This was a great experience. To be honest Im still not sure if I spoke to a human or an AI system because the person was so pleasant and responsive. For the sake of humanity and the question of Turing Test, I hope it was a human. 😂I shipped over the holiday week, so things were messy but the company did a great job communicating and finding me transport in Southern California for a classic truck. The truck got here in perfect shape and they helped me get it into the garage (doesnt run).All around highly recommended.

She patiently walked me off the ledge and made me comfortable and confident to ship my car...even when it was after her office hours and she was relaxing at home, she would still take time out to help me. The car was picked up the night before my wife and I departed the states of 5 Jan 19. The car arrived to Honolulu, Hawaii port on or about 18 Jan 19. Was able to pick up the car with no issues and no damage on the car. Excellent and fast service.

My son needed to ship his car from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Comstock Park, Michigan. We have never done this before and the horror stories you hear and read about is enough to make you not use a service. I had no issues, the customer service rep was on the ball quickly and effectively answered any questions I had, and other than an issue with the boats (not their fault) the cars arrived exactly when stated and I was able to pick them up when I was suppose to be able to holidays and all.

Only good things to say about this! Felicia went above and beyond!! I had researched a dozen companies to bring my truck from Texas to Hawaii and called ASG just to get a quote; within 5 minutes it was set up and Felicia had answered all the questions I had. Listen - she knows why she’s doing and she’s good at it!She set up for a carrier to pick up my truck and trailer it to California...when it arrived matson rejected it because of a crack in the windshield. I was working without my phone so Felicia worked on the fly to have the carrier drop it off with a holding company until windshield was replaced and they could deliver back to matson. It was chaotic going through 5 companies to get my truck to me (my fault because I missed the fine print about a crack limited to 5 inches), but she was there for any question I had and extremely quick to respond!My truck has been with me for a week and all of my fears of receiving a damaged truck were pointless - it’s in great condition.Zero problems, zero complaints, but 100% satisfaction.
