This is my second car purchase with Next Ride Motors. Every experience has been seamless. Jeff was so attentive through the sales process. Normally I finance through my bank but this time I decided to look at financing on-site. Trish sat down with me and took her time to explain the numbers. She was patient and so kind. Was looking for Subaru Legacy doing on line search (Car Guru) and found 3 cars locally of interest. One sold before we had a chance to look at it. That left one in Madison and one at Next Ride Motors. We test drove the Madison car and called Next Ride Motors to check if their Subaru was still available. Spoke with Mont and he invited us to drive the car. I haven’t purchased cars before at non OEM affiliated dealerships so was somewhat apprehensive. But after driving the car and speaking to Mont we decided that car was right for us. He advised us of Southeast Credit Union and we went there for the loan documents. Anna was great there so recommend them, I finalized the deal later with Trish in Next Ride motors and she took care of the registration portion and we were on the road. So try Next Ride motors they don’t have the big mark ups that the OEM dealerships have. Look for Mont and Trish to help you get that Next Ride.

Three cars over several years with exceptional service every time, no pressure, came in to test drive cars. On the most recent trip, I ended up not loving what I test drove, and the sales rep asked what was most important to me, and showed me a car I may have never considered that was well within our budget, AND a make recommended by our mechanic. After inspection, we signed the papers and drove home happy. That was 3 years ago and that car is probably the best vehicle choice I’ve ever made. Keep being great!

I bought my Subaru Forester 2018 with next ride. I had done a fair amount of shopping around before hand and I couldn’t find anything cheaper for the year, mileage and condition i looking for. If you’re shopping around, ask for Mont, he’ll tell it to you straight. Overall, great service.

Followed suggested procedure on the website about making an appointment to see a vehicle. We lived a good distance away and traveled to the dealership to see a particular car. I spoke to the salesman en route and said, looks like we’ll arrive in 15 minutes. When we showed up 5 min before appointment time we see the car we made an appointment to see driving out of the lot. The salesman we made an appointment said, I’m sorry, she was here first. We proceeded to wait for her to finish a test drive. When she returned she proceeded to make arrangements to purchase the vehicle we had an appointment to see! The salesman said, I’m sorry, but she was here first! We were unable to arrive right at 9:00 due to dropping kids at school but we did arrive at 9:15. Apparently an appointment meant nothing (although that’s what was recommended) and a simple apology with an excuse of, she was here first was all that was offered. We have no plans to do business with them in the future.
You need to buy your next car from these great folks. So nice. Jeff let us bring in our dogs rather than wait outside (we came from Memphis). Trish walked us thru all the paperwork and made us feel so welcome.So wonderful to do business with them.

I purchased a 2010 Toyota Tacoma, 5 speed manual, extended cab pickup from Next Ride and couldn’t be happier with the truck or the service. They went to every length and beyond to insure that my buying experience was nothing short of quality and professional. On two occasions, it became apparent that there were minor repairs needed. Most dealerships that sell “as is” vehicles would have sent me on my way and been well within their right to do so. Not only did Next Ride take care of the repairs, they did it free of charge. Again, couldn’t be happier.

So I recently financed a 2016 jeep Cherokee trailhawk. The car worked for a few weeks then crapped out. They didn’t really inspect the car or go through it thoroughly. They have a very friendly and helpful staff but lied when they said there was nothing wrong with the car. I am 17k in debt and the car has electrical issues! I put down a good amount of money and now have to spend the same amount in electrical repair! On top of it all I’ve had the car for a month now and we still haven’t gotten out tags or real registration! Do not go here to buy a carUpdated 09/15/2021I would still would say don’t buy a car from here. I won’t say a hundred percent is on them because I’m just not knowledgeable about buying cars used or new. I also didn’t find car faxes service and accident reports helpful because nothing specific was said about the car when I bought it. Only that it had been through an accident & the report with a diagram of where the damage was. Although I still specifically ask the man that sold it to us if there was any structural damage and he said NO! Now I’m back home trying to sell my car for what I think it’s worth and no dealership or person would buy it for the price I have listed. The car works and everything is in great shape now after a lot of my money was spent but now I’m taking an even bigger loss on selling the car because after all IT HAD STRUCTURAL DAMAGE from the accident! This is my review for next ride motors. Friendly staff and that’s about it. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!

We purchased a Mercedes SUV with a clean carfax “as is”. Less than 3 months later we were faced with repairs on major issues ($7,000 worth). The dealership response is that they offered (an overpriced plan) a service plan so it is what it is.Mercedes service disclosed that the codes for the repair weren’t something that “popped up”.You’d think they’d want a better reputation and would run clean and honest diagnostics so they could sell quality vehicles..........

Almost no communication. Sent an inquiry because no pictures online for the interior. Response was that they had it getting cleaned. Days later no response so I emailed. Straight ghosted. I get a call from the sales today Asking if I’m still interested. Said send a text which I sent 3 with no response & still no pictures of the interior. Just poor communication.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding experience i had today regarding my truck i purchased ffom Next Ride Motors. First of all and my she met me at the door at the time i had mentioned i would be there. I had a few questions regarding thhHcontact on the phone was Trish in Finance and sales person. I felt like i knew her immediately i didnt but she was so kind and helpful and handled my purchase from start to finish. I have never worked with anyone in purchasing anything in this case my truck. I had several questions regthings on the console. One major safety concern was the button to adjust side mirrors did not work. She immediately wanted that fixed before driving for safety reasons. That showed she really cared. In addition office manager crystal ayula helped so much with my remote that needed a tad bit of work. She contacted shane ayula to help take care of that situation. He was also awesome.. then the part for my windows said would be ready in about an hour 10 minutes passed. Bingo it was already finished. Alex also needs to be commended for that effort. Again i will definately refer all i can to .y many aquaintances and friends in Robertson county springfield area. Thanks so much to all who helped me today. Didnt seem interested in selling me a truck or negotiating on an overpriced vehicle. Waste of a trip and entire day.
I knew exactly what I wanted and wanted to finance, Jerry helped me put the application for approval, as I was finishing I asked if the other info needed to be filled out( the cars info), he immediately scrolled down and said just check these two boxes and sign and date and submit, so that is exactly what I did, they said since its late the banks will be closing we will call you once the application goes through, the next day, 23 hours later, I call to the dealership, Jim and was told the application was never finished so it was being put at the bottom of the pile...the whole day wasted just to send in the application once again. Was told again, we will call you. We are on the third day, this time 25 hours later, we call up there on my break to speak to Jim, the financial manager...again. NOW there is no buyers inquiry, the application is still not approved, we asked if this was going to affect my credit, he just kept saying he didnt know, will have to call back... then we asked if he was actually going to call us back... well, it depends on your attitude he said if you want this car or not not if yall cant do the right thing the 1st time or the 2nd time. They saw a young biracial couple and felt like they could drag us along and make us feel incompetent.

This place sells cars with serious issues and the dealers don’t even acknowledge it. One of the dealers sold me a car that leaks oil, one of its rear doors won’t open, but most importantly, the car turned off in the middle of the road while I was driving. Can’t imagine what it would’ve been like if it happened on the highway. When I went back to get service on the car or have it returned, the dealer starting yelling at me, saying that their cars don’t have any problems and that I should talk to their lawyer.

I wasnt sure about all of the negative reviews until I came across a Lexus that I really liked that they were selling. The good thing about Lexus vehicles is that you can check the service history of the car on the Lexus website. The Carfax looked okay, but after checking the service history it was noted that the vehicle needed a new transmission 2 months before it was listed for sale, but the service was declined and Next Ride denies knowing this public information. This service was not performed by Next Ride and they are hoping someone buys the car and it breaks down like many others have complained about. Avoid this place and go to a more reputable dealership.
My husband had purchased a Subaru Legacy in 2016 at Next Ride Motors and had a great experience working with the team. The car looked new and operated like a new car. No issues. He sold the car last week 2/2020 wanting a small SUV . Do to the previous experience he went back to Next Ride Motors and once again great experience. They sold me a car without AC. I bought it in January not knowing it wasn’t there because I didn’t need it. Come summer and I’m sweating. Then I find out it’s a $3000 fix. Won’t EVER buy a car here or recommend it to anyone. I’m 21 and have lots of friends wanting to buy cars. It certainly won’t be from here. Now I know though. I did buy as is but of course they never disclosed to me that big detail. Thanks for the burden. Terrible marketing for your company. I hope you don’t go under in business. Just think, if I would’ve had a good experience I would’ve bought here again and recommended it to others for a lifetime.
Update - they made it right. Got the emissions test, fixed the tear and another they found. Buffed the whole car where it looked new. Very satisfied.Found the perfect car for my son. Couldn’t have been easier to buy. But nearly nothing was done to prep the car as promised. Couldn’t tell any work was done on the scratches AS AGREED. The seat repair wasn’t done AS AGREED. Yesterday I got my title paperwork and no emissions test AS AGREED. Don’t pay and work out your deal until everything you need is done and you inspect it.
You will not be approached by a salesperson.There is no hard sell at this place. There is no mention of credit products unless you bring it up. You wanna pay cash for a very nice used car and not have to play a lot of games to get a fair price? This is YOUR place. This dealership does car sales the way I want to buy cars. Yes, they have to make money like the rest of us, and thats a good thing. However, they do fair pricing and will treat you well. They dont sell credit instead of cars like most dealerships, though they have that option if you need it, and many do. They also have a relationship with a low interest creditor they can refer you to. Good people. Good cars. I highly recommend them and will be back!
We purchased a wonderful 2011 Hyundai Genesis. The car looked in nearly -new condition and has performed like new ever since. This was the easiest car purchase I have made in 40 years. I would highly recommend Next Ride for your next vehicle purchase.

I bought a 2007 BMW X3 with 110k miles. I was promised this was a great deal and supposedly the car was FREE of any issues; however, it is now, the beginning of March, 2019 and I have spent over $3000 in repairs. PLEASE, PLEASE....PEOPLE:1. Find a different place to purchase a vehicle, AND2. Before you commit to buying a vehicle from Next Ride Motors in Nashville, Tennessee, make sure you take the car/truck to a dealership for aPRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION!Within ONE MONTH of purchasing this vehicle, I began having MAJOR issues. Again, I have spent, thus far, OVER $3000 in repairs within 8 months! Once more:1. Before you buy ANY car/truck take it to a DIFFERENT body shop to make sure everything is up to par. This is something dealerships like, Next Ride Motors, WILL NOT tell you unless you bring it up, first.2 IF you buy a car from Next Ride Motors, purchase their ridiculously high warranty. It may seem like a lot, at the time, but you cannot trust that these guys are being up front when they say the car/truck has no problems. Better safe than sorry.3. My last piece of advice is simple: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I drove from Memphis with my two-year-old son to purchase a car in order to replace the car that I totaled in November. I had to drive a rental car up there in order to get the car. Will called me to see if I had made it to Nashville. I explained to him that I had to take the other car back to the rental car place and possibly take an Uber back to the dealership. I really was just sharing it with him, but he told me that nobody there could assist me. When I arrived, the finance guy wasnt ready to see me. Finally, I got to see the finance guy and received the keys to my car. When I got into the car, I noticed that there was an A7 service that hadnt been done. I asked Will about it, and he told me that the dont service cars that are just setting up. However, he had been knowing that I was going to purchase the car for a week because I put down a $500 deposit. I had to transfer my belongings from my rental car to the new car. Nobody offered help; until, I was putting the last thing into the new car. Then, I had to put the new car on the street because I didnt think that I would get back in time from the airport. I went to the airport, dropped off the car, and took an Uber back to the dealership. They didnt have to offer, but considering that I had driven two hundred miles with a two-year-old child, it would have been nice if somebody wouldve offered to help me to return the rental car. Nevertheless, I was at the airport for a couple of hours just trying to get things situated, and when I finally arrived back to my car, I noticed that it was almost on E. Needless to say, I was even more disappointed. This was only my second used car, but every time I have ever purchased a car, the tank was always filled up before I left the dealership. To make matters even worse, now I have to spend money to service my car when I just got it last Friday. It seems as if every time that I asked Will to do something he would say that they cant do it. So far, my car is okay, but I dont think I would ever purchase another vehicle from the place or recommend them to anybody else. Then, they had the mitigated gall to put my tag onto a temporary plate which advertise their business. I couldnt take that off quickly enough. First of all, I dont advertise for free. Secondly, I definitely wouldnt advertise for a company that was happy to see my money, but they didnt seem to want to offer any help.
Great car buying experience! I came from a couple hours away, and the car was exactly as they had represented, no suprises. They fixed a few minor problems that I found during the test drive and ordered parts for a few cosmetic issues. They sent me the parts (per my request) and I received them within a couple of days. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was promised a warranty and then when I went back and bought the car they said I did not qualify for a warranty. They also promised to fix a oil leak and showed pictures and everything. I thought everything was good until I took it to a car shop because my starter went out after only having this car for a month and found out the oil leak was not fixed. My title is also late in the mail and my temp tag is expiring. 0/10 I will never buy a car from here again.

Best car buying experience I could have imagined. Called ahead for an appointment. They had the cars I wanted ready to go, let me drive them multiple times. I spend more time driving the cars then it took me to actually purchase. Fastest car buying experience I had had and they werent pushy at all. My battery ended up going bad a few weeks later, took it to the dealership and they changed it out with no questions asked. Jerry was fantastic to work with and I recommend them to everyone.
Customer service was good. But unfortunately the quality of the car I bought was not.Bought a 2014 dodge avenger at what looked like a good price. Turns out the wheels where horribly out of alignment, and one of the tires was 9 years old. Meaning I had to spend about $650 to get it all fixed. Not to mention the oil needed changing and there was hardly any gas in it for the test drive.if I wasnt on such a limited budget then I would have most certainly gone somewhere else.
We bought a car from Next Ride a year ago for our oldest daughter and had a really good experience. This year it was younger daughters turn and we returned to Next Ride. Will took really good care of us including making sure a couple minor things were fixed that came up in the inspection. Highly recommend.
The car they sold me looked beautiful but it is a total lemon. They offered no warranty. A part I was told they would replace they never did. I would never buy another vehicle from them again. Update: 7/10/19 I put a call into the sales guy that told me he was getting the washer hose part which was cracked at purchase and I was told would be replaced. We shall see if he calls back as promised. In just the 1st few months of buying this car its required a new alternator, starter, fuel pump, thermostat, the tire bolt/stud was stripped by an impact wrench before I got it and has to be replaced. I have had to put in over $2000 in repairs. I feel totally ripped off. Aug 19. I keep calling with promises of a fix but then get no call back.They finally put a hose on but it still doesnt work
We had a good experience at Next Ride Motors. Jerry was very easy to work with and very professional in spite of a few small mix ups with the punch list repair items. Jerry went out of his way to explain the issues, keep me in the loop and complete the repairs. In the end, all is well and we are happy. We bought a nice car for a reasonable price and Next Ride Motors did what they promised. We will look at Next Ride Motors with our next car purchase.

They have a good selection of cars and helpful sales people. They dont move much off the listed prices so there is not much negotiation. The Saturday afternoon I was there they were very busy but took a copy of my license and let me drive anything I wanted.

Mixed experience, turned negative.Purchased our car from Ron at Next Ride at the end of June. He was very responsive with communication leading up to purchase. Based on a mechanics inspection, we agreed that the dealership would perform some work prior to purchase. This kept getting delayed and delayed.Finally, we came, drove the car (confirming it was in the condition expected), and finalized the deal though there was one piece of work that was outstanding. We therefore left the car with Ron for the work to be completed the next day. When we returned, they had put over 100 miles on the car (and burned 1/2 a tank of fuel). Im not sure what they did that evening but the car doesnt drive as well as it did on our test drive prior to purchase. Disappointed in this dealership joy-ride. Ron became incredibly unresponsive (eg. with the tags we had paid for) following purchase.UPDATE: in the coming months, there were numerous issues with the car, some of which had been previously identified (and were supposed to have been addressed) and some of which had not. It subsequently became apparent that the odometer had been tampered with, something which was not disclosed. In the end, due to safety concerns, we had to get ride of the care purchased here.Would not recommend this dealership in any way.

I purchased a 2017 white Altima on April 19, 2019. Thought, man this place has great cars with great deals. Asked questions about the history and really trusted them. Well not 60 days later I can NOT drive the car it needs a transmission with less than 7,000 miles I have driven on the car. On top of that my seat belt in the back seat has never fastened which in reality they are not suppose to sell a car where all the buckles don’t work. So on Tuesday I called and told Will the salesman what was going on and he was ever so no chalant with his answer. Then once I had the car towed and missed that day of work I got a ride to their business and of course the owner/Mgr was not there he had just left for the auction. Crystal wouldn’t give me his name and said she would have him to call me. Never and still haven’t gotten any calls from him. The next day Wednesday(yesterday) I went back up there early thinking I will reach him. Of course not “he is not here he is at the auction!” (Their famous line) This time Jerry was there and he said oh well he ain’t gonna fix nothing because it’s out of 30 days. You have to just fix it. So, I wasn’t getting anywhere with them.They insisted that I give them a $3500 down payment for the car which I didn’t want to do but they acted as if I couldn’t buy that car with out it. So now you take my savings and leave me with a car note and $4800+ in repairs. This is ludicrous! Not a replicable place to purchase a vehicle!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They will suck you in but can careless once the sale is done!

I called the dealership to verify the car I was interested in was on the lot before driving across town for a test drive with my daughter. When I arrived less than an hour later, a salesperson looked for nearly 30 minutes on the lot and was unable to find the car. He informed me it had been sold (not within the last hour) and the website must not have been updated. I wasted and hour and a half of my day in transit and waiting to test drive a car that was no longer available.
Very poor customer service. They were nice when we purchased two cars on the same day. But follow up was terrible. They dropped the ball on a promised lifetime powertrain warranty. I was spoken to very disresptecfully over the phone when I was trying to get the issue resolved. It took over 15 phone calls and countless emails between them and the insurance company. They wouldnt give me the time of day. I will never do business with them again. And I will let all of my friends and family know how I was treated.
