Due to the amounts snow we received here, needed to have my car towed. I spoke with Frank, he was kind and was able to get my car and take it where it needed to go. Even though it took some time for him to arrive, he did make it to my home. He was truly a life saver, since no one else was able to come out in this unpredictable weather. The towing professional had some challenges with this tow of a car that had been sitting for a while, not running. There was a steep grade to navigate and a precision drop off. He had also to carefully get under the cables to the house. He did a brilliant job with all the difficulties, a true professional, and pleasant in communication and handling the whole business. The dispatcher was also very kind. I recommend this outfit highly.

I had a wreck the previous day and my bumper started dragging on the interstate after I had spent 6 hours in the Emergency Room getting my injuries checked out. I had to pull into the TA truck stop in Antioch. Your tow truck driver named Butch I believe was so polite and helpful. He towed my car to Calliber Collision in Murfreesboro. Since I am 69 years old and it was midnight he also saw to it that I got home safely two miles away. He was my guardian angel!

This tow company is great! Super professional on the phone. The driver Kevin called me to let me know he was on his way. Arrived quickly! Super nice and even gave me a ride a few miles down the road so I could get a ride home easier!

I had a punctured tire today. My 2018 Kia Optima has no spare, so I was dead In the water. Kevin Thompson was dispatched to my location, and arrived early, and expertly towed my vehicle to Sam’s Club, where the tire is warranted, in time to repair the tire before store closing. I’ll be able to drive home tonight instead of waiting till tomorrow morning. Kevin is my hero, and someone I hope to encounter the next time I have a roadside automotive issue.

Our guy got a little confused on where we were as we couldnt give a specific marker to where we stuck at but he found us within the time frame predicted it would be, he was also very nice and tolerant of three very cold, very sleep deprived and hyper people, myself being one. He made sure we got to the tire shop quick and easy. And the whole trip itself was pretty low price, the tire shop was close by so that helped with the price, so i was very thankful for that as i had enough for the tow and tire with just enough to fill up our stomachs at the Taco Bell near the tire shop and my tank to get us home with combined funds. Thank you very much for your time and service.

I had to wait for 3 hours before I got a tow truck, which I find inexcusable. That being said, once my run was finally dispatched, the driver contacted me quickly, arrived in a timely manner, was knowledgeable and very professional.The service from the company was extremely disappointing but the service I got from the DRIVER was top notch. As a law enforcement officer, I know what to look for and what to expect. They knew exactly who I was and was treated this way. I can only imagine how a civilian would have been treated. I would have given the DRIVER 5 stars.

We needed some assistance right after the holiday. Our insurance company connected us and the driver was extremely professional and had a very positive attitude. You could tell he enjoyed what he did and this took a small amount of frustration out of the process of our car shutting down in interstate traffic.

First I called this business multiple times and got no answer. I also left multiple messages and never recieved a call back. For a business that says 24hours they were not available when I needed assistance. When someone finally answered I was told that no one would be available until after 7am which didnt work for my needs.

Great service all while saving me from being stranded in the middle of the night. Professional and got my tow taken care of with ease. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My son and I broke down on our way back from his visit Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital. The driver did a great job of keeping in contact with us and arrived half an hour before the scheduled time. Best experience ever. Took the edge of bad experience. Driver was very timely(way ahead of projected AAA tume)! He was professional, courteous and got right to getting the car on the truckbed. I was about 10 mile trip to Discount Tire, where he off loaded the car, made sure it was easily accessible to the bay and made he way to next call. We had a flat with a screw on the tire, someone came out to change the tires but some of the lug nuts were Cross threaded. They got all of but one. So they sent a tow truck and it got there in about 20 min and the guy was very nice and quick. We left and met him at the shop it was being dropped off. I truly recommend them.

My husband called for a tow over the holiday weekend and they had someone out in short order to take care of things. The price was very fair, and what they quoted over the phone was the exact price to unload the car. The driver was very professional and courteous as well which was a relief. We both put the number in our smart phones under Tow Truck in case we ever need a tow in Nashville again. Very highly recommended!

Very professional driver, took his time to help and do it all the right way, I.e. trying to help start it, taking time hooking up to prevent tire damage and actually using the tire straps.
