Today we bought a mattress from the representative Barbie. She was delightful, very informative and not pushy. Last month we bought a mattress from her as well for our daughter so we returned again. Even though the mattress was not in stock she told us that upfront but said it would be delivered in two weeks which still was great! We are excited about our new mattress! Barbie helped us last evening. This is mine and my fiancé’s first bed together. We both have different preferences and Barbie was so patient with us. She walked us around and had us try what felt like every bed in the store and was so open and honest about each and every one. We weren’t planning on buying a mattress when we went in but because of Barbie’s hospitality and customer service we purchased a mattress and felt confident in our decision.

We had a great experience. The store is clean and well laid out. I thought the associate who helped us, Barbie, was incredibly knowledgeable and organized in her method of helping us find the right mattress for our master bedroom. She was easy going, patient and did not make us feel uncomfortable or pressured. I think it was clear too that she has worked in the industry for several years because she was easily able to interpret subtle difference in our experiences between mattresses and explain what tends to cause them. Her ability to carefully analyze our feedback and guide us to a small selection of choices is a skill. My husband and I are very happy with our final choice and grateful for the help.

I bought two beds from her and she could not have been more helpful. I love my Tempur-Pedic bed and she even credited me $500 for the Black Friday sale that occurred after my purchase.

Any store is only as good as its sales reps. It doesnt get better than Barbis knowledge, guidance, expertise and patience. The store also carries all of the major brands. She spent extensive time with me to understand my health and comfort needs in a new mattress and then led me to a variety of brands, styles and price ranges to consider.I came back the next day after reading reviews of my top choices which confirmed everything she told me. My new mattress and adjustable base was delivered the following day. Two weeks later, I can see a tremendous difference in how well I sleep now.I also have to complement the delivery team who had a real challenge getting everything to my upstairs master and did it without any problem. They were also very careful regarding social distancing plus wore gloves and shoe covers.

We had a very knowledgable saleswoman who was VERY helpful named Barbi Harbison. She walked us through the options for my mother who is quite elderly. She took her time explaining things and making suggestions to make sure she would be happy with her purchase. She was GOOD!We had to think it over and did not make the actual purchase for over 90 days.We finally scheduled for delivery and that is when all fell apart. The drivers were TERRIBLE and RUDE. They argued over the rules of her building and refused to comply at first. Then when they left, my mothers old mattress was left in the Vestibule of the service elevator on another floor in her building!When i was told this had happened by our building manager i called and they did get someone right out to remove it. They were very apologetic but this is a warning about the delivery of your mattress. MAKE SURE they use a reputable delivery service. These men were terrible.

My son and I were in store today looking for a bed for me. I had visited the website but decided I needed to lay on different memory foam mattresses to select the right one for me. Thomas Jones was filling in at the Green Hills store and as a sales/customer service employee myself, I urge you to do what you can to keep him happy and serving your customers. He paid attention to what my son was wearing (Father Ryan Football hoodie) and immediately began building a rapport and relating to us.He was alone in the store and when I came in, I was the only customer. He guided me to the area that fit my budget and I began lying on the beds. Another couple came in and I let him know I was fine by myself, as he had gotten me started. He knows the products well and wasn’t pushy with or rushing me. I heard the other couple say they were needing like six new mattresses! I hope you give commission or some other bonus because it’s hard picking and id imagine selling this type of product. It is a big decision and investment.The wife of the other couple gave her two cents when she saw me teetering between two items; all the whole my son is picking out a mattress for himself once we decide to replace his current mattress, which will be soon.Thomas did everything he could to make me happy, and I told him I just might make the trip to Hendersonville (I live 10 minutes from Green Hills) in a few months when I’m ready to buy my son a new bed.I love the promotions I was able to take advantage of, the convenience of the store location, and the overall quality of the products you carry. There’s a mattress for every budget. The information your provide at the foot of each mattress makes it really easy to compare the products.I will be sure to update my review when I receive my bed! So looking forward to it!
