I purchased a vehicle from Southeast Auto but decided that it wasn’t the right car for me a couple of days later. I called the owner and he graciously allowed me to bring it back for a full refund. Even though I didn’t buy a vehicle from them, it was a great experience. Such honesty and customer service is hard to find these days!

I was made aware recently my car I purchased was marketed and sold to me as a higher model than the one I have. When attempting to address the issue JR completely dismissed my issue and did not acknowledge how problematic this. I am having to file a formal complaint with the state to [hopefully] find resolution.

It’s like a trick, don’t give them the money till you’re ready to pickup your car otherwise you will be the looser. You will be convinced to buy like they are forcing you to make the decision.

They keep money..from young kids like they apply for bank loan he gave 1000 down. The loan did not got approved. He ask for his money back my son. This dealer kept 200 dollars of his down payment, they said restocking fee, come on..people.

I am only giving a one star so that I could post. They are some of the most unprofessional people. They will lie steal and cheat just to make a profit. They falsify documents and break the law just to get you in a car. Very rude and once the car that you have from them breaks down they do not communicate with you and refuse to fix the issue that they knew the car had before they sold it to you. I would not suggest that you purchase a car from them unless you want to be hijacked and taken advantage of. In response to you: the breakdown was caused by you guys saying you would fix a problem but your mechanic was out and that I could come back in the next few days and that never took place . Everytime I came back no one was available. You cant keep a mechanic and should not sell cars that need repairs that you have not done yet.

Really bootleg dealer . Be careful. They will steal from you and sell you a car that will need work a month after .

They kept making up excuses saying the computer is down an the credit people is trying to get it back up and they keep running oir credit after it dont go through. They said they work with any credit over the phone an after over an hour later find out that they need way over 500 down. Never coming back here again and no recommending this place EVER

I have been calling these people for days after them running my credit to see if they could get me a vehicle, they couldn’t which is fine, but my problem is i have called several time from my original number and no one would answer. So i downloaded a text me now number and my call got answered before it could ring a good 2 times. My suggestion to you as a company people can handle the WORDS no just don’t have them waiting on you or calling you for you to watch them call. This is another reason i ABSOLUTELY hate car shopping becaue you guys will be quick to answer or return phone calls when you think it’s going to benefit you but when it’s not then it’s another story!

Paul Cox and Chris, Went Above and beyond to try to get me into a road worthy car! At First I had a 2015 Nissan Altima SL which was VERY NICE i had some VERY Minor things wrong with it, which they offered to fix at their Expense! Well that car was a little bit to Expensive for my Budget. So they Got me in a 2008 Nissan Rogue, which they DID NOT have to do, could have just said NO you are stuck. The rogue had a Cracked windshield, and Needed some Better Tires. They Replaced the Winshield with a New one, got some Better Tires, All at their Expense! NEVER have seen a Car Dealership do this. Also paid for Brand New Wipers for the car! WHAAAAAAAAT! WOW! Very Impressed SO FAR. I dont Usually leave reviews, but damn Nice People here and willing to go out of their way to help you!

Take your money somewhere else! I got my car two years ago and i regret that decision everyday. When I got my car, it had a tire monitor light on and an air bag light on. The salesman (or should i say WOMAN) told me that the company would fix it free of charge since it was on before i bought it. I dropped my car off that morning and got it back that evening. That same night, i got off work, and all the lights came right back along with the CHECK ENGINE light. I called to talk to the manager and he was very RUDE and also told me that it would cost to have everything fixed. At the time, i had only had the car for a couple of weeks so i was very DISAPPOINTED. Of course, i couldnt get a refund. Now here i am, two years later, stuck paying on a ragedy car that has NOT passed Marta each year that ive had it. Thanks a lot Southeast Automotive.

Everything is all good when you looking for a car here Paul just trying to get a sale but once he gets the sale after he a totally different person when something goes wrong with the car he’ll ignore you and your call I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone all he wants is the money bad I’ll never get a car from him again

Me and my husband purchase a 2014 Nissan Juke back in July 2016, we had pretty much to take this car to get fixed 5 times, vehicle had front impact Paul never told me but after i sign documents, the turbo had a hole that keep making the check engine light come on all the time, Patricia Flores sold us the car an after that day never saw her again, very bad experience but oh well Paul did fixed the car for free, but their other sales guy there is rude and pretty much a racist man, i will never ever will buy a car there again.
