Wonderful store with high quality stuff, with great taste. The prices are a bit high but it is not the typical products you will find in a furniture store. Lorena was amazing in helping me find options for decorating my home, she made a layout with all the measurements while not putting any pressure on me to buy anything specific.I havent made any purchase yet but certainly will come back to this store for something. Scan Design is wonderful store with a curated selection of high quality products offered at an excellent value. Youll also find knowledgeable, friendly sales people who are NOT high pressure. (They dont need to be because Scan Design products sell themselves).Shop with confidence at Scan Design!

We have shopped at Scan Design for the last few years for our furniture needs. The store in Naples has excellent inventory and more important they have superb, customer service staff with Paul and Michael. They not only meet their customers expectations but far exceed in and truly give one the quality customer experience.

Scan Design has a beautiful selection of modern furniture and many price point options. Their customer service gets an A++. Paul and Michael are so helpful and accomodating. I had one service issue and they went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. If you need furniture go to Scan.

I love their style and the quality of their furniture

There are some interesting pieces in this store but they are overpriced and the quality is so-so. We purchased a sofa that took almost 3 months to receive and it is already showing wear after just a year. They do have excellent customer service but they should lower their prices to reflect the quality of merchandise.

I purchased some bedroom furniture before Scan Design bought the buildings. I did a search to find the nightstands and found them on the Scan Design website. I left a message at two stores for someone to get in touch with me. Paul, went beyond sending me e-mails and information. He also searched his computer and found two at the outlet in Orlando, needless to say, on sale. He will gain nothing from me driving to Orlando tomorrow to get them, but this review. I, personally think he is the best sales person who cares about a customer whether he gets the sale or not. Hats off to you Paul, thank you VERY MUCH. Your company should be VERY PROUD OF YOU!

Best furniture design. Unique choices, expensive

Hard to find stores in Naples that specialise in modern/minimal furniture design. This store has lots. I shop a lot for furniture as part of my job, and whilst this store is not the cheapest, prices are inline with the cost of Italian imported furniture. Similar styles to Natuzi, but more affordable prices. It is worth a visit the Ft Myres store which is much larger, although Naples is looking for bigger premises.
