I didnt choose this place for vehicle repairs; however, the car dealer had my car sent there for repairs. They performed quite an extensive service to my vehicle, and it is back on the road and running just fine so far. However, when I got my vehicle back, my spare tire/rim were missing and my floor mats had been swapped out. Not sure what went on inside the vehicle while it was there, but mechanic work seems to be satisfactory.

I had to share my opinion because I was treated poorly but at least they didnt charge me for what they couldnt do! Any ways I brought my car to them some short time ago my car sat for exactly a week before they said anything, it has an electric problem they say they were auto electritions then this problem should have been easy I even gave them the code that was read and they told me they couldnt do it because its to much work they even told me that they had test drove my vehicle and my car didnt even run thats why I brought it to them in the first place look electritions they are not this I know for sure!

You know they say first impressions are lasting impressions. I love this place and it was very first time going to them. Reasonable prices and great quality work. My car drives like its brand new. The customer service was exceptional they were truthful and honest and did not take advantage of me because i was a female. My 4 year old even had a blast while we waited. I recommend anyone with car trouble to go here first. Chevy, Toyota, Chrysler or Honda dealer mechanics nor Firestone or Pepboys have nothing on these guys. Thank you so much. It was truly a blessing to find your shop and when im in need of car repairs i will not hesitate to you you guys first😉😊😁

I REALLY recommend T &R Auto repair, they are the BEST!!!. I m an international student, and I got my car two years ago. I struggled to find a good mechanic shop. Many of my friends got tricked by many car shops here since we DONT know much about cars and our English is that good. HOWEVER!!! I found T & R now!! They really helped me with a reasonable price and a GOOOOOOOD work !!! I was worried to be charged a lot, but the manager, Anthony, he helped me out after I told him my studying in the united states stories. He is such a COOL person!!!!! Anthony explained to me about my cars issue in details, and he showed me my DIRTY transmission fluid. He even told me some tips about cars so that I wont get tricked !!!! I really appreciate T & Rs help!!! Being at other shops makes me bored, but I was well treated at T & R, everyone smile at you and say hello. I really need to leave this comment here because I believe in good people deserve a good review.

I read all the reviews before taking my car here. I took the chance and I’m glad I did!!! They did a fabulous job fixing my car!! Professional, nice, answered all my questions, gave me different options once diagnosed. Ran into unforseen issue so took extra week but soooo worth it! I got my baby back!! I’m taking my other car here to get fixed too. Awesome job guys!

WARNING**DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OF CROOKS(TONY THE OWNER AND TONY THE SON). If you are a WOMAN especially! They told me I needed a motor because my car wouldnt start. They did no testing and broke the air intake to trick me into purchasing a motor. They will replace parts you never asked for and then attempt to charge you. They are crooks when taking the car to dealership I found nothing was wrong with the motor that the intake valve had been broken. **INTENTIONALLY**They wanted to scam me for hundreds of dollars. Do not mess with these crooks!!

Ive used these guys for probably five years. I trust them. Thats saying a lot these days. I trust what they do and what they say theyre going to do. Theyve never given me reason not to. Theyve handled my large and small repairs; Acura, Audi, Chevy, and Honda.The only negatives are turnover in their reception staff (but generally the people they bring in are fine after they get acclimated), and not everyone speaks English fluently.Some may be put off by the fact that they arent in a fancy part of town or in a fancy shop, but dont be fooled, they know what theyre doing.

I took my car to them about 1 year ago to work on, they fixed it but my bill was over 2100.00 dollars. However I was told paid it or we will take the car from u .2 weeks ago I gave them another chance to work on my son car . I took it to 2 other shops before and both shops told me it is needs a computer however then I took it to them because they are supposed to be electrician. My wife had the car towed to them and they told me after diagnosis it is not a computer it need an engine .So before having the car towed to them I had marked my computer where it cant be seen.buy I told them to fix it .Paid the bill 1350.00 for the engine and we paid for the labor too, that was 400.00 to swap the engine .We picked the car up it was running good for 3 days until my son broke down again then I look at the computer and I seen where it was changed ..however we paid for an engine and labor .2003 Honda AccordHowever 100.00 part cost me all of that I was shocked I called them they told me what do I know . If I knew how to fix it that I should of fixed it myself .The would not refund me and they called me a lier.Then I took the car to another shop and I was told the engine was never changed but it looks like the computer was after it was towed to themake to fix .Will NEVER TAKE MY CARS TO THEM AND I WILL NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT THESE THEIVES.LIVE AND LEARN NOT EVERYONE IS AS GOOD OR AS NICE AS WHAT THEY SHOW UP TO BE .BE A WARE OF THE PEOPLE

Very honest people. Love this place

They cant handle basic repairs and have no real mechanical knowledge. Theyll tweak your vehicle enough to get you down the road after theyve used it for joyriding and playing around inside it. My SUV came with interior voice recorder and I have 3 separate tapes of them goofing off inside - vehicle didnt need any interior repairs. Vehicle returned to me with way too many additional miles put on it.
