They are the slowest. In drive thru and in the store. It takes forever. Ive just waited 33 minutes to get a script and there is 5 cars behind me. They have to get some better help. Like I understand being busy but Ive been to many other places in my home town and this is by far the worst.

The only pharmacy I use. The pharmacist is always nice and informative.

Staff is SO Rude. I didnt catch her name but she had blonde hair and worked at the drive thru window.

The layout at this location is awful, the drive up window only has one window and if there is more than one car in line youre going to wait over 15 minutes for your script. Thats bad enough but the line crosses the flow of traffic in and out if the pharmacy, causing traffic jams and frustration.Edit: Somehow the traffic is worse and the lines almost caused an accident because cars were backed up into the exit lane forcing people leaving to go into oncoming traffic.

Caring and very helpful Pharmacists, So sometimes it takes longer than others, but it takes time to help people. This the only pharmacy Ill use.

Been refilling my meds here for years. The new female pharmacist with dark hair is rude and slow. She needs to be retrained or fired.

Been going to this location for as long as I can remember, but some of the new people are so slow at getting meds, you will stand in line or wait in drive-through for a minimum of 15 minutes.

This has been my Pharmacy for 30 years. The Pharmacists & employees, are the Main Reason, that this Rite Aid the great Store & Pharmacy that it is! 😉

Something is going wrong at this Rite Aid. Have been going here for 20+ years mostly with few complaints. In the last few months my refills on routine medicine are going unfilled after either using phone or phone app refills telling me it will be refilled. Thyroid medication I had 3 days left before rx ran out on the bottle, refilled ok on app, got to store was told by a male pharmacy tech I had to wait until 30 days on bottle ran out before refilling? Since when? They contacted a Dr for a refill on a routine allergy medication, I waited 4 days to make certain refill would be ready. Got to store and they never noticed their request never went through to Dr. Out of medication, no problem for them, I guess. Attitude is, Oh well. Appears many new employees may need better training. Since it is only 1 of 2 pharmacies in this small town left, going to have to go mail order.

Have gone to this pharmacy for years now, but tired of being judged and treated like a druggie/drug dealer by the pharmacist, so I switched pharmacys.

We only have a couple options in Napoleon for a pharmacy. We have always used Rite Aid, we can always trust the their pharmacy to be accurate and pharmacists helpful. The store is also always clean and staff friendly. I dont usually write reviews, but had to bump them up after reading a bad one here. I appreciate they take their time to fill prescriptions accurately.
