Worst experience ever. Ordered furniture in May, 2021. Was told the fabric and frames were in stock. It is October and still no furniture. Have put over $3000 deposit down. Tried to cancel and was told that my credit card would be credited. Next day, sales person calls and says order cannot be cancelled because it is custom and it might take an additional 30 to 60 days or more! If nothing has been created why not allow a cancellation?Buyer beware. Sales person lied.

She knew exactly what we wanted and helped pick out the perfect felt color to match our games room. Since we were replacing an old table she did not oversell us with accessories. I wish I had discovered Zings before I shopped at several other outdoor furniture stores. Even though its a bit of drive from Sarasota, it has the best prices, sales staff, furniture selection and store managers!! Kathryn was absolutely wonderful as my sales person. She was extremely knowledgeable, always smiling and exceptional at her job. Actually, she was so good, I think she needs a raise in salary!!! She was able to help me through emails and phone calls after my initial visit so I didnt have to make the hour and a half drive each time. I have also talked to the managers a few time since my order was placed and they have been very accommodating and eager to make my delivery as easy as possible. A great experience all around! I highly recommend you start your outdoor furniture shopping here first (no matter where you live)!

Love this store. Sheri is fabulous and made my selection easy by putting together a color coordinated selection for my chairs/fabrics and table to match my home decor from pictures I showed her.Delivery crew was professional and neat.Went back to order some stools and Sheri was there to help me on my small order and picked out my fabric and frame colors. Awesome. She gave me great advice on other furniture they do not sell.So happy I went in to get a quote after looking at other cheaper patio stores and driving by Zing in north naples. I ended up with a much higher quality and better looking/lasting product.I had a minor problem I noticed after delivery on a stool and thought they would add a missing screw but surprised me by sending to my home a tech and they replaced the seat. This was the Manufactures doing not theirs. They stand behind what they sell and are very professional and not pushy.Please you owe it to yourself to stop in and see.

We needed to furnish several outdoor spaces and a rec room in our new home and our experience with Zing Patio was EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish!! The showroom is bright and beautifully arranged with lots of furniture so that you can see and feel everything before you buy. Pricing was competitive with other places we visited, but the friendly and knowledgeable sales staff is what really brings the value! Our Sales Associate/Design Consultant, Sheri, went above and beyond helping us choose the perfect pieces for each of our outdoor spaces. Sheri came to our home, measured the outdoor spaces and quickly got a feel for our style. When we returned to the showroom a day later, Sheri had put together stunning plans and great recommendations for each space! Her patience, enthusiasm, attention to detail and true talent for interior design made the overwhelming process of picking out fabrics and finishing touches super easy and fun! Sheri stayed committed to our project through order and delivery keeping us updated on delivery schedules. She even came to our home when the furniture was delivered to make sure everything was placed properly! The delivery team was also top notch! Delivery was well communicated and on time and the guys were professional, friendly and courteous! We couldn’t be happier with our outdoor spaces and our experience with Zing!

The buying experience was nice, not pushy. Customer Service was where I feel as if they could have done a better job. My sales person Sheri, was great. She did fail to mention that the pool table I picked was going to be the floor model. When it was delivered the delivery guys were very efficient they did try to cover up a blemish. When I called the store, I was told a customer service representative would contact me. A week later I had to call and speak with Sheri, I liked her but she brushed off my concern as nothing because it was a floor model,the company doesnt give refunds or any sort of service. Extremely disappointing experience. Someone would think if making a large purchase the store would provide better customer service or product guarantee. This is an edit to my previous review; Finally some resolution. Ill change my review rating from a one star to a four, only because I do finally feel like I am being helped and listened to.

Very knowledgeable, the showroom is large and full of product, and they have a variety of in stock sets that were ready for delivery in days.

Over priced! The outdoor furniture is very comfortable but the fire pit was of poor quality for the price. Underneath the table top pealed off and and the mortar is all cracked.

Update 20210326 - I have reduced the stars from the original five(5) to three(3) only because the store responded and refuses to accept ANY responsibility (it should probably be 2.5 stars). We finally received our furniture around mid-February, FIVE MONTHS past the original delivery date. ZING PATIO - its about setting the proper expectations AND more importantly, communicating with your customers, both of which this store dropped the ball on both. The store did not keep us updated and when we called for a status, it was always we will have to get back to you but they never did. WE had to do the communicating. Everybody is quick to blame covid and this store did the same. Im sorry but in my industry, communication with customers is key and its priority is at the top of our list. Two Fs for setting expectations and communication skills. I cannot and will not recommend this store.Update 20201228 - We still havent received any of our furniture and the clerk at the store accused me of giving them a one star review. Well, given that WRONG accusation, I am reducing the review to 4 stars. Further, we are now told that our September 2019 order is rescheduled (not promised though) to February, 2021. We shall see. Another update will be forthcoming...September, 2019 - There was a very nice selection of outdoor furniture, tables, chairs and fire pits. They also carry pool tables and other game tables. The outdoor furniture uses Sunbrella fabric and that is a big plus. The sales associate that helped us was very nice and helpful. The only ding that really isnt their fault is the lead time to getting the products; 8-10 weeks. ☹️

We purchased a set of chairs from Zings. Within the year the finish began to discolor and rust. We contacted Zings who called the manufacturer. The manufacturer refused to honor the warranty. We called Zings and spoke to the manager who assured us that Zing would honor the warranty no matter what the manufacturer did. Zing replaced our chairs and made sure we received the proper finish. Also, we spend part of the year out of Florida and they held the chairs for us until we could accept delivery. We were thrilled with the service and feel very confident that our next purchase will be handled with the same customer care. Thank you Zing and thank you Mr. Johnson.

Rennay was our salesperson. Very knowledgeable about all the different brands of furniture in the store. She even made a visit to our home to look at space and colors we were working with in our lanai. The men that delivered were professional, polite and courteous. There was a couple of end tables missing from the order and after a call to the manager at the store they were delivered with a half hour. Would not hesitate recommending or using again. Great experience.

Absolutely the worse experience Ive ever had when it comes to customer service and thats coming from someone who sells cars for a living, I will never buy anything from this place ever again my sales rep (Sheri) after the sale could care less about my concerns about the damages on my pool table when it was delivered. The excuse was it was a floor model which was not disclosed to me once I purchased it. If I could give zero stars I would. Please be cautious when purchasing from these people.

Outstanding selection and value!!! Extremely knowledgeable staff. Free in home consultations and storage of product until ready for delivery. Besides having everything you need for outdoor, they also carry a vast selection of pool tables, barstools, and such. Felicia, our sales associate visited our home and designed our complex outdoor space based on our needs and we couldnt be happier. I recommend Zing and especially Felicia for your outdoor furnishing needs.

Highly recommend! Wish I would have found Zing sooner. I have been to every patio furniture store in the area, but they were all way overpriced. Zing has the best selection and very competitive prices. Lisa was great to work with. She was very informed about the products and i love what she helped me pick out.

Zing is an excellent store. The lanai furniture I purchased was just what I was looking for, very high quality and clearly differentiated from most everything else I saw Internet or retail store. I want to complement the owner Scott and sales team membe Anita, who hand held me through selection and purchase and enhanced the quality of my home and created an excellent shopping experience and customer touch point. They stayed with me and provided comparisons at their store on what I selected. They stand behind every item purchased and just addressed my needs. This is why there are bricks and mortar stores and the quality of merchandise and customer care and concern can not be replicated in a Internet buying experience. Shopped every patio store in town. Zing had the best display and best prices I could find. Set was delivered the next day. Very impressed with the service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. I just needed a little spare part for my billard queue wall mount so I wouldnt have to replace the whole wall mount. A very friendly sales person searched the warehouse for that part and found it unexpectedly and gave it to me for free, although I wasnt a customer before.I definitely come back, when I need a pool table or outdoor furniture. I made a fairly large purchase in Dec before moving into a new home. I was concerned that all of the items would not fit in my space and was assured by Rennay that I could cancel items if they did not work. After partial delivery in Jan sure enough there was not enough room for all of the items purchased and turns out those items were on backorder anyway so I cancelled immediately. Called twice and went into the store. I have been trying since Jan to resolve this issue. I have spoken to several people there and they say I have to pay a restocking fee on items that were back ordered and cancelled four months ago. By the way I have about $7000.00 of their merchandise in my home so this is how they treat people that spend money in their store. Still waiting for a call back.. DON’T SHOP HERE.

Updated Review January 2021: last year we purchased additional chaise lounges from Zing and they have held up beautifully. The furniture we purchased in 2016 (see previous review below) has also performed remarkably well considering the extreme temps and humidity we have here in SW Florida. Although one of our conversation chairs (which swivels and rocks) has started to show some wear to the point Im not quite certain how long the chair will remain attached to the base, it is reasonable to expect this is simply normal wear & tear as these chairs have had tremendous use since they were originally purchased.We are now building a new home and Zing is really the only place I trust for a high quality and beautiful selection. Im hopeful Ill be able to find some new pieces that will coordinate well with what we have already purchased from them.---NOVEMBER 2016:From the management to the sales staff I couldnt be more pleased. We initially stopped in to Zing when we purchased our new home. At the time we were indecisive but the selection and overall atmosphere convinced us to return six months later. We purchased a beautiful fire pit, outdoor conversation set and a dining set. Our salesperson was Rennay (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she truly was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable with regard to everything in the store. The store manager was also wonderful...really nice guy. Friendly, patient and willing to accommodate the need for quick delivery to our home before the Thanksgiving holiday. What a great, outgoing and truly awesome staff! If we ever need anything else well be back. And of course we will HIGHLY recommend them to others!PS: The delivery was on time and exceptional. Great delivery guys with truly friendly service.
