Excellent! Second to none customer service! I had a delivery scheduled for Saturday. The recipient was not going to be home that day to receive the delivery. I called the store on Friday and asked if they could deliver it that day instead (a day early). They had no problem with the request. They promptly made the arrangement and delivered it within a few hours of my call.

Thank you tray was nice looking and they enjoyed it. The added nuts were a great addition.

The best gift you can give!

My Happily Ever After platter was ordered (with a substitution) after they assured me they delivered to the zip code I provided. The picture my husband sent me had not only significantly fewer berries, but did not include the modification AND left out the grapes. They declined to resolve the issue since they sent the order through another store.

I placed an order for Valentine’s Day and my recipient never received their order. I called numerous times throughout the day to get a status on my order and NO ONE answered. During one call I even waited 10 minutes to try and get through to someone. I understand the volume of orders they may be experiencing but a simple phone call or email saying they can not fulfill the delivery would be great. Very disappointed.

Had a small issue and Brittany made things right! She showed me what a great manager is! Thank you Brittany, you truly are amazing and I highly recommend your store for all gift giving occasions. Two thumbs wayyyyyyy up.

Worst experience ever. My boyfriend decided to send me a surprise at work. I worked from 6:45am -4pm and the arrangement didnt show up until after i was gone and my job was closed. My coworkers sent me a video of it. He left specific details on the hours. He called over and over and never got an answer. No one ever answered the store phone & he called over 10x. I was super upset when he told me he was going to surprise me and it never got to me bc it wasn’t cheap & if they couldn’t make it in time he should have been notified.

Stopped in and had a tight time constraint and didnt order in advance. The staff was all very helpful helping me figure out what would be a good item to buy and then got it turned around in the 30 min time constraint. They even gave me a chocolate banana out of the case while I waited for free. Fruit was fresh and put together nicely. Will be back!

My Christmas arrangement with the red velvet strawberries was beautiful and the fruit was fresh, juicy and tasty . A big hit at the party!

Great to place your order the staffs were fantastic.

My sister got me a gift set it had chocolate covered strawberries, bananas and apples. The apples were brown and the strawberries werent great. I wouldnt go back.
