My family and I went there 4 days of our week stay in Naples. The Gelato was amazing! My wife loved the Dark Chocolate Almond. My favorite was Butter Pecan and the Pistachio. All flavors are great though.The homemade Tiramisu was the best we have ever had!The owner was extremely friendly.Cant wait to go back again.

I used to like this place several years back before it changed owners. The current owner couldnt be more unfriendly. We went there on our bikes and I just brought some cash in my basket, I ordered and he scooped it, and then I realized that what I thought was a $10 was only a $5, and the bill was around $8. I told him Id bring it right back, but he was extremely hesitant to even give me the ice cream and treated me with contempt and if I were a thief and it was intentional. When I brought the money back several minutes later, he was no more friendly. I had gone several times before this and received the same chilly reception, but this sealed the deal. No more Cesibon for me or my friends.

Fantastic gelato, although the lady there could try to be friendlier. The other guy was lovely, though, and the dark chocolate flavour a dream.

A few years ago on one of my yearly visits to Naples I came in at closing and only had credit, no cash (they were cash only at the time). They were very nice and gave me my order anyway and said to pay next time I was in. Thats beyond great service in my book. Its now one of my regular stops when in Naples. Highly recommended!

I dont give any stars to this establishment as I went in there today with the intention to purchase gelati. I asked if I can sample. I sampled one, then another. I then ordered a small which can be ordered with 2 flavors. I ordered cocunut and then wanted to sample a third flavor and the worker told me I would not be allowed to sample a third flavor, its their policy. I thought he was joking. He lost the sale and I left. Poor customer service, he lost more money by having to throw away the cup that had half if my order in it.He should have recognized that I was with someone else and offered her to try a sample if their policy is only 2 per person. Shame on this establishment.

Their chocolate ice cream tastes like ice covered in bisquick. I wanted to try other flavors, and they only permit 2 samples. GROSS!

AMAZING! There isn't a weekend that we don't go to Cesibon and we have never had a bad experience! The owners are fabulous and friendly and take pride in what they serve! Every time I go I think I have a new favorite flavor until the next time I go and find one just as tasty! You HAVE to go to Cesibon!!!

I think Cesibons homemade ice cream is the best I have ever had in my entire life. I want to make special trips back to Naples just to eat it. Sure wish there was a Cesibons in Minneapolis, Minn.!

The best gelato Ive had since visiting Italy! Theres nothing special about this place except their gelato, but thats all that matters, right? A must go if youre in the area... their sea salt caramel is to die for! Just remember to bring your cash as credit cards are not accepted.

If youre going to post that you open at 1pm, then I suggest that you open at 1pm.... some of us are going out of our way and passing other ice cream shops to go to yours only to find out that it is now 1:10 on a Tuesday and youre still not open.... Just a suggestion

Best gelato in Naples by a landslide. Flavors rotate, but if they have it, get the peanut butter with chocolate, pistachio, coconut, or banana.

I stopped going to this store last year afterit wasnt open as posted on 4 occasions in a one month period. I started calling ahead to make sure they were open before making the 20 mile trip for gelato and was met with an of course we are open attitude as if I am the problem.Unfortunately the best gelato shop ever at Coconut Pointe is changing ownership and has not reopened yet. I came to Google reviews to see if this store has solved their issues and it appears they have not based on recent reviews.I will change to 5 stars when the actual store hours match the posted hours.

After driving 30 minutes to get here, I see a sign on the door that they are closed for a month. They did not update their open time on Google which stated they were open today until 9 pm. I will re-review when it opens in several weeks.

Are you looking for ice cream? Then dont come here. If youre looking for real European gelato then run over here. This place is located next to the Stein Mart in the strip mall. I recommend taking your dish outside to enjoy your creamy cool rich gelato in the fantastic Florida heat. Gelato was made for warm weather. I highly recommend the pistachio gelato because thats my favorite flavor.I noticed a sign that says they have crepes which others have told me are amazing. Im not a crepe guy but I know others love them. Im just not into chocolate covered thin pancakes for lunch or dinner.

Just visited the best gelato in the country. Living in Chicago and we are known for our food. I can get all the best food and desserts at my beckening but I cant get cesibon. Its only competition is European gelato and I think this place is just as good. Plus the airfare to naples is cheaper than Europe so is more gelato. You wont regret it if you love gelato. I recommend the banana, coffee, and yogurt and berries.

With gelato places severely lacking in Naples, it was refreshing to taste how good the nommies in this little, non-prestigious store were… once you find its somewhat hidden location in a Publix plaza. (The only signs are on the windows) Although there’s not many flavors, the ones I’ve tasted (Chocolate, vanilla, and lemon) had deep, true flavors and were very smooth and creamy in texture. The list of flavors is rather basic, but they’re done well. With not much to look at nor reason to hang out in the store, grab your yummy gelato and walk around the plaza to the cool Publix nearby.
