Beautifully made creations, and so delicious! The staff was great, they have dairy-free and vegan options posted for those with allergies or diet restrictions. I never want to go back to normal ice cream after having mango snow!We tried the Smoreo and mango cobbler, cant wait to go back.

We had never experienced a dessert place quite like vampire penguin. You receive a desert that is either 24 oz or 32 oz of pure custom-made goodness! You decide the content and toppings so you can have your favorite flavors. The calories are not as bad as you initially think when you see the serving size, but Im not going to give away the surprising ingredient that makes it possible. My daughter has severe food allergies, and I was so impressed that the employees cleaned out the machine before making her dessert. Everyone in our group loved their dessert. If youre in the area you really should check it out.

We were presently surprised by the quality of the cold treats here. The toppings go over... shaved snow. The snow is so finely shaved that each bite melts almost immediately in your mouth, which makes for a lighter dessert than typical. But still delicious. The flavor constructions, and presentation, are works of art.If you have the chance to visit, please do. Its worth trying once, for sure.

I love this place. Who knew shaved ice could be so flavorful AND beautiful. It’s not in our normal flight pattern but we try to get up this way just to visit Vampire Penguin!

First time ever having this type of creamy ice. We loved it! Very light and great flavors to choose from. We got strawberry cheesecake and espresso with heath.

Not my kind of snow. Too fluffy for my texture. Although the Mexican Candy was pretty tasty and the watermelon balls were a great touch. Overall, you could get alot more Snow for the price and a plethora of flavors and toppings at Pelicans Snoballs in Fort Myers.

We just moved here and this is our new fave dessert place! We have been to similar Taiwanese shaved ice spots in Chinatown in Houston, but never with so many options. Service is also great and prices fair. My only criticism is I wish fresh mango was an option for toppings. We will be back often if my kids have anything to say about it!😀

Our first time here. Heard great things about Vampire Penguin from several friends. Staff was very friendly and they introduced/educated us to shaved snow. It was very light and very good. They have a lot of options or you can customize it to your liking. They even have their own specials that they thought of themselves. In the pictures you will see the menu item peanut butter cup and their special mango cobbler. Pricing is pretty good ranging anywhere from $7-$9 for a regular or large. If you have never been, they will do a great job explaining what exactly shaved snow is. Keep in mind it is not ice cream, shaved ice, or snow cones. It is shaved snow, very light, fluffy, and sweet. Oh... and also low in calories (if i remember correctly their highest calorie item was 300 something calories), so you don’t have to feel guilty for getting a large. They also have a rewards program. We will definitely be back for more.

Wow 🤩, it was out first time eating there. It’s so different & not at all what I expected. They have dairy & gluten free options. The desserts are a work of art. We tried Pina Colada & Peanut butter cup. The mango beads just burst in your mouth. Highly recommend trying them. We’ll be back.

Google gave me a notification for this place, and it looked like nothing Id ever seen before so I just had to check it out. Its not shaved ice, or ice cream, its shaved snow and such a unique experience. Youd really have to experience it yourself to fully understand what it is and trust me when I say its well worth it. This is such a lovely new place and anyone who happens to be in the area should stop by.

WOW! Its hard to explain but it is so delicious and fun, not to mention basically no calories (140 & under). Its shaved snow which is really different than say an Italian ice. It is like eating delicious, col, cake made out of air. My favorite is the Mango Cobbler but they have so many options and you can even make your own combo. Super fun for families and a really unique experience. Plus youll absolutely love their mascot and story! A must go in Naples!

The young ladies behind the counter were super helpful and friendly... So delicious. I am not a huge fan of shaved ice, so I was a little bit skeptical. It is more light and fluffy, less icy. It has the flavor of ice cream, but if ice cream was made out of a soft fluffy cloud. The whole family loved it, the husband and all four kids, ranging from teenager to toddler. I cant wait to try all of the flavors. A new family favorite for sure!

Everyone who works there is always super nice. Theyre always happy to let you sample flavors, more than willing to describe menu items, and ready to recommend. The snow itself is wonderful; its light, fluffy, and soft. The halo halo isnt too sweet, so its a good choice if youre feeling adventurous and dont have much of a sweet tooth. My brother got the bubble gum snow and it was awesome- it was sweet and had a bit of a denser mouth feel than the other snows, which I thought really complimented the bubble gum flavor. The other time I went I got the honeydew with boba and banana. They honey dew snow is super. Its a bit on the sweeter side, but its not heavily artificial tasting. I cant wait to go back and try the Thai tea snow!

As a mom of 4 kids I tried many of ice creams around the area, but this place is THE BEST, the ice cream blows our mind, we will definitely come again. ❄️🐧🤯💯💘💘💘We highly recommend this place.

I visited this shop for the first time and was blown away not just with their friendly service, but with the experience of tasting this kind of dessert. Dont let the past experience with shaved ice determine and dismiss what this place offers. Its like eating a snowball full of flavor. Its a block of ice made of flavor that is shaved to a light, fluffy consistency with your choice of toppings and sauces. You can pick from the flavors like strawberry cheesecake or smores or you can create your own unique creation like mango key lime pie.

Weve been here 2x in the last month and fell in love with this place! The unique and delicious dessert has us hooked. Id show pictures but the kids devour theirs before I even get the chance to photograph. A must try in Naples!
