Usually in love with World Market. Love the one in Clearwater and Ft Myers but had a problem with the Naples store and all I can say is do not leave the parking lot without checking your bags. Do not leave without making sure you have all your items because they are really unhelpful and rude! Will not be returning and now not sure if returning to any of their stores.

Good items prices could be better but they have beautiful things

Very unhelpful staff. I asked for help to load a bulky item to my car. The cashier told me to pull my car over to the front and someone would bring it out for me. Well, I did and then waited on a heat for quite a while. When realized nobody was coming, I went back to the store and the cashier told me she totally forgot about me. Yet the best part is still to come . Next thing she said if I would like to carry ity myself? So I ended up doing it with my injured back after I waited on the heat. Nice service!

World Market has a great selection and everyone is usually kind.As per that review below by the maskless Beau, it just isnt true. I came over when I heard Beau being belligerent to the worker (Josh I believe) who was only asking him if he needed help finding something. Beau assumed he was being kicked out immediately and didnt cite vague health concerns; first he cited the lack of a mask mandate in Naples (which doesnt matter if businesses require it) as well as flexing his secret shopper status, whatever that means. Then he cited his fourth amendment rights (nothing of his was being searched nor seized). The worker didnt even get to offer him a mask let alone search the man (which wouldnt make sense...search for WHAT??). When the man was asked to leave after he became angry, upset, and even disturbed another customer he stormed out claiming he was gonna post this infamous review. I told him that no one really cares about his review and he was rude to me on his way out. Meanwhile, Josh was nothing but calm, collected, and firm in making sure this angry man leaves so the rest of us can shop in peace. Josh was good humored afterwards despite the tense confrontation.

Josh the manager aggressively followed me asking could help me I said no. Please let me shop. He was nasty and said I have to wear a mask. Florida, Collier County and Naples have no Mask Mandates. I told him I have health issues and The 4th Amendment protects my Right not To Disclose my Health History. I am Stage 3 Kidney Failure and I dont like to share that with anyone. He still refused me service because of my health issues. Your company has problems from top to bottom.

Great place to try new ingredients /food. Theres a 55% off clearance section in the back that almost always has something to try without feeling guilty you wasted money if you dont like it. Weve also bought some of the furniture and decor. Good selection and prices.

Unique items! Usually great deals/finds. Not overly busy this Holiday Season. Holiday items seem sparse, and somewhat over priced. Staff definitely not in the Holiday Spirit, but then again, working Retail this time of year can be extremely challenging.

World Market used to be my go to for wine, unique food finds and more (I knew the staff I was there so often). Unfortunately now it is just a shell of the past. Rewards are limited, new staff are not knowledgeable, selection is inconsistent and I believe they rearrange the store weekly just to keep busy!

Ive been to this location a dozon times. If youve never been to a World Market, visit this one. Its a treasure trove of myriad edible and functional items, tactfully displayed in little departments. If youre already familiar with WM, dont hesitate to pop into this one. Its clean and well organized with a friendly staff.

Well first off, what is there not to love about cost plus?! I absolutely love the brand but I felt compelled to write a review after my experience today. I made a purchase recently online, of a chandelier that once hung up, I realized had a bad fuse on one of the lightbulb sockets. When I called into the store the man I was taking to was extremely helpful and told me that I could bring the chandelier back in and replace it with a new one no problem. When I got there he greeted me at the door with the brand new chandelier and had even open the box and inspected the new chandelier to make sure that it was in good working condition. I was so impressed because usually it’s a hassle trying to return something to any store especially an item that large, but it was the best experience I’ve had returning something. Really just wanted to post this review in hopes that his manager sees that he is really going above and beyond for their customers(or if he was the manager, thank you for making me want to spend moreMoney at your store!)

This store literally had everything I think you can think of. A huge wine selection. They even have chocolate oranges. Travel section with wins chocolates and many other things paintings and kitchen supplies, runs, lamps, even bathroom essentials

I really love this place. You can find a lot of diferent Nice things in the store. The furniture you can buy is built with good materials.differnt countrys food, unexpected favourS of well-known brands like chocolates, tea...They also have an alcoholic beverages section where you can pick different beers by bottle, wines...If you get inside the store Im almost convinced that you are going to buy something.

Lots of fun stuff to look at in here. Have to watch the children though because much of it is breakable at kid-level. There is a toy area for them to peruse. Many culinary odds and ends to explore. I like the unique selection of sodas in the cooler by the register.

Lots of neat stuff. They have got a huge variety of merchandise everything from furniture to coffee, tea and different types of foods wines, and beers. Lots of knick knack types of things. Its a lot of fun to go in there and browse find good deals and just look at things that you never knew existed. They also have a lot of different artwork that is very interesting.

Very disappointed with customer service. They dont do so much for helping the clients, so I went to the one in Fort Myers, and it was completely different... All the employees there were working hard, greeting you with a smile, and wanting to help you. The store is very clean and organized. Love it!I have been and many stores in CA; Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale, etc.But the one in Fort Myers is one of the best!!!!!!!!

I can honestly tell you that I am so incredibly disappointed in the staff at world market . I think they have a decent array of furniture and accessories that have me visiting their website quite frequently, but if you arent able to back it up with a professional staff and good customer service, you are just another store selling furniture. I wasnt able to buy chairs online because they were out of stock and they said the I my way I wouldBe able to buy them if we went to the store and purchased them there. The problem is that I Live in Miami and the nearest store is Naples. I have a brother that lives in Cape Coral and he did me the favor and drove to Naples to pick up the chairs for me. It took my brother more then an hour to arrive to the store and once he got there they informed him that he was only able to purchase 2 chairs because there wasnt an employee that was In Their warehouse yet and he would have to wait an additional 30min. His wife and 2 younger children were already in Their truck for for over an hour and asking my brother to wait another 30Min or so was very inconsiderate especially because it was a Sunday which is typically a busy retail day and it wasnt his fault that they didnt have enough employees available to do their job, that is really very unprofessional.. I figured I would call the store and see if they couldSend me the chairs and I would pay them for the shipment and they refused and told me they dont do that. So, i asked if they couldPlease hold the chair forMe considering all the hassle and the fact that I live in Miami and that it was difficult forMe to go such a long distance, and Jeff, store manager said that he could only hold the chair forOne or two days.. I am shocked that they would. Not have done whatever they could to helpAnd accommodate me. In fact, he never once apologized for everything that occurred and was Not helpful in the least way. WorldMarket, I can assure you that if you have employees that arent taking care of your customers and helping themIn situations as these, you will not be in business long.!!! I dont care what pieces you carry. There are too many other businesses that not o my carry great items, but are willing to work with clients and go the extra mile, especially when your business is at fault! This is completely unacceptable and Want you to know that this is my first time going toYour establishment, and it willAlso be the last. This is truly unprofessional and not a way ofDoing business!!!
