One week and a half ago, went to the store, and it was covered up! The sign said closed until a particular date! Closest store to me, disappointed and had to find a new store to frequent, which surprisingly, I did!

I LOVE BOTH of their locations!!! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and super helpful. Every time I walk out of their store I have the biggest smile just on the service alone. I understand that they’re the ONLY black beauty store in Naples and that they won’t have everything, but when we express what we need or want more of, someone writes it down and the owner does her best to get it. I appreciate them for trying to bring black business to Naples for black hair because Naples REALLY needs it. If people stop going to Ft Myers and start supporting the businesses in this community, they just might have more selection to choose from. THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING HERE FOR US!!!

Every time I go into this store, they are the nicest people. They help when you explain what you are looking for and just all around friendly. Not to mention the hair is good quality.

I went to this store as my mother in law was diagnosed with Cancer and needed a wig. They had a large variety and the prices were very great compared to other place in Naples. The lady working made my mother very comfortable and helped us choose the right wig for my mom. Thank you. I will definitely be back.

What a variety and a very pleasant owner willing to please an answer any questions also a family member does hair styling and dying of different styles which needs to be looked at further because the stylist is very skilled named Izzy..... Worst customer service ever I had to go all the way to fort Myers to DIVA WIGS & BEAUTY SUPPLY “ I was out in a minute . Like how you expect to buy a box of eggs if you can’t peek in the box exactly ! & everytime I would come the worker always talking for hours but doesn’t pay attention to there customers! I just walked out yesterday .. I like getting treated right not side ways like I’m nothing . I wouldn’t recommend anyone new here

Horrible selection! The female clerk had a nasty attitude because their inventory sucked. I politely left without spending any of my cash and I bet this is a common theme! Rarely see customers there. Unfortunately, I was tired of traveling to Ft Myers from the estates so I thought I would try this store which is 30 min from where I live. Yet, no freetress for doing Faux Locs?? What beauty supply does not carry this being an extremely popular style. However, you can walk into any supply store in FT Myers and they have it all! Naples needs to catch up...aren’t you in business to make money! Lol I guess not!!! I would never return to this location.
