We have worked with Mark Cohen at Rooms To Go Patio for a number of years and always pleased with his courteous and exceptional service. Mark was a great help with our furniture selections; he knows the products well and has a keen sense with design. Deliveries were timely and Mark was really helpful when we needed to address a small issue with a patio piece. He arranged a painless exchange, and our entire RTG purchase -from ordering, to delivery, and follow up was managed perfectly. Definitely 5 Stars.

Ordered outside furniture for my new home in Bonita Springs! Dean was an amazing salesperson. I absolutely loved working with him. When calling about the status of my order, a guy named Carlos asked me what credit card I used and to give him the whole number of the credit card. I felt super uncomfortable so the next day I called and asked for anyone else but him. My chairs came in right away and my loveseat a week later. I ordered it back in March so I was a little disappointed they did not have it all right away. I was extremely upset about Carlos asking me for the credit card information. Also, when I asked him for a customer service number and information he had no idea and hung the phone up on me. Super rude. Overall, love my furniture, liked working with Dean, and would go again.

REPOST: I contacted corporate. They promptly reimbursed my deposit. They handled it well and I am satisfied. Still not so happy with the store.DO NOT PUT MONEY DOWN FOR BACK ORDERED FURNITURE:We met with Carlos the sales rep who repeatedly told us how honest he was and he would never act unethical.We were looking for outdoor furniture with hopes that it would be delivered prior to our sons graduation in May. Carlos stated that most of their inventory was on backorder and not available until July or early August. We did explain to him that we wanted something prior to the graduation. We made it explicitly clear what we wanted.Carlos stated that all the other stores are in the same situation with all inventory backordered. He advised us to put $500 down on the order and we could cancel at any time if we found something available. Well we did!We called the store to cancel the order and talked to Heather, the store manager. Heather informed us that there is a 20% fee for cancelled orders if not done within 48 hours of the purchase, it is written on the back of the receipt. I am going to upload a pic of the receipt and it is in the smallest print ever. Moreover, Carlos never informed us of the return policy and we understood that the money would be returned if we cancelled. We would have never agreed to this if we fully understood the return policy. Moreover, Carlos knew this.I explained to Heather that this is an unethical policy. The furniture has not even been shipped to the United States to date. How can Rooms to Go be financially injured in any way?This is not an acceptable policy and I do not recommend Rooms To Go!

This my initial email to Carls patio outlining the problems I had, do you really want to deal with a company that treats customers like this? They are refusing to replace my stained cushions.DearPlease find attached photographs of just a few of the damaged and heavily stained cushions you delivered, every single cushion is marked in some way. I cannot believe Carls patio would dispatch and deliver this garbage without noticing they were heavy stained and damaged, then expect a customer to except it.There are clear signs of a repair to one of the sofa frames and the lamp is also damaged. Your customer service is appalling, you clearly misled me when you rang on delivery day and said the driver noticed frame damage the damage was noted on the printed delivery documents so you were clearly aware before you dispatched the frame.To add further insult both the shade and lamp have signs of damage. I was given absolute assurances from both yourself and your colleague in the showroom at the time of purchase that the everything including the cushions would be “BRAND NEW” that is what I paid for, I have been lied to from the get go and feel incredibly angry that you would treat a customer who has just paid $8000 dollars for brand new furniture in this appalling way.I made it crystal clear I was not prepared to accept anything other than brand new furniture, that is why I refused to purchase the same furniture in your outlet shop for half the price, as it happens that furniture was better than the junk you delivered today.What I really find incredible is that at some point during this process someone within your organization has picked, wrapped and prepared this junk for dispatch and thought it was completely acceptable and good enough for a customer who has just spent $8000? this is bordering on dishonesty passing off used and damaged product as brand new, this is clearly not new furniture. As well as the cushions and lamp I would like both frames replacing as I believe neither are new.As we discussed earlier I would like one of your senior manager to call me and explain how this happened, I would also like to know how you intend to replace the damaged lamp and when. We purchased a $3000 sectional called Siesta in the ivory color about a year ago. I washed the covers on gentle cycle and zipped the cover prior and they split at the seams! No washing instructions on cushion cover as required by law!! Super cheap construction. The salesman could not care in the least and only offered to sell me an entire set of cushions for another $900! Of course they would be no different! Cheap product, lousy customer service. Told me i should have purchased the extended warranty....like that would have fixed the cheap quality???! DO NOT PURCHASE THE SIESTA SECTIONAL!

Bought furniture a couple years back when it was under prior ownership. The furniture has been well used and held up well. Jim at the store was particularly helpful. He really made sure we got the right furniture for our outdoor area. We recently returned for additional items. It was great to see Rooms to Go still has Jim on board and carries much of the same items as the prior owner carried. I confidently recommend. Ask for Jim.

I have been thinking about buying patio furniture for about a year and have looked online at my favorite websites as well as looked at the big box stores. My good friend who has lived in Florida told me to check Carls Patio Furniture. He said they are a southwest Florida store with excellent merchandise and commitment to service. He reminded me I may pay a bit more but the furniture will last in these salty conditions. I first met Diane and she gave a warm welcome and time to find what I wanted. I was in a hurry and she quickly detailed the cost of a set I picked out. When I returned 2 days later Jim, the new assistant manager helped me. I wanted to purchase the furniture.He gave me a break on the the delivery charge and actually delivered it himself in a timely manner and at my convenience. That is customer service! I saw a small scratch on a chair and he assured me he would replace that piece.I love my new dining set and know it will last in these harsh Florida conditions! I meet many people in my line of work and will always recommend Carls Patio for service and quality! Thank you Jim and Diane.

We recently moved to Naples and were looking for durable, functional, and modern lanai furniture. Jim Hollis came to our house and looked at our area and suggested a furniture lay out that was not something we had not though about. It was much more functional and cohesive plan and we loved the idea.Jim made a large purchase for us, very pleasant and his customer service and follow through is top notched. He was very patient and approachable and truly wants his customers to like what they buy. He is not one to sell something to just make a commission. There are many patio stores in the area, but Carls Patio near downtown, is one you should be sure to put on your list to visit.

We are very happy with our purchases from Carls. The furniture is good quality at a reasonable price. Jim, the manager bent over backwards to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this store.

Poor product. Poor service. We purchased many pieces of outdoor furniture, and seven of the items were damaged upon delivery. We have followed every step that RTG has required, and their service has been poor at every point. They always promise to respond within five days and never do. They do not dispute the product damage. The delivery person, and later on a technician they dispatched to review the damage a second time both confirmed the items are damaged. They just do not do anything about it. We are requesting a refund for some items and replacement for some others. It was been six weeks since the delivery date. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and we are disputing the charge on our credit card. We will NEVER do business with Rooms To Go again.

I love Carls Patio Place in Naples, Florida. I needed an outdoor umbrella because I was expecting a house full of guests within two days. I went to several patio stores and found nothing I liked. Finally, I found Carls Patio and what a great place to shop. Jim helped me assemble the perfect umbrella and stand, Since I had no way to transport the umbrella myself, Jim personally brought the umbrella to my house on his day off. Jim certainly went out of his way to ensure that I had my umbrella on time. I cant say enough good things about shopping at Carls Patio Place. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledeable. This was a great shopping experience.

Incredible customer service. Jim Hollis is so helpful. He even brought a table and chairs from the floor to my house so I could see if it fit my space. Rooms to Go now owns Carls and they have brought in several great groupings of high end brand furniture at amazing prices. You can also use your RTG credit card and financing. Defiantly the place to go. Greeted promptly by the manager Jim, he was very helpful and seemed to know his products. He even visited my home and put together a layout for my soon to be purchased furniture. This is going above and beyond if you ask me!! I visited many other stores and I will be back to make my purchase at Carls patio in south Naples.

I love the furniture in Carls Patio. The colors are light and cool and the fabrics are perfect for this humid weather. I purchased 4 fantastic white chairs that turn and rock with luxurious cushions. My order arrived as specified and they look more beautiful than I imagined. The sales people never made me feel rushed or pressured. I could hang out in this store for hours!

The teak designed expandable table and foldable chairs got us very excited. Theyre comfortable. But, the variety of high stools, loungers, umbrellas, lounge tables, regular tables and coffee tables amazed us. We were just slightly interested until we saw all the things they offered. Now were thinking of more ways to use their furniture!

Customer service above and beyond. An umbrella that I purchased 9 months ago fell and broke. The manager said bring it back and maybe I can fix it or replace parts with old demo umbrella parts-which he did. I paid a lot for the umbrella but now it was worth every penny!!!! We purchased an outdoor patio set last year and love the set so much that we decided to add two chairs this year. We couldnt be home for the delivery time and were afraid wed have to head back north for the summer without getting the two chairs. We were so pleased when our salesperson Jim agreed to accept delivery of the chairs at the store and then he personally drove them all the way to our condo on Marco Island and delivered them at a time that was convenient for us. We received amazing service from Jim and will definitely return to him for our future purchases.

Stay away from their product. We spent over $3,000 for an outdoor patio set including rocking and swivel chairs, had to have one replace twice. customer service is awful, makes you go through hoops to get a new one and deliver a same faulty product. do yourself a favor go to Lowes or Walmart and save your money.

Many of the reviews I see are old and certainly dont reflect our experience with Carls.. We worked with Jim Hollis to completely furnish the lanai of our newly built house in Naples. We expected to by furniture from multiple retailers, but Jims knowledge and service led us to do the entire program with Carls - outdoor dining room, living room, fire pit, and six chairs and chaises. We went to every outdoor furniture store in Naples, but could not match the combination of quality, service and value we found at Carls. This is not a discount retailer - they sell quality furniture at fair prices. Delivery was on time and professionally handled, and Jims follow up was perfect. We couldnt be more satisfied - great selection, great service, on time delivery, fair prices.

Customer Service is not their priority, ordered patio furniture January was informed by the sales man we would have it in 7 days 10 at the most! I called to find out about my order after not hearing from them to be informed the it was going to be a little longer! finally delivered March 8th. I asked for a PM delivery as I was working they said yes no problem! The delivery driver called and said he will be there in 5 minutes at 11am, I explained I was at work and he asked where I wanted it putting I explained where to set the very large umbrella up however when I returned home the umbrella was in pieces with the 5 bags of sand on the floor.After complaining to the store someone finally arrived to erect the umbrella.Worst customer service Ive received in a very long time my advice shop around when you are spending a lot of money empty promises just dont cut it.

Shopping for outdoor furniture in Naples and went into both Carls locations (and the outlet as well). We have never received such horrible customer service from a retail store. Arrogant, rude, condescending and unhelpful staff. There were three salesmen talking about us (they thought behind our back) though we heard everything. STAY AWAY from this company - there are many places that would be happy to earn our business...this is not one. Do not go to this location or you will walk out as unhappy as we were. Do yourself a favor, and read the reviews, they are all over the internet and are all terrible about Carls. Word of mouth advertising will put this place out of business - I have heard about it all around town, but until we experienced it we did not believe it. It is true, STAY AWAY FROM CARLS!

My son cancelled an order that they could not ship as promised. They did not refund his down payment, claimed it was all custom, which it wasnt. Never shipped him anything. Phone calls not returned. He was never give a copy of the original contract and when he tried to get one they hedged and then sent him a copy that was clearly altered. Make sure you have eveything in writing all the is and ts dotted if you are going to deal with them. They and the owners in Miami did not respond to any requests, nor did their attorneys.

Stay away from these guys. Paid deposit on expensive patio gear. Waited 8 weeks, were given two different arrival dates. Never came. Discovered they had never completed the order with the manufacturer.8+ weeks for nothing.

Have customers best interest in mind.
