Wes saved us and got us back on the road within an hour when our trailer barring disintegrated. He was so talented and honest. It is so hard to find such an honest repair shop. We will always remember how Wes saved our trip home from the keys. The Baker Family, Indian Rocks Beach Florida

I had a terrible experience with this business. The person working behind the counter said he was the owner. Interaction started out friendly enough. However, he asked if I would like to have my in cabin air filter changed (in addition to brakes, rotors, and oil change I was having done), and I said maybe, but that I would like to know how much it cost first. About and hour went by and I hadn’t heard back about it so I asked how much and he said $52, and informed me that it had already been done. He showed me the old air filter and it was dirty. I’m not disputing that it should have been done, but I didn’t have a chance to price it out, and I had specifically asked him to let me know how much it was going to be. I never argued about payment for it because $52 isn’t worth it, but I did tell him that I wasn’t happy that they had done it without asking. The owner didn’t see the problem with what they had done and got indignant and told me that at his shop he takes care of vehicles how he sees fit. On top of that, the actual cost for the air filter change ended up being closer to $70. That’s something that I would have chosen to wait on.Also, we are in the middle of a pandemic. The guy is standing behind the counter eating and drinking, touching his face and mouth. I asked him to use hand sanitizer before touching anything he was going to hand to me or any of my things he’d be touching. Again, he got very indignant and told me that he wasn’t going to do that and that I could use it if I wanted. It was a simple and polite request. He was very disrespectful and I felt like during our entire interaction he was disrespectful.I strongly recommend taking your car somewhere else. There are a lot of great auto shops out there. I stopped into this one today out of convenience of location and I’m very sorry that I did. I don’t spend my money anywhere where I’m treated that way as a customer or the owner can’t take basic safety precautions.

Do not do business here!I went into Advance Discount Auto Parts and was told I needed a new starter so I bought one. They recommended that I go next door to get it replaced. I go in next door and the man told me that they should be able to do it but to wait until his boss comes in.The boss comes in and ask me about my car. I tell him I just need it replaced. He tries to sell me a diagnostic when all I need is it replaced. He says he won’t install what I just purchased and that I need to buy it from him. I ask him how much will it cost and that I have to try to return the one I just bought. He ask me how much I paid. I of course do not tell him as he will charge me that same price if not more. He then says like the brat he is “then I won’t install it” and walks away.If you are a woman, young, and/or a minority do not come here. This man obviously has his biases and treats his customers accordingly.

Thank you Wes and Mo. I was in a real pinch and Wes really came through for me. It was late in the day on a Saturday afternoon close to closing time and I was leaving the next day for a long trip. My radiator needed to be replaced as it was cracked and leaking antifreeze. They stayed open late for me and did a fantastic job repairing my truck. When most would have told me there was nothing they could do, Wes showed me what a quality business owner does for his customers.

We have a motorhome and needed an oil change. After going to 5 other places only to be told they were 2 weeks behind, or couldnt work on it..we found this place. They got us right in and the price was reasonable. They were professional and courteous. We didnt wait very long and they were done.

These guys are knowledgeable mechanics and know their craft well. They re-did timing belt change after some poor job done by other mechanic and valve adjustment. It has been a month, car is running great. I highly recommend them.

Was given quote in shop office by sales person for 3 new tires installed & balanced and including balance of one existing already installed but not balanced new tire. I agreed, called back to confirm details, and setup appointment for my RV trailer. When I came for the appointed time the tires were there but not the sales person and the owner/boss wouldnt honor the quote so I left. He didnt seem to be in a very good mood based on our dialogue and how I saw him address his one employee there and another potential customer. He was not prepared to do the work on my trailer and we wasted about 45 minutes by the time I left. I was upgrading to better tires to match the one that had been installed recently after a flat even though my tires were only a year and 2000 miles old. He tried to tell me that they were worn and should be replaced. I was not influenced and worried that since all I had was the quote written on the back of a business card by his sales person this man might try to charge significantly more after the tires were installed and leave me in a real corner! Glad I left! Sorry for the people that work for him.

My car was overheating and I had to push it to Autozone. I got helped right away. Julio the mechanic found the vacuum leak, oil leak and took the time to put it up in the air to thoroughly look it over. He found that I need a new tire as the inside is torn. I am so grateful to these guys and highly recommend them!

I took one of my trucks to them. They did replace the part, but within 2 months the part failed. They dont honor the labor warranty. They will not cover bringing the vehicle back when it breaks down on the road for the same part they replaced. Horrible, Horrible service. Make up reasons that make no sense as to why the part failed.

I was looking for a repair shop for my 2002 Nissan Altima when a coworker told me about Naples Auto & Truck. She said that her cousin was an insurance adjuster and liked using them because they are honest. After going there for more than a year, I have to agree. They always tell me if the repairs are urgent, or if its something I can hold off on so I can save up the money to pay for it. One time I had a repair that they had to redo and they got me in right away and fixed it, no additional charge and no questions asked. As a single female, I am always leery of being given big auto repair quotes for things that dont need to be done, but I believe that they are honest and help me keep my car running. I highly recommend them not only for charging reasonable prices, but for the customer service they provide. If youre looking for a place to bring your vehicle, look no further - take it to Naples Auto & Truck!

I went to this shop to have some very basic work done. After supplying parts, work was not completed, and customer service was extremely poor.On 01/02/2015 I took my 1989 camaro to Naples Auto and Truck for a routine oil change, as well as having a radiator hose replaced. I was quoted 20$ for an oil change with my own parts. I then asked how much it would be with the hose. The young man behind the counter, blonde hair blue eyes 58, stated it would be 60$. As a mechanic myself, I then decide that 40$ more for labor is worth the convenience for the hose installation. Upon returning to the shop 30 minutes later, Im confronted with an 80$ bill. I inquire and Im then told that the HOSE was 60$, the oil change was 20. I am upset but I comply, perhaps this was an honest communications mistake. After paying 87.34$ via debit card on 01/02/2015 at 12:22:43 PM, I drive my car home approximately 5 miles to prepare for a lunch date. (This is why I didnt want to be greasy) As Im driving my 1989 camaro, Im alarmed at how low the oil pressure is. The car leaks about 1 quart of oil every month, however for a fresh 5 qt oil change, the oil pressure is much too low at 700 RPM idle.At home, I take a look at my dipstick (the part that goes into the engine and shows how much oil is in there) and it is short by about 1/2-3/4 of a quart of oil. I then look to the filter which was also supposed to be changed. The old filter was a K&N as was the new filter. The filter that is on my car at this time is greasy, something that is uncharacteristic of an out of the box, freshly purchased brand new filter. Upon seeing this evidence that my oil was not changed, I politely call the shop that I had just left and said that perhaps the mechanic did the hose, and just made an honest mistake not realizing that I had paid for an oil change as well. On the phone, the guy says Im not the one who helped you, but go ahead and come back and well take a look.I return to the shop. I point out to the young man 58 blonde hair blue eyes the things that point towards my oil not being changed. (Low oil level, dirty filter, low oil pressure) I say that I want to remain polite and suggest that it was perhaps an honest mistake. The young man insists that he watched the mechanic change the oil. I point out the discrepancies again and the young man changes the subject to other car products I might need to solve my problem. Every time I mention that a full 5 quarts of oil would fix the problem the young man immediately changes the subject to other car products. At this point I am preparing for a confrontation. As a mechanic Im well aware that my oil was not changed, and that this shop took my 5 quarts of oil, K&N filter, and just kept the old oil in my car... and I paid for labor. At this point I drive away to consult advisers on the matter. After calling the bank as well as the duty officer of the local sheriffs department, I return to the shop for a third time. I say I want to avoid a confrontation, I just want my oil changed. The blonde guy replies Did you want to pay for it again? I said No, I want the oil change that I already paid for and gave you the parts for. He then replies I dont have oil and filters just lying around here man. (This is odd, as the sign above the front door says Oil Change Synthetic Blend 29.99) So Im to believe that a place that advertises oil changes for 29.99 has no oil or oil filters in stock? Upon hearing this I then say, look, you have 2 complaints with the better business bureau, I dont want to be a pain but I need my oil changed and I paid for it. I then also add that Im prepared to call the sheriffs office if I must. The young man then replies Sir, Im going to have to ask you to leave the property. This was an obvious scam. As a mechanic, the oil was not changed. As a customer, the bill was knowingly misstated to me. I paid 87.34$ for what should not have taken 1 hour at 80$/hr. For all I know, these people took my oil and filter, sold it to advanced auto next door, and I paid for it.

Work done 1/09/2013 just saw reviews allowed on google.I dropped vehicle off for: 1) Check engine light, 2) motor running rough idle up/down randomly. They called me, told it was fixed. When I went to pick it up, I paid cashier $430 and they pulled car around. When I got it in vehicle: 1) check engine light was still on, and 2) motor was idling rough up/down rpm. I didnt leave shop.I went back inside, told them nothing was fixed. They told me they replaced plugs. I told them, the problems I had when I brought vehicle in were not fixed! They went out to look at the car, worked on it about 30-min. I ended up leaving because I didnt want them touching my car any more. Ill never go back. $430 lesson learned. I had vehicle fixed somewhere else.Hope my experience helps someone.
