep it because I didn’t want to wait another 2 months and it didn’t seem like they was willing to help me out, they told me I can come in for a discount for another piece. It was my mistake to keep the couch in the first place, I should’ve told the delivery team to just take it away! I should’ve cancelled. I had some damage on the couch they did use the warranty and replaced it, I asked if I could get the couch switched out to the original color I wanted using my warranty. I’m at the point where I absolutely hate the couch I called them five times in the last couple weeks asking them about getting my couch cushions replaced, I told them I don’t care if I have to pay I just need to know if that is an option, every time I call they tell me they are going to call me back or the warranty person is not there. From the beginning it honestly feel like they do not care about the customer whatsoever it’s buy a couch get it and then they’re done with you after the fact. All I know is I have not had a good experience and I rather just go somewhere else I have a couch that I hate and cannot get in touch with anyone about it. I would not recommend this furniture store.

YALL STOP PAYING THE BIG GUYS AND WAITING 6-12 MONTHS FOR YOUR FURNITURE AND RUN TO NASHCO FURNITURE NOW!!!!!!! My husband and I bought one of the iconic white cloud couch dupes from American Signature 6 MONTHS AGO and had still not received it. I was so tired of waiting and their lack of communication, so I started storming the internet. I came across a post from Zoe about the exact same white cloud couch THAT WAS IN STOCK CURRENTLY. I knew it wasnt going to last long so I dropped what I was doing and sped to NashCo. Zoe was amazing (actually the entire staff was awesome!!!). It was so lowkey and I was so incredibly happy to give my money to a local furniture store rather than the big guys that dont give a rip about you. NashCo, you have a customer for life :)

I am hoping this will finally get their attention because the many calls asking where the final piece of our couch is has not. My husband and I purchased a 3 piece couch from them July 19, 2020… A YEAR AGO. When we bought it they warned us our couch could be delayed and make take up to 8 weeks. The first two pieces didn’t come until 7 MONTHS later- we gave grace because of the set back of Covid. However, never once in those 7 months did they call us to update us on it’s status, we had to call several times and each time were told it would be within a month (didn’t happen). We still haven’t received our last piece to our couch and when we call to ask about it, we are told a manager will call us back because they are busy..however we have called over 10 times in the last few months, only to hear back ONCE- they told us it would be here in March. It is now July. No updates, no calls, no offers of a discount. We understand things are unstable with Covid but the communication, or lack thereof, has been extremely disappointing.I do want to give credit where credit is due, I am still giving them one star because they offered to give us a temporary piece that is just slightly different than the piece we ordered until our last piece comes in. This was after lots and lots of nagging, but still yet was nice.I’m not saying don’t shop here- I’m just saying be prepared for zero communication and to be told you’ll be called back and you never do. Very disappointed in the management & communication of our particular situation

We found this gem on a google search but did remember seeing a commercial several months before. It honestly was out of our way from where we lived and we almost missed our great experience. Zoe met us at the door introduced herself and told us to look around, she would check back on us after we’ve had a chance to look over Nashco’s extensive furniture selection, unless we had something specific in mind. We opted to look and sure enough Zoe returned. We discussed our choices and made our selection. Zoe did hand us a paper that detailed an additional warranty offered at the store and what it covered. We ordered a couch on Sunday May 16th and Zoe helped us. We had our almost one year old with us and it was quick and easy which is needed with a toddler. On Dec. 22, I ordered a sofa (sectional) for my son as a Christmas gift via online. Since the shipping name & address was different from the billing information, Anthony called to confirm this was not a fraudulent order and to ensure I was aware of the order. That immediately pleased me.On confirming shipping, he told me that I would be scheduled for delivery on today (Christmas Eve). All the other details were confirmed with my son by NashCo personnel.My son advised the order arrived promptly at 10a this morning with amazing customer service & setup. Checked out a ton of places for a sofa and love seat for my new place. A friend recommended this location and actually located the set I was going to get at furniture connection that afternoon but I bought it here. All staff was extremely down to earth and made you feel at home and got a great deal!Warning to anyone buying furniture anywhere, there are delays due to covid. I was happy enough to pick up my sofa this week and the love seat will come in possibly in February. Also delivery was a bit much but I was able to pick up my sofa.Thanks for the great service from Silvia, the guy that was working in store today and to the warehouse guy this evening. Definitely going to return for a dining room table and end tables soon.

My wife and I found NashCo through Facebook and decided to give them a try. We had been to 4 or 5 different furniture stores with no luck. No one had a good selection or any inventory much. With the furniture crisis and availability like it is, we had little hope. However we visited Nashco and they had great products, great selections, and even some of the things we bought were in stock so we took 3 pieces home that day! The 4 other pieces we purchased were unfortunately on the back order furniture crisis. We waited over 4 months to get the rest of our furniture and the wait was worth it all! We love our Beckham sectional! The process was grueling and most of the time we just wanted our money back to go find something gently used throughout the waiting process. Our living room sat empty for 4 months while Zoe (Sales Rep) and Anthony (Owner) kept us very informed. I cannot thank these two enough for making this process worth it and keeping us updated every step of the way with shipping info, container, and delivery.

What a great furniture store with awesome service to match! I highly recommend NashCo! My bf and I bought our dresser, mattress, and couch from here last year and everything came on time and is still in perfect condition. The prices were great (less expensive than most furniture stores). The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I recently had to reach back out to NashCo due to some of our drawers breaking (BF was not paying attention while moving -_-) ...I spoke with Mindy and she was so nice and helpful. She was even able to replace our drawers for free even outside of warranty! We will definitely shop here again when it comes time to buy our home!

Great deals and a lot of nice furniture. Youll love it if you ever receive it. We spent over 3k in this store and 2 to 3 months later our furniture was supposed to be delivered. They didnt bring our coffee table. We had been told it was in stock at the time. We called. They sent it the next day. The guy dropped it off and didnt even unbox it. We did. And it was the wrong color. Called. Was told specifically that the manager would allow us to swap it for the floor sample and they could deliver Tuesday or Wednesday. We didnt really trust them by this point and had already waited 3 months for furniture so my husband and I loaded up the wrong coffee table and he took it to do the swap himself. Then were told that what we were told just yesterday wasnt even true (a pattern here?). More than 2 months and 1 refund later Im back to square one trying to order somewhere else. Im hoping to have my home furnished by Christmas at this point thanks to NashCo. Stuff happens but lying to customers shouldnt. If they have it in stock snag it, if they tell you theyll get it to you in about 30 days, you may get in 90 or you may not get iit at all. You may even get to return the wrong item yourself!

I bought a 2pc sectional at Nash Co last weekend and was greeted right when I came in the door. Zoe was very helpful, ran through some info and let me wander through the selections. She answered all my questions and was very helpful, and that was the end of my positive experience at Nash co furniture.A week later and per the instructions of Zoe, I let her know yesterday (24 hours notice) that I would be picking the couch up today - she specifically told me to do this so they would have my couch ready for pick up. I waited almost 30 minutes at the warehouse today for the men to find the couch. They were VERY unhelpful and not at all bothered that they did not have my couch ready for pickup. The gentleman who picked the couch and brought it to the loading dock dropped both pieces (of a 2 part sectional) there for me to load onto the back of the tuck entirely by myself. I am so happy I did not pay them for delivery and I will not be purchasing from Nash Co again. I was asked to sign a form saying the couch was in good condition, I declined as the couch is wrapped in Saran Wrap and cardboard so I have no clue if it’s in good condition.As I was leaving another customer saw me loading the coach, and approached me assuming I was an employee asking me about picking up HIS couch. I laughed, told him I wasn’t an employee, and he shouldn’t count on the warehouse employees to be at all helpful. Bare minimum work on their end. Very disappointing.

Update 1/13: I have to hand it to Anthony, the owner of NashCo Furniture, for being incredibly responsive! 17 minutes after I posted my original review, he texted us with offers to expedite our delivery to the 11th. He promised he would make it right, and asked us if there was anything else he could throw in to make it up. I opted for a couple nice pillows for our bed.The next morning, despite bad weather, the delivery men came with our sofa, but to our dismay, the back beam was broken. Furthermore, the promised pillows werent present. However, the sofa was technically functional so we accepted it so as not to be without anywhere to sit. I phoned the store who told me Id have to claim it on the warranty. However, Anthony promptly texted me, and said he would personally handle the matter if I sent photos. He promised a replacement sofa would arrive for us Monday morning.This morning, the delivery men arrived at my door. It was in perfect condition, and all seemed well until I inquired about my pillows. They still hadnt gotten them! We texted Anthony to let him know and not only did he apologize, he hand delivered them to my door that very same hour.All in all, we did have a horrible time getting this sofa. There were a lot more bumps along the way than we expected, but I must say Anthony did do his best to make everything right, even taking the time to deliver the pillows himself, offering a sincere apology at my door for our trouble, and briefly chatting about our families (we have toddlers of similar age) with me.I truly believe our experience was a fluke and Im confident Anthony and NashCo Furniture deserve their good reputation. In light of this, I have changed my star rating from 1 to 4, because while there were struggles, we do have a sofa we love and we feel Anthony did show us NashCo Furnitures true, good, colors after our initial poor impression. We look forward to giving them another chance to help us complete the furnishing of our home in the near future.----------------Original Review----------------Just moved to Nashville and saw the great reviews NashCo Furniture had and were lured in by them. Now, I regret that decision.We sold nearly all our furniture before moving, so were looking to restock most of the house. We began by purchasing this beautiful sectional for just over $1000.00. Its a great sofa, and Im sure we will be happy with it. I say, will be because we purchased it on Tuesday the 7th and Zoe, (who we have no complaints about - she was wonderful) scheduled it to be delivered ($140-something) on the 9th between 4-7pm. She told us to call her if it was getting late and the sofa hadnt arrived and she gave us her card.On the 9th, we anxiously awaited the arrival of our sofa, however 4pm came and there was no call from the delivery guys. Finally just after 6 pm *I* called Zoe only to go straight to voicemail so I left a message. At about 6:44pm, I called her again - still got voicemail - so I called the store.I explained we were missing a $1000 sofa. The saleswoman informed me a mix up happened and our sofa was NOT coming today, nor scheduled to come AT ALL. She found the paperwork, though. Furthermore, she informed me our sofa would now be delivered NEXT TUESDAY, the 14th, for which she apologized.Then, she started to end our conversation but I stopped her. I pointed out an entire week with NO living room furniture is quite a while considering we paid for delivery on the 7th, changed our schedules to facilitate the time frame, not to mention no one informed us delivery wasnt happening and we wouldnt have found out if I hadnt contacted them about it. Despite this, I still had to ASK if she would waive the delivery fee! She wasnt going to offer ANY FORM of compensation for the mix up, (save an apology, which changes little and does nothing to resolve the extended inconvenience) until I asked! Any other furniture company would have been falling all over themselves OFFERING waived fees along with expedited delivery, but not NashCo Furniture.

Came to NashCo and excellent service from Anthony and Francisco. I had been looking at tons of furniture places and by far this place gave me the best customer service and let me know what options they have available for immediate delivery! During this whole pandemic some furniture places are not transparent about the delivery dates. They gave me a tons of options and even showed me what they have in the warehouse. I went to NashCo Furniture after not liking anything in the big name stores. Online their prices and inventory looked great, but when I went I found out the item I wanted was not in stock and with COVID supply issues they could not provide an accurate date to obtain it. This upfront information is appreciated, as I needed a couch sooner than later. A similar style and color couch was available, which I purchased Thursday night and was delivered Saturday afternoon. Delivery went very well and quick. While at the store, Zoe was helpful supplying the information on out of stock items, finding a price when a couch was unlabeled, and completing my check out process. She was there when I needed but left me room to browse as well. My only concern would be the “no returns” sign was pointed out to me (Hey it didn’t have to be at all) after payment. Just a note, not a complaint.

Really cool people on the sales floor. Very large dynamic selection so you should be able to find something that you like. See Brandon if you can. Most of the furniture comes out of the coaster or Ashley catalog so it fits the region that youre buying in but you may not find very ultra-modern Furniture there. They always have sales in work very good deals if youre serious about purchasing something.

I bought a couch an it hurts my back so I told them in less than 20days an they claim I cant exchange an Im pregnant it was way over priced. Daniel the sales man told me if I had a problem I could return then when I tried he told me they dont do returns. Also they keep telling me they will call back an they wont.

I have tried twice to order furniture from this company and had issues. The first time they did not have the item I ordered in stock so they issued a return. But the money didn’t return to my account for about a month so I had to call and email them to get my money back. The second time I tried to order a couch and I never received any updates on my order. I called them to see when I could expect the couch and they told me at the end of February. I called again at the beginning of March to see if my couch was ready and they said it wouldn’t be in until the end of April instead. No one ever called me to update me on the order so I had to issue another return. Needless to say, I won’t bother ordering furniture from them again.

We looked for furniture for over a month. Clay and Brandon helped us on our first visit, showing us around and helping us price the piece that best fit our large family. We got a quote and went to other places to compare prices, etc. Hands down best price we found. Super helpful and friendly. Patient with us, our indecisiveness, and our 4 year old in tow while trying to sit and find something we like. When we finally decided on the sectional from Atlantic, it was a special order and received pretty quickly. We had some major issues with the delivery company. ( I would not recommend using the delivery company they use! We will never use them even if we have to get a rental truck to get our next furniture! ) I wont go into detail, but I will say I was in contact with Brandon almost daily for 2 weeks and he worked hard, never once complaining, and always a positive attitude. He got to a resolution we were happy with, even working with me while he was out of town. I will say hands down best customer service Ive received at a furniture store. We will definitely return to see Brandon and Clay for any future furniture we need. Thank you for your professionalism! We love our sectional!

I came into NashCo expecting to find something like most stores and to walk out with nothing due to the current environment. We were very fortunate to find exactly what we wanted and available now without having to wait. I was greeted by Zoe who was very friendly and clearly great at multitasking as she worked the floor between myself and others ensuring that everyone was being helped. We purchased a genuine Italian leather sofa and a table that is actual real wood. The pieces we chose are excellent quality and still reasonably priced. We had a great experience with Zoe and we will be back!

Pretty good prices however customer service wasn’t great. They got one of our orders incorrect and made us feel like it was our fault. We were expected to wait 14-16 weeks for the correct piece which was a major inconvenience. We didn’t have the most positive interaction with Marcus but Levi was the warehouse manager and he at least respectfully helped us understand our one option and wrap up the situation. In the end we decided on making the incorrectly oriented sectional piece work rather than waiting.

*Update to my previous review - While our initial experience with Zoe was excellent, our couch was delivered with the incorrect cushions. They were able to support and get the new cushion delivered, which was three weeks from initial delivery. The new cushion was delivered yesterday and still the wrong one.... We purchased this couch over a month ago, and still cant sit on part of it because of this. Still do not have an updated timeline on when we will receive the correct cushion, but overall the experience has now turned into a nightmare. We specifically purchased this couch because it was in stock and did not have to wait 2 months to get it. Turns out it will be close to two months now... No remedy from NashCo, just an apology.Zoe was extremely helpful in finding us a new sectional couch. She gave recommendations while giving us room to browse and look on our own. Timing is a hot topic right now, as most furniture stores are seeing 1-2 month shipping delays. Zoe helped us identify all items that were in stock, which guided our decision. We ended up leaving with a beautiful sectional that will be delivered in a week. I would highly recommend Zoe and NashCo!

Levi was such a great salesman. I walked in and showed him a picture of the couch I wanted. He knew exactly where it was in the warehouse and took me to it. He explained hey due to the virus there will be delayed shipping times and things. No problem that’s life not even stressed. He was great at communicating when it was going to be delayed even longer and called right away when it could be delivered! The delivery guys were great there was a mistake with the couch being the wrong one put on the truck. I contacted Levi and it wasn’t a few hours later they came back with the right piece. That is what you call EXCELLENT customer service. Will definitely be back to purchase other furniture.
