The staff here was amazing and had me in and out in no time. I love these guys. The prices were half of what most companies wanted to replace my glass. I stumbled onto this shop because two other shops couldnt get the glass and didnt know when my glass would be available. I called these guys and he had me in his office an hour later. Ill definitely return here

Oscar is great. I had been told my rock chip repair would be $79.95. But after striking up a conversation with Mr. Oscar the owner. I told him that I had 3 cars that needed chip repairs. He told me that if I brought them in and saw him personally he would do each of them for $35 each. So over the next 2 days I brought them in to him . And he even lowered the price did all 3 for $100 total.H e was even nice enough to not even make out a ticket so he saved me from having to pay tax. I sent 2 co worker to him and he did the same thing for one of them.. And the other co worker he went to his house on a Sunday and replaced his entire windshield for $150 cash no tax. Talk about customer service. I highly recommend Oscars Auto Glass Now

Not in the better areas of town. Almost nonexistent parking lot is full of glass shards. Pulled up and guy inside was kind of rude, no formal greet other than a stern can you move your car! We were pulled off to the side and there wasnt any real direction to a parking area. We also did not block the van trying to get out. There was ample room for them to pull around and drive off. Cannot rate the quality of work as we chose not to do business with this company due to the first impressions.

Great customer service and great work. They replaced the rubber molding around my windshield when no other glass place would do it. It took them less than 30 minutes to remove the old and replace the new on a BMW.

Tried to get my windshield done at safelite. Safelite scheduled my appointment 7 days in advance then called me after I had dropped off the car just to tell me they don’t have the right windshield. I immediately called these guys and they were able to do my windshield in just two days. Service was fast and professional. This was about 6 months ago and still don’t have any issues with it. Going to them from now on.

Alright first I want to say that the staff upfront was very nice. However, whoever installed the two windows on the passenger side of my truck clearly doesn’t care about anyones property. Where the windows were replaced my door panels are now damaged. There are pry marks all over them. The leather is also scratched and the guy glued the front door panel back. I assume he broke the clips off. It’s clear that the wrong tools were used or were used incorrectly. The manager assured me that his regional manager Brett, would be contacting me to see how we could remedy the situation, but I never received that call. So now after spending over 500$ to get my windows replaced I now need to spend another 1000$ to replace the damaged panels. So, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

(Legal Robbery) I wish I could give this company zero stars. I had my front windshield replaced by this company, and it was a huge mistake. The window was poorly installed. I was driving home on the interstate when suddenly I hear an excessive amount of wind. I paused the Radio to investigate the noise then realized that it was coming from the front windshield. I call the company to inform them of the situation. They tell me to bring the car in the next day. I bring my vehicle in the following evening to explain the problem. Two workers approached the car and one expressed “ It looks Perfect “. I tell the worker that the windshield was everything but that. After agreeing to take the car for an test drive so that someone could confirm the same experience. I began driving down back roads, because the traffic was Horrendous on the interstate. The worker agreed that he had too could hear an great amount of wind entering the vehicle, but he wasn’t sure because of such low speeds. I was told to bring the car back in on Saturday for an more accurate expectation. I bring the car in as told. After, entering the building the tension was pretty obvious that I was not pleased to be seen. We agreed to take the car on the interstate for a test drive prior of the day. Although, that wasn’t the case. They began pouring water onto the windshield Stating that if water doesn’t enter the vehicle then air won’t. I finally had enough of the games, so I decided to expressed my opinion to the manger who seem to not care, because after all I’ve already paid! This company is wasted time! They will Rob you of you’re hard earned money! I basically just wasted $220 that I worked hard for! I don’t recommend anyone to do business here. They don’t stand behind the their work! So now I have to find an Professional Company who will do the job right! Yet along pay for Work that was already done Poorly!! Horrible place!!l

Heads up: make an appointment here if you can- I’ve been here twice to replace the same window and this marks a third time to have the window repaired due to the (in hindsight pseudo) convenience of this shop that offers walk-ins and competitive pricing.I was told I didn’t need to make an appointment when I called the day before and I’ve now been waiting 3 hours and my car hasn’t been taken back yet. The service here is subpar. If you want just an OK experience, expect to get that here.There’s a lack of communication and transparency on quoting of price, time and duration of wait. A little bit of communication can go a long way. Unfortunately will look elsewhere the next time I’m needing glass or window repair and will recommend others to do the same.

I submitted a form online to get a quote, was given a call back within an hour or so that afternoon. The quote I was given was the lowest of four different places that I talked to. I was able to get booked for a windshield replacement the next morning. I drove to the shop and waited there while the work was done. From the time I got there till the time they finished was a total of just a few minutes over an hour. The process was very smooth. One other thing I wanted to mention, my windshield had a rain sensor. The first three places that gave me a quote were all telling me that they would have to re-calibrate the sensor after they installed the new windshield. When I asked about that with Auto Glass Now, they said that 9 times out of 10, they did not have to do that as they dont disconnect from the system. That also saved me some $ as most places were charging me between $300-360 to have that done, whether it was necessary or not. So I appreciated their honesty. After leaving the shop, there was a light rain that came through so I got to test out my rain sensor immediately, and it worked like a charm, just as it had before. Would definitely recommend this place.

WOW! This place was fast and efficient!! We are in the midst of a global pandemic and I was very nervous about having my window replaced. I was helped by a man named Jared who was the upmost of professional and polite. I cannot believe how easy it was to get my window fixed. I called around 2:30 p.m. and they were working on my car by 3:30. I was on my way home before 4:30 with a new window at the best price I could find in Nashville. Thank you so much!!! I made an appointment a week in advance to have my windshield replaced. I showed up at the 2:00 appointment time and was told it was going to be likely closing time before my vehicle was done. I left for 2 hours and came back and my vehicle had not even been started. By 5:00 they still had not started on my car. What was the point of having an appointment? I just think that it is unprofessional to have somone make an appointment and then it take that long. They should just do walk-ins if they are not going to even start on your car until over 3 hours after your appointment time. They should also invest in public WiFi for those waiting since they take so long. The gentlemen that run the establishment are really personable and friendly but the appointment thing really left a bad impression. Sad to say because of that, I would not recommend them to others.

Asked for a quote. Gave me a cost that was hundreds cheaper than anywhere else. Got my car in within 48 hours. Left the shop in 1.5 hours after dropping my car off. Gave me a warranty If it had any problems. Professional and friendly staff. Also had a great time hanging out at the coffee shop 20 feet down the road. Highly recommend.

I have had the BEST experience here! I work not even half a mile from the location, and called after getting 3 very very EXPENSIVE quotes. I called around 8:45am and was dropping my car off around 11am. Jarred was my installer (says my ticket) and I havent had any issues, thus far. Thanks guys! We discovered our car had been vandalized this morning and we made several calls to get a quote. We called at 10:30am to make an appointment, they had our window in stock and ready to install by 11am we showed up at 11:30 for our 12pm appointment and walked out with a fully functioning window by 12:15pm. Our tech was James, he was friendly and he was pretty awesome. These folks took our morning full of frustration and turned it into something very positive for us. We referred a friend to them as well and he’s getting his window installed as we speak!! 💪🏽👍🏽

Had windshield replaced on 2015 Nissan Rogue. Was told when I made the appointment that it would be 175.00 + tax. my wife dropped off and picked up the vehicle and was charged an extra 9.00 for a disposal fee. I spoke with someone by phone who claimed to be the manager. Rather than apologizing for not being clear about pricing when the appointment was made, he became very argumentative and blamed it on my wife. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS...

I had to get my windshield replaced and I compared prices around the area and this place really couldnt be beat. The service was quick and the team was always nice when speaking with them. We have the eyesight technology in our vehicle and the sensors work well with the new windshield. Im very appreciative to Auto Glass Now and will recommend others coming here anytime!

The price was great compared to others. I did not care for the weight and the area the business is located. Would have preferred a designated time for installation. The 1st come 1st serve policy was not communicated to me before my arrival. They also did not have my glass when I went to get the installation and had to return the next day. However, the pricing and quality seems to be good thus far.

Booked an appointment a week ahead for 1:00pm. Q, the manager I guess, said it would take a couple of hours. Arrived at 12:30 walked in and the guy at the desk wanted me to drop my vehicle off and come back. I said I would wait and he said it would be at least a 3 hour wait and that there were 11 vehicles ahead of me. I said how is that possible I have an appointment at 1:00pm. He couldnt answer that question. Needless to say my vehicle went in at 5:10pm and was finished at 6:10pm. Horrible service but you pay for what you get.

Went to Auto Glass Now to replace a window after my car was broken into recently and it was the most painless part of the entire ordeal. The quote they gave me was significantly cheaper than several other local places and it was a huge relief. The staff was super friendly, they vacuumed up all of the broken glass inside my car, and the whole window replacement from arrival to heading home took only an hour. Thank you so much guys!

Installed the wrong window, took 1.5 hours longer than promised, left parts off, and blamed me for their inability to communicate why they did what they did. Having working in automotive for 12+ years, I was not impressed at all. Sorry I chose them. Will end up paying more to fix their mistakes.

Great repair shop. They were very professional and prompt service. On my initial visit they told me what was wrong and what part I needed. I ordered the part and returned on a Saturday morning (with no appointment and not expecting them to be able to take care of it that day. They repaired it that day and applied my previous diagnostic fee to the total cost. Although, I don’t want anymore problems with my vehicle windows, if I do that’s where I’m going and I highly recommend them.

One of the best customer experiences Ive had. Showed up for consultation and maybe leave car for a few days. Sealant under windshield frame was failing and frame was coming off. They jumped on fixing the terrible work of another shop in minutes and fixed it permanently. Sooo happy with my experience. Drove away happy. Price was very fair. Will be back.

We were on our to Gatlinburg coming from KS and unfortunately, a rock chipped our windshield. We called Auto Glass Now and they told us they can repair our rock chip. We arrived and they pulled our truck into their garage to fix the rock chip right away. The employee said it would take 30 minutes, but it only took 10 minutes! The repair came out perfectly. Service was fast and friendly and their prices are reasonable!

Scheduling the appointment was easy. The price was half of what I was quoted at other national chains. He explained it was hard to do using mobile service so I agreed to drive thirty minutes to the office. The office is in a rough part of town but it was cheap so I came. They replaced the back window in my Tacoma. Broken glass was EVERYWHERE in the back seat of my truck and the truck bed. The installation looked like it had been rough because there are several marks in my paint all the way around the glass. There’s also a few dents. I had the manager help me vacuum the truck out more in the back. Then he said “dude we can’t detail your truck for you”. I found one of the clips from the ceiling on my floor. Manager took it and said he would ask his district manager about it. Said to give it a couple days. That was a few weeks ago. No word yet. You get what you pay for. I got what I paid for. Better to pay more and don’t worry about having to get body work done to restore the truck. Will post pictures later.

A fallen tree branch smashed in my rear window. Glass was all over the back seat, including two car seats. They not only replaced the window in a matter of hours, but cleaned up nearly every single piece of broken glass. I took a vacuum to the back seat just in case and got about 10 tiny pieces. You couldnt tell anything had ever happened, and from a price perspective they were extremely reasonable.

All I can say is that best windshield specialist i have ever counted, friendly and honesty is all what customer needs, 100% well get here. My freightliner cascadia 2016 has some water drops inside when its raining they honestly tested before they try to change the whole thing, but they found out that its not the windshield. REMEMBER other shops will just do what they think they will get paid for.

We took my sister’s first car here to get the rear window and windshield replaced. The car was mine before I gifted it to her. The service was quick, friendly, and exceptional! The quality and price was great and they had us in and out within two hours!

Was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I was there over two hours. Once they completed the job and I was driving home I noticed a large distortion in the middle of the windshield. Very unhappy with the quality of work. I am now required to go back two more times. One time for them to see that there is a distortion to qualify for their warranty. I will then have to go back to get a replacement windshield. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

Yesterday returning home from a trip, I saw the worst crack on my window. I’ve never had to fix my window before and I’ve only lived in TN a year. My car was broken into and I took it to AutoGlassNow to be repaired. They replaced my window but when I picked my car up and closed my door, it rattled really badly with the broken glass still inside of it. A few days later I kept finding several pieces of glass still in my car, under the front seat as well as in the floor of the backseat. Their price is low but now I understand that I sacrificed on the quality of work by choosing them. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful cost me 40 dollars to hopefully stop the rock chip from spreading but unfortunately it still spread. Good location but inside lobby could be a little cleaner.

Took my car there to have a stone chip repaired in my windshield. Price for repair was reasonable and was done within minutes. A couple of days later while using wipers in the rain, a streak eminating from the repaired area was evident. I took the car back to them and after explanations as to what I was seeing, they were able to correct the problem under their warranty. I would use their service again if needed.

Steve was great! Our truck window was smashed out at a nearby hotel while on our way to Ohio from Texas. Steve was able to locate glass and install it quickly so we could get on our way.

Auto Glass now was the best choice I made when it came to my glass repair needs. I shattered the rear windowout of my minivan by accident and Auto Glass now got me in in one day and it only took them an hour to replace the window and it looks awesome! Not to mention they came in around $70 cheaper then a half dozen of their local competitors.

They fit us in on a few hours notice after another place failed to order the glass. It would have been terrible to have to have watched the crack grow over the whole week we were on vacation in the mountains.

They offer that service here as well but offer a substantial discount for bringing your vehicle to them. They had my windshield replaced and completely finished within an hour for under $200. I contacted Auto Glass Now in Nashville, TN by completing a form for a quote online. My windshield had a large crack which exceeded three feet across the lower portion of it after being hit by something that had fell off a pickup truck carrying metal debri. I requested a call back and within minutes of completing the form I received a call. The representative was courteous and informative. After asking me a few more questions about my SUV she gave me an unbelievable quote to replace my windshield. I was shocked at the rate due to anything that I want or need done to my SUV is based on the vehicle and not the service. I wanted the windshield replaced as soon as possible and had it completed the following day for the exact amount that I received a quote for. I checked online for the cost of a windshield for my SUV which ranged in prices from $368 - $555. My total cost which also included installation was less than the lowest price for just the windshield. Auto Glass Nows staff were extremely professional and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Auto Glass Now and will share my experience with everyone I know.
