Bought a whole set and a twin and got free pillows and mattress protectors also Matthew was very helpful and understanding, sanitize the merchandise. Hands down best place to go. Its best to use your own delivery service the guy offered to us did not help complained sat down on my furniture and was touching my kids I had to force him out of my house! Short African man. I came in just for an inexpensive box spring and they still treated me great and sold me a great product at s great price. Went in looking for a reversible mattress. Apparently this is something they do not carry. Now, I understand when a company does not stock something, or their distributer does not carry an item. What I do not understand was the salesmans reasoning behind bold-faced LYING to me by saying that such a thing doesnt exist. I can find a full-sized reversible mattress on a multitude of mattress sales and manufacturers websites, all readily available to order. Once again I understand not having something, but I will never again darken the doorstep of a business willing to lie to me in such a way again,and hope others do the same. Dishonesty like that should not be tolerated.

Its overwhelming to see how many different kinds of mattresses there are in the market. Upon entering MARKS MATTRESS, Matthew was warm, welcoming, and professional. We came having a lot of questions and with the goal of sticking to our budget and hopefully finding the best mattress to accommodate both a side and back sleeper. I was very impressed with Matthew. He was very informative and told us all the ins and outs of a mattress. He was very patient, asked about our sleeping habits and directed us to the mattresses he thought would fit our needs. He also told us different types of coil and foam within each mattress and explained what we were feeling as we spent our time laying on almost every single mattress that interested us. For that I am very appreciative. He kept our budget in mind and worked with that. When we told him about neck issues he recommended us to try out the Kool pillows that felt amazing, he added this to our deal all for an unbeatable price and when I was skeptical about the great deal we were getting we googled what these products retailed online....Marks Mattress was still the better deal. I consider myself to be a knowledgeable consumer not easily persuaded and with access to the internet, and much like travel agents, salespeople are becoming increasingly irrelevant and, in turn, sometimes irritating, not Matthew, great salesman, not pushy, excellent personality. He gave us time to roam freely, discuss our thoughts and decide all while our kids were distracted by his helpful coworker. We are beyond happy with our service and products here. Thank you MATTHEW!!! 10/10 service!!!

Ill be the FIRST to not give five stars. Average quality beds at above market prices. I got a better bed and better deal at mattress gallery direct. Shop around and be warned that these 44 (at time of this writing)5 star reviews are guaranteed fakes. They dont even sound real. Ive been reading and using Google reviews since they existed on the internet and I know fake reviews when I see them. Theres not 44 people who all speak the same way, are that educated and all use proper grammar and punctuation like every review on here.. sorry, thats not the general public and especially not for a mattress store in this area of town. You know it.. I know it. EVERY review sounds the same, uses contractions properly, uses possessives properly, uses proper punctuation and advanced writing and sentence structure.. not to mention they sound just like an infomercial testimonial written by the same person.Houston isnt that great, I met him, and while he definitely is a walking infomercial - to the point of being annoying - the products they carry are very average and overpriced... But yes its a bed, so buy them if you want to pay their prices. So here is the ONLY REAL one star review. Go visit judge for yourself. I did and the store, the great deals and Houston didnt meet my high expectations based on all the fake reviews here...

Amazing prices and quality beds. Theyre brand new, just maybe the stitching is off or the color of the box is different. Were talking major discounts. Ive bought three beds from them over the years and Im going back today to buy two more for friends and family. I highly recommend them.
