The store is always clean and the staff friendly..lately the shelves have been less and less not sure if its a supply issue or is the store due for a move or shutdown

Cashiers were more involved with themselves and not with assisting customers needs. Void of core customer service values. In need of strong training.

Can’t stand a local retail MANAGER that enjoys leaving bad reviews for other businesses. Even left bad reviews for the other bed bath and beyonds in the area. Yah know lady. People are struggling out here and for someone in the retail business. Ya got some nerve!Shame on you!

Found exactly what I wanted within the first 2 minutes of entering the store. Actually had a hard time chosing between the two available items. Heading back for a credit as I forget to bring my coupons! They are great with coupons👍

What happened to this store? Not a single person working the floor. The only employees are at registers. Then most items do not have prices on them, and the only way to find out is to go to the register. Plus items that are marked- As Seen on TV, are sold on Amazon for at least 20% less. I used to like this store.

Great help and the girl that helped me told me about Pet Wedge so I decided to try it right away.I was shocked how well it got my hairy Akitas fur off my couch! I normally end up taking the stuffing out of the pillows and put them in the washer and dryer to get off the fur. Trust me, its an all day event and I hate it.Well I rubbed this on my cushions and pillows and it did a fabulous job! Im still in shock how fast and simple it was! Im talking minutes!!!Its made in the USA for $5.99 and they have a special going on now where you buy this bigger one and get the new mini pocket pet wedge that goes for $2.99 FREE!I think I need the smaller one for myself as I shed as bad as my dog! Oh, todays date is 8/11/18 when I went to the store so when you read this, I wont know, so I dont know if you would get the special or not. Sorry for your luck if not.

I bought a scale to weigh yourself and it never worked. I did not have the receipt so she said I could not return or get money back, or even indoor credit. That was a lose of $40. I have not gone back since then.

Bed Bath & Beyond is my favorite place to go. I always go and get my K-Cup for my Keurig because they have the honestly the best price for the assorted variety pack usually like a 92 count for $24.99 + you get a 20% off coupon cannot beat that. I always shop their clearance you can find a lot of great deals. Especially when you have the 20% off entire order! Those are the best ones and for returns Bed Bath & Beyond is the greatest because if you dont have your receipt they can pull up your order through your credit card and find it that way all in all I love Bed Bath & Beyond

Excellent service. A clerk/manager? checked the price of an item on the floor-the last one in stock-and the cashier was able to use both coupons that I had.

They have a large variety of items a lot of neat kitchen gadgets not too expensive

The associates are very helpful, they will always walk you to the exact item youre looking for. They work VERY hard, for their meager, table scraps income. Next time you shop there, be sure to tip anyone who isnt a manager. Lord knows they will appreciate it.

This branch is cluttered to the ceiling. I can never find anything as it’s fully loaded, and anything good is stacked too high. If you try to reach for anything, staff become prissy. Too much attitude in this place.

I love BB&B. If they dont have it in stock, they order it for you and have it sent to your home. You cant beat that.

I went to Bed Bath and Beyond to purchase a new kitchen knife and was greeted by a friendly staff. A tall young man offered to assist and he showed a range of knives from the cheapest to top of the line Henckel and Japanese made knives. He was very helpful, turns out his other job is a chef at a local Country Club in Florida.

The stores need to up date to the times. Most new houses have 12 to 14 ft ceilings. They only set drapes in 95 lengths. Get real. People are going to J C Penny. For house decor. Bye Bye Bed and Bath

Convenient location, but sadly, because of that location always mobbed. But, its FL in a seasonal area so you get what you get. No cosmetics/pharmacy section here but a good sized store any way.

After my most recent experience, Im changing my rating from a 5 to a 1!I recently waited in line for 15-20 minutes to return 5 of the same small items. The manager left as the cashier did one return at a time, instead of waiting 2 minutes to ok each transaction. After another 20 minutes of having to repeatedly call the manager back for the next item, I told the cashier I couldnt stand any longer & to finish the transaction & credit my card, (she had all my info), & I left. I never got the credit.

There is a large variety of items available and the quality is high-end. I receive coupons regularly via email from BBB. The sales personnel are friendly and helpful.

Difficult time locating items!: Sales people nowhere to be found. Unusual for BBBeyond, just frustrating when your trying to finish up you Holiday Shopping.

Its a typical bbb, lotsa meat stuff but these stores are always overpopulated with products like they have no store room. It just gives the store a thrift shop feel. However they have nice new stuff and it all seems reasonably priced and the staff is always nice and friendly AND helpful.

I could spend hours in this store. Staff was helpful too. We will be back often!

Great place for everything you need for your home. Linens, towels, gadgets, coffee, etc. They could use some more employees on the floor though.

Bed Bath & Beyond does a real good job promoting their business with their coupons.The aisles are cramped and tight. When people are having a conversation or a meeting from their Condo Association you have to go around the store if they will not let you pass.Does inconsiderate come with old age. I hope not because Im over 70.

I recently bought a pull-out drawer organizer, using my 20% discount coupon. My bill should have been $51.35, but instead when I checked my receipt at home, I discovered that I had been charged for three items, instead of one, totaling $111.00!! I returned to the Bonita Springs store and asked to speak to a manager. I waited about five minutes and when she came out, I told her what happened. She looked at the receipt, made some surprise exclamation and said Ill be back. I waited almost 10 minutes, asking the cashier many times, where did she go or can you go and find her for me? All I was told was, shes in the office and will return soon. The manager never did return and finally the $69.53 over-charge was put back on my account, along with my refund, for the return of the pull-out drawer organizer.Very bad managerial service, to say the least!
