First - they only charge non customers for parking. So if ya get ur trailer washed out, buy something in their store, buy some of their AMAZING food, or get ur truck repaired youre not going to pay for parking.Second - they do trailer washouts! Do any of the big 3 down the street? NO THEY DONT!Third- they make the best Indian food Ive ever had!! Amazing flavor (or u could eat ur fast food down the street) and the portions are big!Fourth- the people here are extremely nice!Remember yall we live in the melting pot of the world. The people here are no different than you and me (except they speak a cool different language and can make amazing food)...Would rather come here instead of one of the big 3!!Be safe yall 😉 and keep the shiny side up!!

Parked here for the night as Ive done several times over the years without realizing its a pay to park now even though I didnt see any signs saying as much. Went in and made sure to buy something as Ive always done because I dont feel right using a space without spending when in the middle of the night the guy starts patrolling the lot knocking on guys doors asking if theyve paid at least $25 in store or bought fuel otherwise to go buy a parking pass and told me HOS isnt his problem so since I didnt have any hours left and had no other choice I bought the pass but I wont be back here if I can help it. Theres 2 other perfectly good truck stops down the street

I know a lot of you drivers are slightly mad about having to pay to park but remember this is a privately owned business and in order to be able to fix things or improve things for you its necessary. They arent a big franchise like Loves, Pilot, and the Flying J. If you buy at least 50 gallons of fuel or spend $25 in the store you dont have to pay for parking. Plus the staff is always friendly and happy to help.

Tried this place for the first time and let me tell you I wasn’t disappointed. Good simple Indian Food joint.

Pay for parking now! 12.99 a night, 50 gallons, or $25 in store. Not very well posted either. “Enforcer” thinks he can speed al around the lot. The profits from charging for parking will do absolutely no good when he hits someone on your lot. Maybe you’ll be able to buy some new towels and not the same T/A towels from five years ago.

$13 to park. Poorly signposted too, until you get to the store. Not to worry, the parking attendant will make sure you know... Restaurant closed. Annoying beeping from somewhere at the back of the truck stop - all night. Wont be back.

Sadly, this parking location has gone to pay to park as of 10/14/2020. Normally, I wouldnt mind supporting small truck stops as this location has been pretty good. Now, its a shell of it former self. The super aggressive lot attendant was the icing on the cake for me. I left and wont ever come back. Didnt even have my truck fully backed in when he is standing near my truck yelling for me to pay.

Diesel price is always much cheaper than petro/flying J. The location has everything you need, including showers, food and other goodies. Parking is always available here and free for customers

Parked here several times and didnt know you had to pay. Big clean lot, restrooms are very clean and the store is well stocked.

This place never my favorite at the last 30 years. I see lot if people saying about parking. Yes is not stated very good and if you refuse to pay they block you in and insult you. Actually one of the worker try to run over me with a pick up truck. Dont even think to going there.

The only place I will stop in napoleon. People who work here are very friendly . I asked what was there to do in this town Im on my 34 hour restart . The lady informed me bowling or movies or bars and offered me her van for my wife and I as its hard to get 18 wheeler in a lot of places my hat is off to you and your staff and just to let you know the pizza is awesome see yall in about 2 days

Easter Sunday and I arrive half hour after the restaurant closed. Adam realized I am a truck driver and instead of sending me away insisted that I sit and eat. Food was just like Grandma used to make and plenty of it. Highly recommend. Great people, very friendly. Highly recommend!

The lady working the counter was very sweet. It wasnt busy at all when I was in so we had a good conversation, something you dont get at the bigger stops. Clean bathroom and clean showers. Will definitely be back

Apparently people dont know this place because there was almost empty on the pretty big parking lot. Nice, clean truck stop. Free shower and coffee with over 50 gallons. The lady on fuel desk was nice and friendly. 5 stars

Hauling flammable liquids had a tire blow out and waiting for it to be replaced. Guy behind the counter trying to kick me off the property due to my company refusing to use his shop since we have to use a national Michelin account. The lot has 8 trucks in it. Parking for about 100. I even got lunch in the restaurant. I normally vouch for the small independent truck stops until they act like this. Enjoy your short lived business with pilot and Petro across the street.

Truck parking use to be free now they charge for all parking spaces, theres no sign for paid parking in lot.They wake you up to pay parking or fuel.

Plenty of parking when I arrived after 8pm. Unfortunately, the restaurant has closed until they find a new owner for it. Pizza is good and toppings are invited in the price. Only double cheeses is extra.

Decent place with the atmosphere that owner ops like and nice restaurant and cheaper fuel then pilot across the road.

Clean hot shower, good sit down restaurant, much better than the 2 truckstops across the highway.

This is truly a mom-and-pop truckstop theyre not dirty but theyre not the best everything that needs to be clean is clean they can update the walls in the bathroom though cuz of the rust theres no Lounge room for truckers in the showers are great very clean also the prices are decent the parking lot is just fine no lines really the restaurant is okay very big portions taste fine.

Save yourself some time and dont go to the Blimpies. Took 15 min to make my meatball sub, ran to back for every ingredient, then after it was finally made they told me the oven didnt work, did I want it microwaved? If Im the only person in line it shouldnt take you 15 min to prosess an order, no wonder you make min wage!

I have semi truck and went there to do oil change and 3 axles alignment..It took them around 20 minutes fighting with oil filter to get it loose with fussing and bitching and then 3 hours and a half fighting with axles bolts to do alignment and I heard all the bad words from those technicians against the bolts..., finally they gave me my paper and the job has done ....I left the shop and 4 days later I found 2 bolts loose from front axle .What alignment job !!!!!

Used to be a TA. Not the best place but not the worst either. Teenagers work as the wait staff, and the food is bland. Hotel right across the parking lot.

Good quality fuel, non-biodiesel, @ best prices in the mid-west. It would be foolish to buy fuel any where else!!!!

I ordered from the indian menu. Naan seems to have been made from biscuit dough. Chicken Korma came in a bowl, but without any rice. The assumption was thst if I ordered naan, rice wasnt needed.

Really weird TA. It was very small, and the showers were VERY small, not like the usual TA. Will try to avoid this place if we ever get in that area again. Restaurant was dinky, and just, weird

Last year lost control of cost of keeping TA franchise in budget.Last month closed resteraunt due to cost.( These people need to take business classes )
