Buyer beware...great people inside the store but their mis-information and failure to set up our phones properly has earned them zero stars. First our phones took 4 hours to set up and they still didn’t work. After 3 hours with tech that night they worked only for Verizon users. After another 2 hours another day, tech finally got it set up. Second, they said we would get 150.00 credit per line for switching from Sprint. We actually qualified for $0.00 per line because of the promotion running at the time. I found this out after our rebates we rejected and I had to spend yet another +30 minutes on the phone with customer service. Verizon informed me this is not an official Verizon store and the reason I have been experiencing all the issues. Buy online or find an official Verizon location.
This store is the worst possible store you can go to. The man the front had 0 customer service . He said he was the store manager so that should have explained why the rest of the crew was equally bad. They had no clue what they were talking about. They said I would get $12 for trading in my phone + refused to add me to a family members line. There are 2 other Verizon stores in a mile radius which did the job for me and GAVE ME $400 trade in value on my old phone. How can you not know the offers that are provided by your company ? If you would like to improve on your service please let me know who I can address a formal complaint to. Such a disgrace to the whole customer service industry.
It is not only embarrassing but disturbing that you go to your provider for assistance and unless you are there to purchase something you are treated like the biggest tech idiot in the world. Customer service is a lost art! Maybe its time to change provider!!!
My usual dealings with Verizon are mostly a big pain, so I honestly was not looking forward to my trip to the phone store.However this experience was an extremely welcome change -- the gentleman assisting me was helpful, but casual, and made me feel welcomed and informed me about a new product without being pushy. My old phone went kaput and so I needed to add my new phone back onto my preexisting line, and the process was surprisingly quick and painless, and I wasnt charged any surprise fees, as I have been charged with in the past. The other employees also wished me a good day with sincere smiles as I left, which was a welcomed interaction.Definitely recommend this location.
I went into the Verizon store this afternoon figuring I would have a long wait. A gentleman, whos name its Tom, came right up to me and I explained how I needed to add a phone to my account. There were some little glitches that happened but everything turned out just fine due to his professionalism. He was absolutely terrific. I hope hes there if I ever need help again. Thank you for everything you did Tom.

Pretty disappointed in some of the sales staff. Not real helpful unless your talking trash about other cel carriers. Guy told me completely false information about buying a cheaper phone through Best Buy...said I couldnt turn it on with a existing service plan. Total BS...got it handled in minutes at home....wish I knew his name...would blast on him for lying to promote his own sales!
Naples Florida u.s. 41 and Central the Verizon place we went too. the manager is excellent I would give her 10 Stars she is great. My son dealt with Verizon in Kissimmee and they gave him the runaround and when we went back to Naples she explained everything and did whatever she could to make us happy. Very pleased with her outstanding performance.
Unfortunately my phone died...but...was able to easily upgrade my phone at no extra charge...with no contract...at a cheaper monthly fee...and I got a second phone...📱📱🐾I should have broken my phone a long time ago!!😀The service staff were fabulous!! Thank you for working so hard and helping me get what info we could off the old phone you all are first rate!👍👍

They lied to us about our “upgrade”. We went from 10 gigabytes a month to unlimited data, and now the service is extremely poor. We cannot use the hotspots on our phones now. They throttle our data any time they want. We will be contacting a few attorneys about this fraud committed by Verizon.
The one location in naples thats always been a cell phone store.....back 20 plus years theres always been a cell store here! Great service as usual at verizon.

Like all the other Verizon stores, a nonchalant, “there’s no problem with your phone” attitude. the girl that worked on my phone yesterday didn’t fix the issue. this is my 4TH iPhone 8 in 12-months - all four brand new, not refurbished. the newest update caused more issues. she helped me with one issue; she said she helped me with another, but it has defaulted back to Weather from somewhere in the North where it is cold. I’ve been with Verizon wireless for 16-years; the customer service has declined over the past few years. The girl I worked with yesterday spent most of her time looking around the store, rather than focusing on the many issues I showed her with this 4th brand new iPhone. at this point I would welcome a refurbished phone.
Purchase made online. I was emailed that it was ready. I walked in showed my ID, spoke with an associate and was out the door. Great.

The people at this store are one of the only reasons I havent given up on Verizon. Tony, the store manager, was helpful from the beginning when I called in explaining my problem. He shook my hand when I came into the store and greeted me with a smile. (Already way more than I can say for Russ, the store manager at the Verizon on Pine Ridge). Tony introduced me to Kent, whod be handling the tech part of my transaction. While waiting for my account to load, I overheard Kent on the phone with another customer and not only could you hear the friendliness in his voice, in person I saw just how happy he was to be helping them. After being treated very poorly by 2 rude individuals at Verizon on Pine Ridge, it was a breath of fresh air to be dealing with employees who genuinely cared about my issues. Russ actually accused me of causing water damage to my phone after I received a faulty replacement phone from his employee. (Verizon on 9th St. verified that there was no water damage, or other damage whatsoever, that the phone was given to me with the screen defect.) Tony never questioned me, and was eager to change my opinion of Verizon. Although the store is almost 40 minutes from my house, Id do the drive again in a heartbeat just to avoid the Pine Ridge store and be able to work with kind employees.

Rip off cimoany. The bills are never the same. I am suppose to pay forty bucks a month per line period. I have 4 lines and the for the last two months charged me $413 and $475. They said that plan ended two years ago and they cought it now.

Ive been with Verizon for many years. Everyone I speak to there is so pleasant. They carry Motorola Droid phones thats why I use them. Also Samsung tablets. If Motorola made a tablet I would get one but Samsung is the next best thing. In this case I will say the best thing as Motorola has no tablet LOL. Sorry but iPads are garbage. iPhones are garbage. I cant wait for Apple products to die...

Went to this verizon to add a phone line, the lady helping me was very rude and closed off, as if me coming in had ruined her day. I handed her my phone and she began not-so-carefully peeling back my brand new $30 otterbox without any warning or permission; I knew the case had to come off anyway but i would have much rather done it myself. Once the deed was done it turned out she misunderstood my goal in visiting the store and i almost left with a massive fee for something i didnt want. Once i made sure the mistake was corrected she cleaned her fingerprints off my phone with a cloth wipe which left wipe debris all over my phone, which of course got trapped once my otterbox was crudely put back on. I had to go home and clean it properly, once again having to remove my otterbox, which if you know the otterbox defender series, the less times you take it off, the better. I usually enjoy coming to this verizon, but I hope my next visit will be will be nothing like this one.

He said they no longer transfer data from phone to phone.Go someplace else. These guys have no idea what a phone is let alone anything technical
