We purchased chairs a few years back and were told at the point of sale we could replace the cushion casings to our Tropitone chairs if needed. Today we wanted to do just that. After several calls we were told they could not do this that we would need to purchase all new cushions at an estimated $500 per chair. We also had several issues with the chairs breaking where they were ultimately replaced. If you call, they put you in circles blaming Tropitone and then putting the customer back in a position to repurchase cushions. Kevin, who was informative but also very rude had no solutions and all he did was explain how Tropitone can do this to consumers because they’ve been in business for 75 years. Just the absolute worst pitch of bs I have ever experienced. I do not recommend them. There are much better stores in Naples with better service.

I am in love with my dinette set. I started with an empty condo and Leaders was the only place that could come through with quick delivery and excellent service. I have had multiple compliments on the set. It is so comfortable. Delivery was a breeze. I highly recommend the services of Leaders Furniture of South Naples.

Kevin Johnson was our sales person and he was truly a pleasure to work with. He did not rush us through the process and took time to answer every question. We were shopping for outdoor furniture for our new home and the selection was great. We did end up choosing a custom fabric so we are still waiting on a few things to arrive, but very pleased so far with the quality of this furniture.

Viridana at Leader’s Casual Furniture was so helpful in finding just the right table and chairs for our lanai.The color and size were just what we were looking for. We are very pleased with our purchase. We were promised a 50% discount on a 10-15 dollar item if we wrote this review. We went to store to collect the discount and they told us they don’t give the reward anymore. One day after we brought our table home. Not a good way to do business. They lied to us.

Stopped by Leaders to browse as we were looking for new patio furniture. Steve was very helpful and assisted us with layout plans and colour selections with options we hadnt considered. Our new patio seating arrangement with fire pit is wonderful and a pleasure to use/show. We have since stopped in numerous times and bought wall art for inside our home as well as some dishes and accent pieces for inside/outside to coordinate the look. I was very fortunate the day I walked into Leader’s and John Hughes was working. John was incredible to work with. He took a couple of hours and stayed with me moving pieces of furniture around the store to be certain that was I was thinking would work on my lanai. This is our second review of the store. Same great service in the showroom. The delivery came at the time they said. Only one little glitch, one of the pieces didnt come but was delivered a couple days later as promised. He took the time to write up a quote so all I had to do was call him on the phone when I was ready to place the order. I was waiting for a closing date for the new home. We just bought our patio set from Leaders Casual furniture and had a great experience with them. Store manager Sherry greeted us and gave us the lay of the land for the store. She then let us browse on our own and was right there when we had questions. She was quite knowledgeable and helpful--checking prices and availability when we asked. The sets we bought were delivered promptly on the day promised and Bill wore his white gloves and set everything up just as we wished. We recently purchased a condo and wanted to furnish it with casual furniture reflecting the tropical look. Leaders had a great selection. We found exactly what we were looking for, and the price was very reasonable. The manager, Steve, was very helpful and friendly, answering our questions and making suggestions without being pushy. When we called to place our order a few months later, he told us that one of the fabrics we selected had been discontinued but made some suggestions on alternates and sent us samples of material. We arranged for delivery when we returned to our condo and the delivery people arrived on time with no problems. Both James and Jim were wonderful. They were able to share their expertise and made some suggestions as to the furniture that we purchased. The furniture was reasonably priced. We placed the order and within 2 days we got a delivery. The patio furniture was delivered without a hitch. The fire pit had a small hiccup but they are delivering a new one. Love this store. She told us about the product quality and warranty; we covered very competitive pricing as we were comparing against consignments shops and Leaders was better pricing. Delivery was scheduled and held as specified with very nice delivery gentlemen and on time.

Our order was complex. We shopped in Oct and had to order in Dec. since we left Florida in Nov. Nora gave us all the info we needed. We ordered in mid Dec. And needed it delivered in January and was en we returned. The special fabric order came in on time and was delivered on time for the football playoffs. The delivery guys were great and very careful about the product and our property.

My wife and I had decided to buy new Lanai Furniture to replace the heavy Pompeii we had. We were planning to drive up to Orlando from Marco Island where we live and so after Googling Patio Furniture Showrooms, I selected 6 along the route. The first one was Leaders Casual Furniture barely off Marco at 3906 Tamiami Trail East. Chicago Jim was able to quickly determine what we interested in and showed us a number of options as well as choices we hadnt thought of to be certain had made the correct choice. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with our time. Wow! We were so blown away by finding EXACTLY what we wanted a great price, we never went to the rest of the Showrooms. We settled on selections from both the Tropitone Montreaux and Radiance collections, including a Table with 6 Chairs (2 Swivel), 2 Chaise Lounges, 2 Side Tables, a Reclining Chair and Ottoman. The delivered it inexpensively on the day we selected. Our Lanai on Collier Bay has never looked so elegant. I have already decided to go back to buy furniture for our Upstairs Deck, and plan to use them whenever we need outdoor furniture.

We ordered about $14,000 worth of custom Tropitone patio furniture and the delivery schedule got messed up and only after numerous calls to their main office and threats of sending the furniture back if it did not show up, did it magically show up. But we sure did get the runaround prior to that. Then, two of the pieces were made wrong and Leaders blamed it on Tropitone, but said we would have to wait an additional 6 weeks to get the correct pieces. I asked why if the manufacture messed up would we have been put back into the normal time line of waiting as if it were a new order. we dont know but we will check into it. No call back. Only, again after I insisted that someone from Tropitone call to explain why upon their mistake I would I have to wait as if it were a new order, did Leaders call with an expedited delivery date. Then, on that date, they were a total no show. Just got off the phone with them and they are like, ah, not sure what happened. How is Thursday for you? Thursday is fine, but Leaders Casual Furniture is not. I guess the Casual is the way they treat their customers problems. I feel lied to and unappreciated. Most of what they sell can be had at places that will probably sell it just as cheap if not cheaper and perhaps they will appreciate your business. Buyer beware.Update:If you read the response from the Leaders, it is a brave acknowledgement of the truth. I salute the leaders of this company for stepping up and owning responsibility for the actions of their organization. They have also reached out to me personally and made reasonable gestures of recompense. Because of this, but more importantly because of the ownership of the problem when most companies would run and hide, I have re-evaluated my opinion of this company. They are an honorable company, at least under this circumstance they were. I am duly impressed with that behavior and stand prepared to give them another opportunity to earn and keep my business.
