The sheer enthusiasm of the employees here (sic) provides context of what it must be like to work there. Theyre helpful to a point but should you require additional communication about car repairs or enhancements. My friend and I came in for transmission fluid and were attempting to take care of a few things in the car park. We were there for quite some time. Youd like to think someone would come out and see if we needed anything. Alas, no.

Went in yesterday to get my 5 month old Battery Charged and after 2 hours the guy told me it was a bad battery. I asked him to retest it after 5-10 minutes of him trying to up sell me a new one. All of a sudden he said it was good . Then I took it down the street to Advance Auto and they said it was a wonderful battery. MAKE SURE YOU GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE LISTENING TO THESE GUYS!!

This is the sorriest Auto Zone I have ever seen in my life. The manager took my battery in for charge up, kept it overnight and when I picked it up it had not been charged, this store is so sorry the manager wont even wear a mask....

Had what I needed, just not a good area, ruff and dirty.

Bought battery maximizer april 29th. Took it to the store for refund and said it was over 30 days and couldnt refund or use for store credit. Called customer service as receipt said had 90 days. They resolved the issue but all i had to go thru wasnt worth it. Today is july 6.

The worst Autozone in Nashville the employees act just like the people walking the sidewalks on murfreesboro rd. theres a couple good ones but most of them everytime you call i mean everytime there gonna put you on hold...

The one on at 1007 murfreesboros Pike Nashville, Tennessee is never opened on time.got there at 7:15 a.m. the store hours displayed on the door says 7 a.m. door still closed...I saw an employee show up, however after 20 min store still locked..I couldnt drive my car any further because I need coolant and now its 7:30 a.m. doors are still locked

I went in to have my check engine light diagnosed. The lady that helped me acted like I was bothering her. She then took forever all the while saying that she guessed the equipment didnt work. I was given no diagnosis and actually told that I could take it to OReillys. This could be an isolated incident but I will no longer be giving them my business.

The one time i went in here I waited over 40 minutes to check out. There was two employees who were smoking in the parking lot and not caring there was only one person behind the counter. Even when the person behind the counter yelled at them to come inside, it still took ten minutes.
