Tawanna and Sam^2 helped me upgrade from my very beat XR to a new 13 Pro. I got lucky enough to actually get the last 13 they had in the store. They made the experience super easy and fast which was very important to me since the last time I visited a Verizon it was such a drag. Literally within 30 min it was in my hands and ready. Ive been going to this Verizon location for years. Due to a large volume of lines on my account I am their frequently. All of the representatives there are amazing! Most often I see Alex Pagan. He always greets me with a warm smile and I am always relieved when I see that hes going to be my associate. He is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service is impeccable. Verizon is very lucky to have him on their team! The associates there are the reason I stay with Verizon and Alex is the reason I continue to go back to this particular location! I have out of necessity had to stop at a few other locations in Naples and I can tell you without a doubt this location far supersedes the others not only in excellent customer service but also knowledge of the products.

Note your phone customer service lines representatives did not do what he did. Better to come into this location !!! I went into the Verizon store at 5410 immokalee in Naples and when I walked in Christian walked straight up to me and asked what he could do to help. I told Christian my story and we got to work.
