When youre in a rush the last thing you need is a defective pay at the pump card reader and keypad. No signage up, but as soon as I walked in they told me they knew about it.At the register you have to prepay for them to authorize your card. They need a specific amount. How much gas do I need? I have no idea. Im travelling and the price has been different at each stop.Then after you guess, if youre too high, the extra amount is held for days before it gets released back to your card.Need a receipt? Guess what, you have to walk back inside, wait in line and ask them for it.A whole lot of hassles and extra steps simply because the pay at the pump wasnt working and no one thought to put a sign up saying so.Thanks for wasting my time this morning Pilot!

This is a medium truckstop on the small scale, parking slots are a bit tricky to back into because they are in an angle so you can only do your backing setup in one direction, there are a few vip reserve spots available if you feel special or in case youre running late & there are no more free spots, you can see and reserve your spot via the app on your way to it so no 1 takes it, try the app its easy to use & will save you time. 4 food you have the incredible diverse selection of: Subway! This pilot doesnt have premade food like other pilots so you have to make the difficult choice of deciding which restaurant to eat so good luck! Parking lot appears decent until you take a closer look around the edges, there is all kinds of garbage spread around @ the back of the trailers including trucker bombs (pissing bottles) restrooms are somehow ok, theres showers on this pilot including laundry so this pilot is almost complete, no repair shop on this pilot sorry! but if you call road service with the app they come to you!

No food choices.They never have roller food on. There might be some preheated microwaved over cooked over priced mystery sandwiches under the heat lamp.. No thanks. And I dont want Subway at 5am nor do I have the time. Once the Loves opens across the street I wont be stopping here anymore. I cant wait.

Nasty truck drivers leaving piss jugs next to the pumps on the ground. Seriously you couldnt walk to another trash can that wasnt full to throw away your disgusting piss jug??? Pilot your just as nasty for not changing out the cans and cleaning up the area.

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 99% of the time. The app. They have also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

Just stopped here filled up with fuel, pay at the pump. After fueling no receipt, see cashier for receipt I walk in girl looks at me I asked for receipt pump 1. She points at the end of a line stretching clear to coolers in back of store. Five people behind counter, running one register. HEY PILOT ENJOY YOUR $33.00 LAST YOU WILL SEE OF ME.

Nice Stop, could use some updates on landscape and looks getting run down! But overall a nice stop off! Outside areas need cleaned up a bit I think!

Nice and clean Travel Center. I had a meal at their Subway sandwich restaurant and was happy with the friendly and clean facility. Restrooms could have been cleaner but, it was during a stretch of inclement weather. All in all, I would have no problem stopping at this Pilot again.

Very clean, staff was great. The bonus was the 24 hour subway. It had been a long day and I didnt eat and was coming back from the James Taylor show wanting something light to eat. It was a very clean travel center and the staff was very kind. We stopped at two other exits before our luck paid off with this one.

Very polite helpful employees . Diesel fuel island is absolutely filthy greasy with trash everywhere .Biggest complaint is with the very limited parking, many drivers constantly park at the fuel island and go inside to shop, buy food, use bathroom and yes even shower.Easy convenient stop, just be prepared to spend 30-45 min waiting for a fuel pump.

They have an arbys inside and they serve breakfast that is very delicious... I recommend the bacon egg and cheese on sourdough bread with a bowl of sausage gravy and biscuits. Yum

Typical Pilot. Rolled in about 5pm plenty of parking, the staff at 5pm and 4am were both pleasant. 4 stars is because I am over the Subway restaurants need more than subway. Had to walk across the street and give the petro my money for dinner.

So clean and wonderful. lady even said hello when I walked in. honestly didnt even feel like a gas station, felt like a Meijers. :)

I do lot of truck driving and I stop at Pilots quite a bit. The company Im leased to now gives the best discounts on diesel sometimes from Pilot. When I used to work over the road, the first company I worked for fueled mostly from Pilots as well. I used the Pilot reward card a lot to get free showers. Pilots always feel like a cartoony travel center. The other big truck stop chain seems too plain, can you dig it?

Good gas station good food and snacks. Good coffee. Great price on fuel good access on and off of the highway. Friendly staff. Good Subway right inside.

Seem to have a good selection of snacks and essentials. Clean, good service not as busy as one x the road. I like Pilot.

I dont know how the inside was but the guy that came out and told me I needed to pay for the spot could of been a little bit nicer, after all the money truckers spend there daily and everything we bring them

No American flag? Havent returned since this was brought to my attention. Go across the highway to Fuel King. It flies proudly there... And the restrooms are cleaner.. Coffee is better too.

The roasted chicken was dry..the fried chicken was pretty good... the beefy noodles were over cooked.... the Mac n cheese taste like dog food... the staff was pretty friendly outside of some fat weird looking chick that just stood off in the corner like a mental patient..bathroom was really clean..smelled nice.

One star based purely on Subway; only give 1/2 of protein yet charge full price, even when called out on it (1 6 portion container of steak on a foot-long steak and cheese, in this case)

The lady works in this pilot awesome person her name is Sam I highly recommend to pilot head office to show her customer service relations to new employees. She should train new employees for better service.

Im guessing Pilot took over this truck stop as its not there standard construction. Poor parking arrangement. The shower I was assigned to was really small and Im not a big guy so I dont know how these fluffy Truckers manage. Staff is friendly enough. Subway smells like every other subway which is why I dont eat there food.

Better than the average Pilot. Friendly staff. Between the Pilot and the Petro across the street parking is usually available. If no spots available just sit tight and wait. Drivers come and go all hours of the night with all of the larger 24 hr a day shippers and receivers within the area. Lot of locals hanging around at the deli across the street at the Petro. I

As far as com data checks goes have cashed them there several times and the night manager on duty this evening 4/23/2019 at 8:15 pm was absolutely horrible! Wouldn’t call manager argued that there needed to be an express code” never have heard of this there they always have taken the com check and an ID and that’s it... that’s fine that there’s a express code but the manger on duty should be able to explain what it is and why it was suddenly implemented, and she wasn’t very well dressed and very rude atleast look decent if you’re going to be running a whole truck stop/diner ect...now I’m headed to the delta truck stop at the country coral and I bet we get it cashed! And when I do I will be stopping back with the money and proof without a express code! She should have explained it or helped us understand it since we are the customers!!!Lost our business and a whole trucking company local might I add! Good job to your night manager!

It was like any other place to stop. As clean as one could expect, with the amenities I expected, but my phone (and therefore my GPS ) had died 6 hours drive from home and what I was really hoping for was a map. They didnt have maps.

The food was hot and fresh and staff was extremely nice awesome job

Womens restroom was nasty. Couldnt even use it. Went and informed an employee was told rudely Id either have to wait or go across the street. Another employee went and cleaned a stall so I could use the restroom. Need to treat customers better then what they do.

One of my favorite places to fuel and refuel. One of my standard places to stop on all my travels.

If you specialize in gas, you shouldnt have the slowest pumps on the planet. Took 10 minutes (not an exaggeration) to get my focus to 3/4 tank. I gave up. The people next to me experienced it too. They were pumping when I showed up and were still pumping when I left.

Water pressure in shower 5 wasnt high. Also water was hot through out. Shower wasnt running cold water to cool down the hot water

Everytime I stop here the employees treat me nicely. The property is tiny out front though.

Not a bad place to stop. Typical pilot. Half the parking spots are angled for blindsided back. Staff was friendly and food was good. As for the piss jugs, if you wouldnt do it at home dont do it here. If you think the place is a dump its because drivers have gotten to lazy to do the right thing. If we keep it clean, it will stay clean.

Much improved since they renovated the washrooms. Parking is still a little nuts but for a small place not so bad. Service can be pretty good and sometimes lackluster.

This is one of the worst pilot/ flying j’s I have been to. The so called manager was very rude and did not want to answer my questions. Her name is Jamie. She acted as if I was interrupting her on her phone. Then turned and walked away telling some one else to take care of me. I just left and went back to my truck. She is very unprofessional and needs to know the customer comes first. Other then this the bathrooms were not very clean and the floor was slippery with no sign. Won’t stop at this one again.

Too small for a truck stop. Have parking where we need space to swing to turn and get on or off the scale. Once on the scale might as well take your DOT break before anyone helps you. Service too slow. Even at counter to get a coffee takes good 20 mins or so. Yet there is not a big crowd of customers inside.

Napoleon ohio pilot is obscenely to small. Nozzle ends fall out of truck so can only fuel 1 side at a time. Only positives are friendly employees and a fairly clean store

I had really clean showers and met super nice, friendly employees! Was getting truck fixed next door at Petro and had to wait for parts delivery; but, used Pilot for my showers since i have Shower power.. I had a really good Tuna Subway $6 meal one day.. Everything was fresh and tasty! Keep it up! Definately one of the good Pilots!

I informed a young lady named Jamie that her female rest room needed clean she told me she was busy she would have someone clean it soon. I thanked her and she said whatever. I asked her why she was rude she told me to leave her alone.

Waz able to fuel and leave quickly . Water wasnt very clean for washing windshields.

The staff was very friendly, showers were hot, the food was good, virtually no issues at all.The people I see that are having issues with this particular pilot are very particularly picky people that have nothing else to do but complain. Thats from looking at their other post and reviews, most people are very ungrateful and apparently unappreciative there are some bad truck stops out there, this one is just fine!

Not a fan of the price gouging but the Employees are friendly, The Parking is free, Waters Hot most of the time, and they are conveniently located near a freeway on/off ramp. But the prices for example an Arizona Tea any flavor $0.99 everywhere except at PFJ its a $1.99 then theres Mt. Dew Kick Start at Walmart $1.38, Dollar General $1.25, and Witbecks IGA $1.00, but at PFJ $2.50+ Thats not including deposit at any of those places and they are their everyday prices.

Very good short stop when traveling they even have a Subway. A large variety of many items that meet every day needs in our lives and pleasures of life.
